I heard that Senator Wellstone was killed because he planned to look into corruption by Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees.

I’ve heard a number of theories, Xena. I think it’s also significant that Wellstone’s death destroyed the Democratic majority in the Senate at the time when George W Bush was breaking international law left and right.

I never believed that his plane crashed by accident. I remember that day, and the news announced there were no survivors before rescue personnel entered the area. Investigative journalist Sherman Skolnick was interested but I don’t think he actually wrote a story about it.

I’ve always been a big fan of the late Sherman Skolnick for his work exposing the criminal activities of the Clinton family.

I miss Sherman. He was one of my mentors in investigative reporting. He gave me excellent advice about discerning people who claim victim hood. When he died, someone went into his house and took all of his research material.
