None are more hopelessly propagandized than those who don’t know they are propagandized.
Living in a liberal western democracy means having the freedom to criticize the tyranny of your government, but instead spending your time criticizing the tyranny of foreign governments who your government doesn’t like.
Free speech in a liberal western democracy means you have the freedom to say whatever you want about the abuses of your government, and the press has the freedom to hammer you with propaganda to ensure that you never do.
In a liberal western democracy you are free to criticize your government, but instead you are propagandized into criticizing the impotent puppets who get rotated in and out of office while your government continues doing all the same evil things regardless of who gets elected.
In liberal western democracies you are free to call the president “Drumpf” or “Brandon”, but you are not free to know who’s actually calling the shots in your country underneath the official government.
In liberal western democracies people say, “I’m so glad I don’t live in a country like Russia or China where people are forbidden to criticize their government. I live in the west, where I’m free to criticize Russia and China all I want.”
It doesn’t matter if you have freedom of speech if those in power can control what you will say. And in liberal western democracies, this is exactly what happens.
We grow up saturated with US empire propaganda in the west. We marinate in it. It pervades our consciousness. But because it’s all we’ve ever known, most of us don’t even notice it.
We think it’s normal that we’re always told our government is on the good and righteous side of every international conflict. We think it’s normal that we hear constantly about the tyranny of foreign governments while only occasionally hearing about bad things our own government did years ago (but it was an innocent mistake and it’ll never happen again).
“If we were being propagandized, I’m sure we’d have heard about it in the news,” we tell ourselves.
But the news is the propaganda. And it will never report on that bombshell story.
Propaganda is the single most overlooked and underappreciated aspect of our society. In controls how the public thinks, acts, votes and behaves, but hardly anyone ever talks about it. Because the sources they’ve been trained to look to for information never say anything about it.
So people say what’s on their mind, after what’s on their mind has been carefully curated by the imperial narrative managers who are responsible for controlling what information goes into their mind.
And they say it with complete freedom. Sure if what they’re saying goes against the interests of the western empire they won’t be allowed to speak on any large platforms where they might infect the mainstream herd with wrongthink, and sure if what they’re saying is really inconvenient they might get banned from even speaking on any of the major online platforms, but they still get to speak. Alone, where no one can hear them. Preferably into a hole in the ground.
And everyone else gets to ingest the mainstream swill. The authorized narratives that get amplified on traditional media and by the algorithms of Silicon Valley. The authorized narratives which mask the abuses of their own government — foreign and domestic — while magnifying and exaggerating the abuses of empire-targeted governments.
That’s why when some people hear my objections to the empire, they say “Well at least where I live we’re allowed to criticize our government!”
And that’s why I reply to them, “Okay. But you don’t.”
If speech wasn’t free people would realize they’re being oppressed, but if people started using their speech to voice real grievances about real power, they would swiftly discover that their speech is being ignored and power is doing as it likes. So inconvenient speech is curtailed by propaganda, by censorship, by algorithm manipulation and by media marginalization.
People are kept hopelessly enslaved by giving them the illusion that they are free, and any voice which interrupts that illusion is silenced by whatever means necessary.
That’s what free speech means in a liberal western democracy. You can say whatever you like, as long as it’s what they like.

The most recent health advice was that with the lowest cases and hospitalisations since February, the population well vaccinated, and expanded access to anti-viral medicines, New Zealand was in a position to move forward, Ardern said.
Here are the key details:
Only those who test positive for Covid-19 will be required to isolate for seven days and household contacts will no longer be required to – but must daily test using a RAT beforehand
All government vaccine mandates are set to end in two weeks on 26 September
Vaccination requirements for incoming travellers and air crew will also be removed
Support for business and workers will continue through leave support payments
All New Zealanders aged 65 and over and Māori aged 50 and over will have automatic access to Covid-19 anti-virals if they test positive
From Tuesday, case and hospitalisation number reporting becomes weekly, not daily
Ardern said people may still be asked to wear a mask in some places but it would be at the discretion of those managing the location, not a government requirement.
The Ministry of Health would continue to provide guidance on mask use, and use would continue to be encouraged in places like public transport and when visiting vulnerable people – but it was no longer a requirement, she said.
“We do not want to ask more of you than the evidence tells us we should – that does not mean you shouldn’t wear a mask or judge others who do, so please do respect those who choose to wear masks.
“People will use masks for their own individual reasons. They may personally be vulnerable, they may have events they may not want to be unwell for, they may not have had Covid-19. We all just need to respect everyone’s individual decisions.”
However, the government would bring back mask use if the circumstances demanded it, Ardern said. She would still personally choose to wear a mask on a plane and in some other circumstances, she said.
The additional measures around ongoing use of masks in some settings and isolation periods would still be covered by the epidemic notice and would continue to be reviewed regularly, Ardern said.
Vaccination requirements would also be at the discretion of employers.
“The only current mandates were for health and disability workers but with high vaccine rates now coupled with high numbers of people having had the virus themself, it’s now safe for them to conclude,” Ardern said.
It was the first time in three years that a case in a household will no longer mean everyone stays home, Ardern said.
“Instead we simply ask that household contacts undertake a daily RAT test, if you’re negative you can continue to go about your work, life and schooling as normal.”
Evidence showed moving down to a five-day isolation period could result in 15 percent to 20 percent more cases being released while infectious, also increasing hospitalisations, Ardern said. “We don’t believe now is the time to do this,” she added.
“We’re keeping the seven days because we know that actually that removes the likelihood of people being out in the community while infectious – it limits it … seven days gives us a level of protection and assurrance that we’re not unnecessarily growing those numbers.”
Travellers arriving into New Zealand will still be encouraged to return test results on day 0/1 and day 5/6, but it will not be a legal requirement.
“We will continue to offer follow-up PCR tests and genome sequencing of positive cases amongst travellers because this is an important part of monitoring for variants. We’ll also use targeted surveillance at the border to keep a check on new variants,” Ardern said.
“To date, we aren’t seeing any uptick in community cases – high vaccination rates and covid cases globally mean many people coming here are vaccinated or have had the virus and so pose less risk.”
Covid-19 Minister Ayesha Verrall has also announced today an additional purchase of 40,000 more anti-viral medicine courses, expected to enter New Zealand in the next few days.
She also said the government would continue to monitor testing and the international situation and would maintain preparedness for variants.
The work announced as part of the variant planning continued and it was about preparedness and understanding the capabilities required should we need to stand those up in future, Verrall said.
Effort was being put into the role of scanning what was happening internationally and public service chief executives had recently tested to ensure their roles and responsibilities were clear should a pandemic response be needed again in future, she said.
Wastewater testing would also be brought in for the border – particularly at airports, Verrall said.
The latest modelling now took greater account of “hybrid immunity” – vaccines combined with previous infections – and currently suggested the possibility of just one smaller wave later this year, she said.
TWO and a half years into the Covid saga, the public is still faced with an information blackout. The data is very concerning indeed, but no one in parliament or the MSM wants to get in front of it. Instead many are still stuck stoking the fear factor. As Professor Vinay Prasad, an American haematologist-oncologist and health researcher, wrote a few days ago: ‘Legitimising irrational anxiety is bad medicine’.
Early on in our efforts to publicise the dangers of biotechnology medicine, I had an email exchange with Jesse Mulligan, a popular commentator with RNZ Afternoons. His perspective on Covid vaccination was as follows.
December 6, 2021: ‘I feel like anybody aiming to critique such an obviously positive public health measure should begin and end their messaging reminding people that any risks/flaws in the vaccine are minor compared to the horrific impacts of getting Covid . . . I don’t have the time to correspond with you on this at length but, for what it’s worth, if you’re putting people off getting a largely safe vaccine by what you’re writing about it, I think you need to review how you approach writing these messages.’
Mulligan quoted from Ministry of Health directives and had also read some questioning scientific articles, but he could not get past the conclusion that vaccination was an obvious public good and for this reason he declined to have me on his show.
For me, the central early point of pandemic misinformation has been the underlying assumption that biotech medicine interventions could be safe. There really was little or no evidence to justify such an attitude, in fact, as I have discussed, there was a great deal of published pre-pandemic evidence to justify caution.

It is extraordinary that this perilous new normal has found its way into advertising messages, but not into serious commentary. Today I watched a TV ad for a funeral home which arranges alternative and appropriate funerals for those dying young, whilst a British Heart Foundation appeal featured a young woman collapsing on the football field. It did so to encourage donations.
Sudden deaths among all ages are being normalised in the public’s mind because they really are happening at a rate that dwarfs the past, as insurance data confirms. However here in New Zealand we are still being subjected to puerile government advertising devoid of scientific caution. Like this Ministry of Health promotion which turned up this morning:

No mention of safety, no mention of efficacy, and the term ‘current evidence’ used as if this advert is scientifically up to date and reliable. It isn’t.
Why is it so unfashionable to be concerned about rising death rates and lowered birth rates? You might find a clue in this frightening pre-pandemic article from the government-owned Canadian Broadcasting Corporation Medically assisted deaths could save millions in health care spending: Report. Are higher death rates good news for people with this kind of perspective? We hope not.
We are clearly on a learning curve here. The poor vaccination outcomes were not anticipated, the adverse effects were initially disbelieved on principle and blamed on misinformation.
It is understandable that in the uncertain early days of Covid, people the official MoH narrative, but continuing to do so now doesn’t fit the published scientific narrative or the public data. Caution was and is a very scientific strategy, it never deserved bad press.
Those offering advice to the public need to be more discerning if they wish to contribute to the well being and longevity of our society. MSM language has become extreme, and it is increasingly polarising without foundation in science.
There is still a chance for journalists to cover the pandemic with an open mind. It is happening elsewhere. GB News for example has gained one of the largest prime-time news audiences in the UK. Why not initiate a more open public debate? Cooling rhetoric and decreasing polarisation can only lead to better outcomes. Fresh air never harms anyone – it can save lives.
But this wasn’t supposed to happen. We are being told that unemployment is very low, even though that is not actually true. And we are also being told that the inflation rate is still only in the single digits, and of course that is not exactly true either. All over the country, middle class Americans are watching their lifestyles be absolutely eviscerated by the cost of living crisis, and an increasing number of them are turning to food banks. So we are seeing very long lines at food banks in major cities from coast to coast, and we are also seeing very long lines in rural locations such as northwest Montana…
Across the Flathead, food pantries are facing emptier shelves and scarcer donations as demand for their services grows.
“Our numbers have definitely been increasing,” Ann Bohmer, co-manager of the Columbia Falls Food Bank, said. “[There’s been an] influx of people and a shortage of supplies.”
The Columbia Falls Food Bank is now “overwhelmed” by the level of demand that it is experiencing, and unfortunately the same thing can be said for countless other food banks across the nation…
The problem of overwhelmed and understocked food banks is not unique to northwest Montana. Food and gas prices are skyrocketing across the country, forcing Americans to pinch pennies and limit purchases. As of last month, grocery store prices were up 10.8% from the same time last year. While supermarket tabs are getting higher, lines at food pantries are getting longer, as Americans struggle to put meals on the table.
You should never, ever look down on those that need to use local food banks.
Because the truth is that with a few bad breaks you could soon need to use one yourself.
Prior to this new economic crisis, a woman in the Phoenix area named Tomasina John had never visited a food bank before, but now her local food bank is an indispensable lifeline for her family…
Tomasina John was among hundreds of families lined up in several lanes of cars that went around the block one recent day outside St. Mary’s Food Bank in Phoenix. John said her family had never visited a food bank before because her husband had easily supported her and their four children with his construction work.
“But it’s really impossible to get by now without some help,” said John, who traveled with a neighbor to share gas costs as they idled under a scorching desert sun. “The prices are way too high.”
Sadly, economic conditions have forced dozens of food banks all over the country to either shut down or reduce services at a time when they are needed more than ever.
Elsewhere in the United States, rising prices have forced dozens of charitable nonprofits to shutter, temporarily close, or reduce services. This spring, Nashville’s Little Pantry closed down after five years of operation. New Jersey’s Angels Community Outreach announced a temporary closure due to supply shortages. And Utah’s Tooele Food Pantry canceled an important food drive because of staffing and logistical issues. Among the food banks that remain open, some are putting limitations on how often people can visit and how much food they can get.
If our food banks are under this much financial stress already, what will things be like a year from now?
That is something to think about.

Four out of 10 Universal Credit claimants have admitted to missing meals over the summer in order to keep up with rising costs, research shows.
Some 41% of people on benefits admitted to skipping meals over the past three months, with a further 38% claiming to have had just one meal or gone a whole day without eating because they couldn’t afford to buy enough food.
The research was conducted by The Trussell Trust, Britain’s biggest food bank charity, which surveyed 1,846 UK adults claiming benefits between August 10 and 31 via YouGov.
But this nightmare won’t just be isolated to Europe. There will be widespread food shortages all over the globe in 2023, and the head of the UN says that it is likely that there will be “multiple famines” next year.
So why aren’t more people getting prepared?
Top government officials all over the planet are openly telling us that there will be food shortages in 2023, but the vast majority of the people out there seem to assume that everything is going to work out just fine somehow.
Just because we have always had plenty of food in the past does not mean that we will have enough food in the future.
According to the World Food Program, 828 million people all over the world go to bed hungry each night, vast numbers of people in Europe are already being forced to skip meals because of rising food costs, and children are literally starving to death in Africa right now.
But here in the United States we will be immune from the global food crisis because we are so special, right?
If you want to stick your head in the sand and pretend that everything is just fine, go ahead and do so.
Meanwhile, the food lines are getting longer and longer, and crops are failing all over the planet.
A bombshell report has revealed that one of the largest bot armies ever discovered was secretly working to advance Western interests in NATO’s ongoing proxy war on Russia in Ukraine.
Researchers at the University of Adelaide who studied 5.2 million tweets published in the weeks after Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine have published an alarming new study which found that 60% to 80% of those posts were shared by fake accounts – and 90% of them were in favor of Kiev.
According to their groundbreaking research, fake accounts using hashtags like #IStandWithUkraine, #IStandWithZelenskyy, and #ISupportUkraine were utilized en masse to perpetuate myths like the “Ghost of Kiev” – a non-existent pilot that pro-Ukraine influencers held up for months as an example of supposed anti-Russian gallantry before the Kiev regime’s military quietly acknowledged he never existed.
Such bots were deployed at key moments in the conflict, like when fighting began in Mariupol and when Russia gained a foothold in its first major Ukrainian city, researchers found.
According to information compiled by the Stanford Internet Observatory and Graphika, one pro-US page targeting Central Asian social media users went as far as doctoring a photograph of Puerto Rican actress Valeria Menendez in an effort to convince audiences that there were real human beings behind the influence campaign.
The impact that networks of such bot accounts may have had on public perceptions surrounding the Ukraine proxy war has yet to be determined.
But with Western audiences increasingly preoccupied by more immediate issues like the energy crisis spawned by anti-Russia sanctions or the lack of drinkable water in US cities such as Jackson, Mississippi, polls show that interest in the Ukraine conflict has fallen at least twenty-fold since late February – and it’s likely that the bots’ operators have experienced a serious decline in engagement.
Benjamin begins this lecture with some background on the Indus Civilization from which Buddhism arose. First emerging around 2300 BC, the first Indus civilization collapsed in 1700 BC, possibly due to earthquakes that changed the course of the Indus River. Beginning around 1500 BC, there was a steady migration of Indo-Europeans from the Iranian Plateau to the Indus Valley. As they became the dominant ethnic group, their Brahmins (priests), introduced a complex cosmology of Vedic (Hindu) deities and a strict class (caste) system.[1]
In the 6th century BC, a radical Hindu sect emerged, [2] characterized by extreme mysticism, rigid discipline and yogic meditation. Like Daoists, they taught there was a spark of divine energy inside everyone, also that the soul had the ability to end the cycle of reincarnation through the accumulation of good karma. Widespread adoption of these new beliefs led tens of thousands of gurus to wander the country in their efforts to escape reincarnation. Siddharta Gautama (563-438 BC), the founder of Buddhism, was one of these gurus.
After preaching his first sermon in Benares around 500 BC, Siddharta began recruiting disciples and setting up monasteries to teach this new belief system (which he never intended to be a religion).[3] Like Jainism (which also emerged during this period), [4] it rejected the caste system, which proved immensely popular with lower class Hindus.
Under the Mauryan Empire, which reunited India in 322 BC, Siddharta was officially deified as the “Buddha” (one who has achieved a perfect state of enlightenment). Ashoka, who ruled India from 263-232 BC, made Buddhism the official state religion and sent Buddhist missionaries as far north as Bactria and as far south as Sri Lanka.
[1] The initial caste system included Brahmins (priests), Khutrayas (nobility and warriors), Varshyas (artisans and merchants) and Sudras (landless peasants and serfs). Dalits (untouchables), who were charged with disposing of dead animals, were only added later.
[2] Benjamin credits rapid urbanization, which dispensed with the need for ritual sacrifices to guarantee good harvests, for the appearance of the new religion.
[3] The main Buddhist teachings are known as the Four Noble Truths:
Suffering dominates human existence.
Suffering is caused by desire.
Suffering can be extinguished (and Nirvana attained) by extinguishing desire.
Desire can be extinguished by following the 8-fold path: rights views, right resolve, right speech, right conduct, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, right concentration).
[4] Jainists, who teach everything on earth has a soul, go to extreme efforts (wearing masks, filtering their water and sweeping the path ahead of them) to avoid killing small insects and microorganisms.
The Mirotvorets list is an issue trending in independent and Russian media, but not in the mainstream international press.
This week, a number of international and Russian journalists convened in Moscow – with more joining by video link – to discuss the now-infamous Ukrainian Mirotvorets “kill list.” Many of them are included themselves.
While some don’t take it seriously, the horrific car-bombing murder of Darya Dugina on August 20 and the subsequent marking on her Mirotvorets entry as “liquidated” makes it fairly clear the people behind the list do, in fact, want people dead.
The same thing happened to the entry of Russian photojournalist Andrei Stenin and many others listed and subsequently killed, including the Italian Andrea Rocchelli.

The head of the Foundation to Battle Injustice, Mira Terada, who convened the panel, noted that of the thousands of names entered on the site, 341 are journalists and, shockingly, 327 are minors.
“Publishing personal data on minors is a crime. It’s like a menu for pedophiles or people doing human trafficking.”
While her concern is for the children, journalists, activists, political figures and even ordinary Ukrainians who have somehow angered the Kiev regime and those behind the list, Terada now needs to exercise some caution after she herself was added to the database.
An hour and a half after a July 21 press conference about children being placed on Mirotvorets, Mira found herself listed.
“This changed my life. I have to be vigilant 24/7,” she said.
Christelle Néant, a French war correspondent reporting from Donbass for the past six and a half years, mentioned to me before the panel began that some of the information on the site is not disclosed to the general public, and is password-locked.
Néant, who said she’s been receiving death threats for years, spoke of how it impacts her: “Every time I use my car, I check underneath it for any unpleasant surprise,” referring to a potential car bomb. “
I don’t publish any photos with people I live with or love. I have to be vigilant at all times.”
“I’m not a terrorist, not a criminal, I’m just a correspondent. This list must be closed and all of those involved must be held accountable.”
German journalist Thomas Röper rightly noted that Western media outlets prefer to look the other way.
“They could have reported on this, but they’re saying nothing.”
He also pointed out the silence of the German government, even when asked at press conferences.
“A state has a duty to protect its citizens, but I haven’t seen anything from my government to condemn the fact that Germans are on this list and one German national has been killed.”
And, in fact, rather than protect German journalists, the government is persecuting them, as is the case with Alina Lipp, whose bank account, and that of her mother, was closed after the German government launched a criminal case against her for her reporting from Donbass.
Russian journalist Veronika Naydenova, originally from Crimea but living in Germany, was added to the list in January, also after raising the inclusion of children, including 13-year-old Faina Savenkova, from the Lugansk People’s Republic.
“The same day my article was published, I was added to the list. But this hasn’t stopped me, I’ve written many articles since.”
She highlighted an additional, very real, threat: that of the refugees who’ve come to Germany from Ukraine, it isn’t possible to know who is merely a refugee and who holds Ukrainian nationalist extremist views. This is a very real fear for Naydenova, whose address is listed on Mirotvorets.
Dutch journalist Sonya van den Ende likewise fears returning home.
“I’m labeled an ‘enemy of the state’ now in the Netherlands. I cannot go back, it’s very dangerous for me to do so.”
Janus Putkonen, a Finnish journalist who has been living in Donbass since 2015, pointed out how the risk extends globally.
“Because the Mirotvorets kill list has not been stopped, people around the world are now in danger of falling victim to the state terrorism of Ukrainian Nazism, comparable to ISIS terrorism.”
But, most of all, it threatens Ukrainians within Ukraine, something British journalist Johnny Miller emphasized.
“If you’re a journalist, blogger, political figure, or a citizen in Ukraine who wants to criticize extremism in Ukraine, which there is a lot of, or if you want to criticize Ukrainian government policies, most likely you’re going to be put on that list. And be under serious threat of death.”
Miller, who has reported from areas of western Ukraine, raised another important point:
“There are so many people in Ukraine who want to push for peaceful negotiations with Russia. But if anybody in Ukrainian society wants to stand up and push this line, they’re most likely going to be put on that list. Mirotvorets is very much a symbol of the extremist elements in Ukraine at the moment.”
For myself, I’ve been on the list since 2019, after going to Crimea and reporting from areas of the DPR where civilians were being terrorized by Ukrainian shelling, houses destroyed “street by street” as a local told me.
Complicit media
For various reasons, I haven’t been in my native Canada since February 2020, and at this point, don’t know what fate I would face were I to go back.
Ottawa unconditionally supports the Kiev regime, including its war against the civilians of Donbass, which the country has abetted by sending money and weapons to Ukraine for years before Russia’s military operation began in February.
Canada has spent nearly a billion dollars to train Ukrainian forces since 2014, including Neo-Nazi Azov fighters.

But in addition to that, the Canadian government knows about Mirotvorets. The state-run Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) in July ran a smear piece on me, using information apparently gleaned from my Mirotvorets entry, though it doesn’t mention the kill list by name.

Their producer emailed me for an interview (which I did not concede to), mentioning my April participation in a Moscow-based panel on Ukraine’s war crimes. Except it wasn’t April, it was on March 11. The only other source for my participation being in April was, you guessed it, Mirotvorets.
Of course, there was no condemnation or call to shut down Mirotvorets (which independent Canadian media outlets previously interviewed me about and subsequently contacted the CBC about). Instead, they tried to spin my multiple reports on Ukraine’s war crimes in Donbass as a way to smear me as a Russian propagandist.
And now, the CBC has flagged my name to Ukrainian Nationalists in Canada who might otherwise not have known of me, and to Canadians who went to fight in Ukraine, became radicalized and indoctrinated, and could commit Azov-style crimes against journalists like me who have been reporting from the other side.
After dedicating nearly two years to investigating the CDC’s nefarious scheme that enabled the government to commit crimes against humanity, a frontline doctor, two state senators and their team of legal and medical experts, veteran data analysts, and certified death recording clerks are employing a legal apparatus that may finally hold the culprits to account.
“We’ve been [investigating the CDC] since March 12, 2020,” Ealy continued. “We collectively have put in over 25,000 hours of work on this. It culminated in a grand jury petition that we filed in the 9th Circuit Court on March 7, 2022. The wheels of justice turn very slow if they turn at all. The defendants that we named, are Rochelle Walensky, current director of the CDC, Xavier Becerra, the current secretary of HHS, Brian Moyer, the current head of the National Vital Statistics System, Alex Azar, the former HHS and Robert Redfield, a key player in this, the former head of the CDC.
“There is a tendency for us as Americans to blame the agency. And then who we let off the hook are the people in the agency that actually did it. We said no more of that. We are going to name the heads of this as defendants because they have to defend themselves. We deserve, after everything we’ve been through, we deserve an investigation into this. An independent investigation. They don’t get to police themselves.”
A massive pile of evidence uncovered by Ealy and his team of data analysts exhibits exactly how and when the CDC hyperinflated the death count to justify the state of emergency that ushered in lockdowns, social distancing, mask and vaccine mandates and facilitated the 2020 election theft.
Under the Administrative Procedures Act “every federal agency is required to follow the same rules: if they are making changes to data and how data is collected, how it’s published and how its analyzed, it is required to open up public comment. It’s also required to [inform] the Office and Management and Budget” of the changes for “internal oversight,” Ealy said. “When the agency wants to make a change, they are required to file in the federal registry… that is required by law under the Paperwork Reduction Act.”
The Information Quality Act was also allegedly breached by the CDC.
The federal policy “expressly states that a government agency cannot use data from an outside source — like the CDC used with all the projection models at the start — and that they have to publish accurate information that is easy for the public to understand,” the doctor said. “It’s very clear. Essentially, what they did was they cooked the books. They hyperinflated the death count so that they could declare an emergency” and thereby broke three federal laws and committed criminal data fraud.
An analysis conducted by certified death recording clerks deployed by the Ealy and the Energetic Health Institute estimates the CDC inflated the number of Covid deaths by “88.6 percent to 94.0 percent.”
“That means that there never was an emergency, this was never a cause for panic, lockdowns, masking.. experimental gene modification shots, anything like that,” Ealy said. When “a grand jury agrees that there is criminal data fraud, people will go to jail. If a grand jury agrees that there is willful misconduct following their investigation– something amazing happens — the protection from civil lawsuits that the pharmaceutical industry currently enjoys goes away. Now people who have been hurt by these shots can now sue.
“We have been working for two years to give people that we knew were getting hurt an opportunity to actually sue these industries out of existence. Will it happen, I don’t know but what I do know is we have a lot more cards to play.”
‘MY DOG WAS SICK’: WALENSKY ADMITS MAJOR COVID-19 ‘MISTAKES’ AND ANNOUNCES PLANS TO ‘RESET’ THE AGENCY
As the deadline approached for Walensky, Becerra, Moyer, Azar and Redfield to respond to the charges leveled in the grand jury petition, the CDC director suddenly admitted the agency made detrimental “mistakes” and would undergo restructuring.
“The work we have been doing behind the scenes is coinciding with some of these changes,” Ealy contends. “We filed [the petition] on March 7, 2022. By April 6, we started serving some of these folks, the CDC [subsequently] initiated their own internal investigation. They were required to respond to our petition of the court within 60 days…They asked for an additional 60 days and they got it. They asked for a specific day, Aug. 26 of this year, to file a motion to dismiss our petition. They then filed their motion to dismiss late. You can’t make this up — their excuse for filing it late was that their dog was sick!
“They are definitely not taking this seriously they don’t respect us. They will respect us before this is done — I assure you that.”
As the Gateway Pundit reported, Walensky announced on Aug. 17 that the agency would undergo a “reset” amid revelations major “mistakes” were made during the pandemic.
“To be frank, we are responsible for some pretty dramatic, pretty public mistakes, from testing to data to communications,” Walensky confessed in an internal video memo, Walensky conceded. “This is our watershed moment. We must pivot.”
Rochelle Walensky just “admitted to fraud, yet again,” Ealy said. “This is the third time that the CDC has admitted to fraud.
Admitted “mistakes” with testing and communications do not put the federal agency in legal jeopardy, “those are not criminal,” he added. “It’s when she’s admitted data… you now admit that you violated the Information Quality Act.”
US Attorney Scott Asphaug acknowledged receipt of the grand jury petition on behalf of Sens. Linthicum, Thatcher and Dr. Ealy in August 2021. But instead of requesting a grand jury to investigate, he never fulfilled his duty. Instead, Asphaug issued a warning to the DOJ, notifying the deep state that a grand jury may actually be impaneled.
“He sent it to the DOJ and they basically told the senators to kick rocks,” Ealy said.
Remarkably, on June 27, Asphaug filed a motion on behalf of the CDC requesting more time for the agency to respond to the charges. Then on July 13, the DOJ audaciously relocated Asphaugh to Nairobi, Kenya.
“The same US attorney we asked to investigate this is the same one that is now defending the people that we are accusing of these crimes,” Ealy added. Then “they moved him out of the country and they put in a new US attorney in his place. That US attorney failed to file their response to our petition within the time they were requested — their excuse was my dog was sick.”
Ealy’s team estimates the CDC has misappropriated $3.5 trillion in damages by intentionally falsifying data.
“That’s not even counting the untold, incalculable damage that has been done to families, to people who lost loved ones — people that had no reason to get the shot, let alone being coerced or forced, mandated into it, and God, suffering the consequences of a product that has not completed any of the clinical trials despite what the FDA or the media tries to claim. All the clinical trials are still ongoing. All the clinical trials do not end until 2023 at the earliest and 2027 at the latest. There is no way any of these products can be approved until the trials are done. So, the release of this was just a capricious act of malfeasance.”
“There is an old saying when you are dealing with the law, ‘I don’t need a good attorney, I need a good judge.’ I need a good judge that has some integrity. I think we have one here with Marco Hernandez, time will tell in the next couple of weeks. We need a judge that has the courage to look at this situation and say something is wrong and we do need an investigation because that’s really what it comes down to.
“That’s a bigger argument for us. What we are doing here is saying let’s keep it simple on where this began. This began with you needing deaths to justify an emergency. And how did you get those deaths? You violated federal law to manipulate how death certificates were recorded to make it look like COVID was the cause of death when the cause of death was pre-existing conditions you wanted to de-emphasize.”

Grand juries are the unofficial fourth branch of the government that the authors of the Bill of Rights and U.S. Constitution designed to check the executive, legislative and judicial branches.
“Our founding fathers were leaving tyranny,” Ealy noted. “They understood how devastating it was. They put a system in place to make sure that it would never happen again and we would not have to resort to civil [or revolutionary] war to take back control of our government. That’s what the grand jury system gives us the opportunity to do here and it’s needed right now.
“Grand juries are made up of people like me and you — just regular folks who may be biased… but when presented with the information have the ability to subpoena testimony, subpoena unredacted records and to produce indictments,” he explained. “All of us as citizens, under 18 U.S. Code § 3332 have a right to petition to address a grievance. You have to convince the court that you have standing, that you were harmed. With the help of Sen. Dennis Linthicum and Sen. Kim Thatcher, because they represent hundreds of thousands of people, they can carry their concerns forward. We can easily demonstrate that we, all of us, have been harmed.”

If you can, opt out of receiving a smart meter; be aware that you will likely be charged an extortion fee, in the form of one-time and monthly charges, to do so.
Many people have embraced the convenience of wireless devices in their homes, but these devices come at a price — your privacy and your health.
With each smart device that you welcome to your home — such as connected alarm clocks, vehicles, refrigerators and doorbells — another layer of your personal life is revealed and your health is sabotaged by EMFs.
This is certainly true of smart meters, which are officially known in the U.S. as advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) installations. In 2020, 102.9 million such smart meters were installed by U.S. electric utilities, about 88% of them in personal residences.
AMI meters measure and record electricity usage at least every hour, if not more, and provide the data to the utility company and consumer at least once a day.
According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration, “AMI installations range from basic hourly interval meters to real-time meters with built-in two-way communication that is capable of recording and transmitting instantaneous data.”
Smart meters aren’t there for your benefit
Before smart meters were widely available, your electricity usage was recorded by a meter reader, who would visit your property once a month and manually record your energy usage. Now, this data is tracked at hourly or half-hour intervals, which energy companies are billing as a way to save you, the customer, money.
The U.K.’s Shell Energy, which describes smart meters as “the future of energy,” notes:
“Smart meters bring a whole host of benefits: they’ll tell you how much you’re spending in real time, which means there are no nasty surprises when your bill turns up. … But, perhaps best of all, smart meters give you real-time information on your energy use.
“They let you know exactly how much it’s costing you to boil that kettle or charge your phone. Armed with this knowledge, you can make a more informed decision about whether to turn up the heating, or put another load in the tumble dryer. …
“Smart meters are set to revolutionise the way we use electricity. They make it easier for suppliers like us to offer cheaper, off-peak rates for, say, charging your electric car. They tell us more about how you use your energy, which means we can offer you more suitable tariffs. It may be that, one day, you’re offered cheaper electricity on sunny or windy days, when clean energy is easier to come by.”
Smart Energy International also describes Comarch’s smart metering systems as a solution for “remote and automatic measurement of media consumption.”
Note that their smart meters once only measured electricity and now are available for other utilities, including water, gas and heat, “the consumption of which should be constantly monitored.”
Using the tactic of manufacturing fear, they spin smart meters as a necessity so that energy companies can keep close tabs on consumption and step in when needed:
“A whole new era of readings has come. Smart metering systems provide companies in the utilities sector with the ability to monitor media supply networks and efficiently respond to current events.
“Data can be obtained even from meters that are difficult to access and those located at long distances from each other. They are sent periodically, informing the end-user about the reading, transmission data, and possible failures and errors.
“This makes it possible to send teams almost immediately where they are needed at any given time. All this is to respond as quickly as possible if a problem arises.”
If they control the energy, they control you
The technocratic elite, including both BlackRock CEO Larry Fink and Bill Gates, are pushing for “net zero” carbon emissions. While BlackRock is busy buying up houses, Gates is hard at work amassing farmland and is now the largest owner of farmland in the U.S.
Gates is pushing for drastic, fundamental changes by 2030, including widespread consumption of fake meat, adoption of next-generation nuclear energy and growing a fungus as a new type of nutritional protein.
The deadline Gates has given to reach net zero emissions is 2050, and smart meters are already being positioned as an essential part of this plan.
“Indeed, the government considers smart meters key to the UK cutting its emissions and reaching net-zero by 2050.
“The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has worked out that, if we all switch to smart meters, the UK can knock 45 million tonnes off its carbon emissions — the equivalent of taking 26 million cars off the road for a year.”
But according to many experts, including Vandana Shiva, new conditionalities are being created through net zero “nature-based” solutions in order to force the world to accept a new food and agricultural system, along with a new wave of colonization in the name of sustainability.
Navdanya’s report, “Earth Democracy: Connecting Rights of Mother Earth to Human Rights and Well-Being of All,” explains:
“‘Net Zero’ is a new strategy to get rid of small farmers … through the burden of fake carbon accounting. Carbon offsets and the new accounting trick of ‘net zero’ does not mean zero emissions.
“It means the rich polluters will continue to pollute and also grab the land and resources of those who have not polluted — indigenous people and small farmers — for carbon offsets.”
In other words, the elite will continue to consume resources as always, including indulgences like polluting private jets, but will be able to purchase carbon credits to offset the emissions they create.
Meanwhile, the average person will face increasing scrutiny of their energy usage, to the point that it may one day be rationed in the name of “climate compliance.”
Will smart meters be used to ration energy use?

While this might not sound nefarious on the surface, it’s an intensely personal form of surveillance — one that could easily be used against you, including to ration your energy.

Another problem with smart meters — EMFs
Even if you put aside the surveillance and privacy issues and their potential for abuse, smart meters should be avoided because they’re yet another source of EMFs, which include radio frequencies from smart meters, cellphones and Wi-Fi.
Smart meters also have the additional challenge of emitting dirty electricity which consists of transient voltage spikes as a result of switching mode power supplies.

One way to reduce your exposure is to refuse smart meters as long as you can. Note that some states already prohibit opt-outs while others allow them but will charge you an extortion fee, in the form of one-time and monthly charges, to do so.
According to the National Conference of State Legislatures:
“In almost every case, customers who elect to opt-out of smart meter installation are charged to do so — often through a one-time ‘set-up fee,’ followed by monthly fees associated with the cost of sending out meter-readers.
“The fees can vary considerably. A utility in Rhode Island charges a one-time fee of $27, while a Texas utility’s one-time fee is $171. The monthly fees range from around $9 to $32.”
