Take Action: Demand VA Approve Claims for Service-Connected Covid Jab Injuries

It’s time we stand up for our veterans and demand that our veterans, who have honorably served our nation but tragically were injured by COVID-19 vaccines, be able to receive the disability benefits they’ve earned and deserve. Our veterans’ representatives from each state must immediately step up and fulfill their duty as public servants to hold the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) accountable for any decisions it makes to deny a COVID-19 vaccine injury and disability claim.

TAKE ACTION: Tell Lawmakers to Demand the VA Recognize COVID Vaccine Injury

The members of our armed forces deserve to be compensated for any COVID-19 service-connected vaccine injury. The Veterans Affairs Schedule for Rating Disabilities (VASRD) must be updated to consider medical diagnoses for COVID-19 vaccine, service-connected disability ratings. We need you to support the members of our armed forces by asking our elected officials to demand the VA verifies they have included medical scenarios whereby this type of injury occurs. Please take action today!

Children’s Health Defense (CHD) wants to ensure that the members of our armed forces receive the best veterans disability care and benefits they’ve earned and deserve. Urgency is required because our current active-duty members, as they begin to transition out of the military, must be able to claim this important disability rating now.

The VASRD is used by the VA as part of the process of adjudicating disability claims. This is a published collection of medical requirements used to evaluate a service member’s medical history and determine their VA military disability rating. The VASRD includes medical scenarios whereby disease, injury, dysfunction, or other issues could occur. Our veterans need the VASRD updated – now – to reflect all documented injuries caused by the COVID-19 vaccine. Our wounded warriors demand the best care they have earned.

Many injuries are due in part to the Department of Defense’s requirement that all service members be vaccinated. It’s time injuries are acknowledged and actions are taken to protect vaccine injured service members. Demand the VA add medical scenarios that address service-connected COVID-19 vaccine injuries to the VASRD.

Please take 30 seconds to tell your lawmakers to ensure that our veterans receive the disability that they deserve and help protect our vaccine-injured veterans.

French Workers Occupy Small Towns to Reject Pension Reforms

For the fifth time in a month, French trade unions on Thursday called for a demonstration against President Emmanuel Macron’s proposal to increase the retirement age to 64 from 2030 and require 43 years of social security contributions to receive a full pension.

The new mobilization seeks to attract the attention of legislators, who will have to vote on these proposals on Friday. Trade unions organized the biggest marches in Albi town to show that protests are not limited to Paris or the big cities, as politicians allege.

“We want to focus on one of the highlights of this social movement. Some French workers do not live in metropolises and want to claim that they are present,” the French Democratic Confederation of Labour (CFDT) activist Laurent Berger said, recalling that 6,000 out of 50,000 inhabitants of Albi demonstrated on Saturday.

The new protests must primarily affect air transport. So far, air companies have canceled about 30 percent of flights at Paris’ Orly airport and a fifth of the flights scheduled to depart from Toulouse, Marseille, Lyon, Montpellier, and Nantes airports.

The French Electricity (EDF) company workers’ strike led to a fall in electricity production of over 3,000 MW. However, there were no significant power cuts in the country.

Recent polls showed that two out of three French citizens oppose the pension system reform proposal, which they consider limits their right to remunerated rest.

Despite this, Macron continues to claim that the reform is necessary to ensure the economic viability of the pension system, which will allegedly have an annual deficit of over US$13 billion in 2030 without the proposed changes.

The General Confederation of Labor (CGT) pointed out that over 2.5 million people took part in 250 marches organized on Saturday against the government proposal.

The Rich Diversity of Pre-historic North America

Lower Pecos Rock Art

Episode 4 The Archaic Period: Diversity Begins

Ancient Civilizations of North America

Dr Edwin Barnhart (2018)

Film Review

The historic period immediately following the Paleoindian period is called the Archaic period. In some regions of North America it began around 10,000 years BP (Before Present); some regions still had Archaic period cultures when the first Europeans arrived. It is usually subdivided into three subperiods: Early Archaic (10,000 – 6000 BP), Middle Archaic (6000 – 4000 BP) and Late Archaic (5000-3000 cal yr BP). In most regions the Archaic period ended around 3000 BP, possibly related to climate change resulting in increased rainfall, bigger lakes and rivers and thicker forests.

As mega fauna (which thrived on North American grasslands prior to 10,000 BP), indigenous North Americans relied more on small game and plants for food. At Archaic archeological sites, it’s typical to find grinding stones and baskets for gathering plant-based food (and in some regions cooking it.

Hunters were still using atlacls* to throw darts but some were also using spears (which had thicker shafts). In most regions people migrated seasonally to access different food sources, eg gathering nuts and berries in summer and hunting and fishing during. Archaic cultures lived in bands of 25-30 people. Some built temporary shelters.

Florida

In Florida, early Archaic peoples initially gathered around inland lakes. They fished and ate nuts, made a new kind of projectile point and performed formal burials in the bogs.  As population increased, they migrated toward the coast and built seasonal shelters. They left behind large midden** mounds from the shellfish they ate.

Chesapeake Bay

Further north, coastal settlers also experienced a population boom and left behind fish hooks, net weights and projectile points.

Long Island

Here Archaic peoples collected nuts and berries in Long Island’s thick forests and left behind cooking pits, shell middens and quartz stemmed projectile points.

Central Eastern Region (East Coast to Mississippi River)

Here Archaic humans lived in seasonal camps, returning to the same camp generation after generation. They left behind massive middens, which they were beginning to use for burials. Evidence of dog burials has been found in Illinois dating from 8500 BP.

Texas

In Texas, Archaic humans lived in dry rock shelters (some dating to the Paleoindian period), which held up to 100 people. Here dry conditions have preserved some perishable materials (eg wood). In the Lower Pecos region (where the Pecos and Davis River feed into the Rio Grande), archeologists have found cooking hearths, evidence of trash burning, rock middens, grinding stones, sandals, fishing nets, snares, baskets, grass matting, coproliths, painted pebbles, rock art (dating from 9000 BP) and female clay figurines.

Southwest

Here Archaic humans made baskets and sandals, with the dry climate preserving a few examples. They built temporary cone shaped shelters sealed with mud or grass.

Shelter - Archaic Indians

Great Plains

Due to changing climate, Bison antiquus returned to the Great Plains around 5,000 BP, and Archaic humans clearly followed them. In addition to an increase in bison jump sites,* Archaic remains reveal a new technology: bison corals constructed at the end of a gully. This enabled hunters to trap bison without killing them and release those they didn’t eat.

West Coast

The West Coast had the best food sources and the longest Archaic period (only ending with the arrival of Europeans). Most West Coast Archaic peoples migrated seasonally between the mountains and the coast. Larger groups had boats and harpoons to hunt sea mammals as well as fish. Some groups became sedentary around 6000 BP with the first houses appearing along the Frasier River Valley (in modern day British Columbia) around 5500 BP. These Archaic setters trapped salmon.

Archaic West Coast humans buried their dead, with 27% of skeletal remains associated with violent death (suggesting they engaged in warfare). They also left behind distinctive notched cogwheel stone art,Cog Stones artifacts, suggested date 6000-3500 B.C. Milling Stone Horizon Peoples; Southern ...

More Fearmongering from the World Hoax Organization: WHO to Hold Emergency Meeting on E Guinea Marburg Outbreak

By AFP February 14, 2023

Seemorerocks

The WHO said it would hold an emergency meeting Tuesday after at least nine people died in Equatorial Guinea from Marburg haemorrhagic fever, a cousin of the Ebola virus.

The World Health Organization “will convene an urgent meeting of the Marburg virus vaccine consortium (MARVAC) … to discuss the new Marburg virus disease outbreak in Equatorial Guinea,” the UN health agency said in a statement, adding that the meeting would take place at 3 pm (1400 GMT).

Bird flu may mutate to kill more than 50% of humans who catch it, as a result of ‘unprecedented’ outbreak sweeping mammals, experts fear

  • Cases of killer H5N1 strain have already jumped from birds to foxes and mink
  • It has sparked concern that pathogen is one step closer to spreading in humans
  • Experts warn a new variant could arise that is ‘more harmful’ to humans

Bird flu could mutate to become even more harmful to humans due to the ongoing unprecedented outbreak, experts fear.

Cases of the killer H5N1 strain, which are at record levels, have already jumped from birds to foxes, otters and mink.

It has sparked huge concern among top virologists that the deadly pathogen is now one step closer to spreading in humans — a hurdle which has so far stopped it from triggering a pandemic.

The World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH) has now warned mammals could act as ‘mixing vessels’ for different influenza viruses, potentially unleashing a new variant that could be ‘more harmful’ to humans.

The H5N1 strain already has a fatality rate of around 50 per cent among people.

Yet fewer than 900 cases among humans have been detected since the first in 1997 because it does not transmit easily between people.

House GOP demands answers on CDC’s database on Americans who didn’t take shots

Posted BY: Teresa | NwoReport

The Daily Signal

Information ‘serves no sincere purpose in treating patients.

House Republicans sent a letter Tuesday to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, demanding answers about a new classification system that allows the CDC to record the reasons why Americans refused to take one of the COVID-19 vaccines.

“Naturally, we are concerned about the federal government gathering data on Americans’ personal choices—data that serves no sincere purpose in treating patients’ medical conditions—and how it may be used in the future,” the Republican lawmakers, led by Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, wrote.

The House Republicans raised the alarm about the CDC’s recently codified International Classification of Disease, or ICD, codes related to COVID-19 vaccination status, which are scheduled to take effect April 1. The codes enable the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to collect data on the reasons Americans refuse to take the vaccines.

US Poll: 49% Link Covid Jabs with Excess Deaths

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-IIl0cdDwE Dr Joseph Mercola

Story at-a-glance

  • Draconian COVID measures ruined the lives of millions of lower- and middle-class Americans while lining the pockets of the liberal cabal, and those who spoke the truth were punished rather than lauded for their reason
  • Now, the tide is starting to shift. Recent polling shows 49% of Americans believe the COVID shots may be responsible for the massive rise in sudden deaths and 28% say they know someone they believe was killed by the shots
  • In early November 2022, The Atlantic published an article by Brown University economist Emily Oster, who suggested COVID dictators be granted “amnesty” for their mistaken beliefs about COVID-19. It failed miserably, as just about everyone saw through her ill-conceived arguments
  • January 30, 2023, medical student Kevin Bass followed in Oster’s footsteps, penning an opinion piece for Newsweek in which he urges the scientific community to “admit we were wrong about COVID and it cost lives”
  • Communications analysts agree Bass’ essay is another manipulative effort to overcome public distrust in authorities
In The Hill segment above, Batya Ungar-Sargon reviews how draconian COVID measures ruined the lives of millions of lower- and middle-class Americans while lining the pockets of the liberal cabal. Indeed, the cost of the COVID measures were definitely not born equally by all. Moreover, those who spoke the truth were punished rather than lauded for their reason. Now, the tide is starting to shift. Recent polling shows 49% of Americans believe the COVID shots may be responsible for the massive rise in sudden deaths and 28% say they know someone they believe was killed by the shots.1 With half the country now questioning the shots, the propagandists surely have their work cut out for them. Perhaps some of them are realizing it’s now a losing battle and they need an escape plan, a new narrative to salvage what little public trust is left.

Apologies and Calls for Amnesty Are Just More Propaganda

beware the apologistCartoonist Anne Gibbons hits the nail on the head! Back in early November 2022, The Atlantic published an article by Brown University economist Emily Oster,2 who suggested COVID dictators be granted “amnesty” for their mistaken beliefs about COVID-19. “We need to forgive one another for what we did and said when we were in the dark about COVID,” she wrote. Her arguments were so ill-conceived, most of those who read it answered with colorful variations of “Not a chance.” January 30, 2023, medical student Kevin Bass followed in Oster’s footsteps, penning an opinion piece for Newsweek in which he urges the scientific community to “admit we were wrong about COVID and it cost lives”:3 […]

Tucker Carlson Lauds Bass’ Honesty

February 4, 2023, Fox News host Tucker Carlson invited Bass onto his show to discuss his apparently newfound humility. But while Carlson and a majority of Bass’ Twitter followers applauded his “honesty,” many scientists and doctors who have been defamed, censored and fired for speaking truth right from the start are none too impressed. […]

Early Truth Tellers Reject Bass’ Belated Awakening

Paul E. Alexander, a Canadian health researcher and former Trump administration official at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, wrote a scathing critique5 of Bass’ performance on Tucker Carlson’s show, referring to him as a spineless grifter trying to separate himself from the COVID tyrants as proof of their falsehoods mounts. […] Indeed, while Bass now presents himself as a courageous truth teller, he’s still scornful of the original truth tellers — the very ones he admitted were correct from the start and were unfairly castigated and excluded from the decision-making process. As recently as February 4, 2023, Bass blew them off en masse as being “no good.” His dismissal of the Stockholm conference as a whole — during which scientists and doctors from around the world reviewed the very mistakes he admitted to in his Newsweek “apology” — also raises questions about his sincerity.

Propaganda Refined

Dr. Pierre Kory — who got fired for standing firm on early treatment for COVID-19 and now treats post-jab injuries and long-COVID in private practice — initially welcomed Bass’ apology, but quickly changed his mind after reading a more in-depth analysis by Substack author, A Midwestern Doctor. […]

Dissecting Bass’ Plea for Amnesty

In his February 3, 2023, analysis, A Midwestern Doctor wrote:7
“In Oster’s plea for amnesty, I felt she was providing an excellent example of a pseudo-apology8 — she ‘asked for forgiveness’ but simultaneously refused to admit she was in any way at fault for any of her previous actions, and used a variety of linguistic constructs to try to both have her cake and eat it too …
I believe the goal of [Bass’] piece is to test out soundbites that could be used to address the major issues that the medical establishment has created for itself as a result of how it handled COVID-19 …
Because of how much things have changed in the last three months, we are now in the position to ask for a lot more than before, which is why a much more candid apology is being given. However, since there is a lot more nuance here than in Oster’s (as this one attempts to be more persuasive), I felt compelled to place Oster 2.0 under a microscope.”
The Substack author then goes on to list a series of screenshots from Bass’ article with commentary in red. To start off, in saying “I was wrong. We in the scientific community were wrong. And it cost lives,” Bass explicitly gave Oster’s critics what they asked for. A direct admission that they were wrong. He also addressed a central objection to Oster’s non-apology by stating that “All of these were scientific mistakes at the time, not in hindsight.” In sharp contrast, Oster argued that COVID tyrants ought to be forgiven because they didn’t know any better; at the time, nobody knew what was best and everyone was basically just guessing. This argument was one of the most egregious lies in Oster’s piece, and Bass wisely avoids making the same mistake. ‘Bomb Train’ in Ohio Sickens Residents After Railroad Cutbacks, Corporate Greed Led to Toxic Disaster

By  Democracy Now!

Fears of a wider health and environmental disaster are growing, after a 150-car freight train operated by Norfolk Southern derailed and a so-called controlled burn released toxic chemicals last week in East Palestine, Ohio.

Residents reported seeing a fireball and mushroom cloud of smoke fill the skyline. Data released by the Environmental Protection Agency shows the train contained more toxic and carcinogenic chemicals than initially reported, including phosgene, a poisonous gas that has been used as a chemical weapon in war.

Officials lifted an evacuation order for residents last Wednesday, saying the air and water were safe, but residents have reported sore throats, burning eyes and respiratory problems, and wildlife has been found dead.

Meanwhile, scrutiny has turned onto Norfolk Southern, which in recent years has challenged regulatory laws aimed at making the rail industry safer and made mass cuts to railroad staffing while spending billions on stock buybacks and executive compensation.

We get an update from Emily Wright, community organizer based near the site of the derailment; Ross Grooters, a locomotive engineer and co-chair of Railroad Workers United; and Julia Rock, an investigative reporter with The Lever.

Citizen Journalists Break Through Media Blackout on Toxic Ohio Train Derailment

Posted BY: Adan Salazar

NWO Report

Social media users took to TikTok and other platforms to get attention on the devastating fallout caused when 50 train cars derailed in East Palestine, Ohio, causing noxious chemicals like vinyl chloride to spew into the region.

Below, hear on-the-ground witness testimony you won’t get from the mainstream media, and get the scoop from concerned residents taking deep dives on the story.

Listen to warnings for nearby areas concerning the toxic compounds that appear to be contaminating waterways and destroying wildlife and livestock after local governments ordered controlled burns of the chemicals – then gave the all-clear for people to return home.

**Warning: Some videos contain graphic language. Viewer discretion is advised.**

One woman reported seeing hundreds of dead fish at the Leslie Run creek that runs through East Palestine.

Another video caught EnviroScience workers scooping out dead fish from an East Palestine river.

Taylor Holzer, a fox keeper who told WKBN foxes at his dairy farm located near a mandatory evacuation site was now exhibiting signs of illness, joined the Status Coup News podcast to further explain health issues he’s seeing in his animals.

On Monday, ten days after the initial train crash, the EPA revealed three more chemicals were discovered in addition to vinyl chloride: ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, ethylhexyl acrylate and isobutylene – each of them carrying their own potential health hazards.

It remains to be seen whether anyone will be held accountable for the scores of health issues that are sure to follow as a result of the area being contaminated with the deluge of hazardous materials.

Tanker Rates To Haul Gasoline Soar 400% After Russian Sanctions

Zero Hedge

Clean product tanker rates soared last week after the European Union and G-7 nations targeted Russia’s petroleum sales. Restrictions on Russian crude exports began in early December. The sanctions have been a ploy by Western countries to limit Russian crude and crude product exports, though it’s definitely not working.

Sanctions have redirected Russian energy flows from Europe to Asia. The rejiggering of supply chains means Russia has to rely more on tankers. According to Bloomberg, this has led to a 400% surge in the daily rates for clean product tankers.

The latest data from the Baltic Exchange in London shows clean product tankers rates have reached $55,857 per day, surging 58% just last Thursday.

According to trading giant Trafigura, Russia relies on a “shadow fleet” of tankers to move crude and crude products. The trading firm said the fleet is about 600 ships.

Bloomberg said the surge in tanker rates has been “spurred in part by a bifurcation of the fleet with some tankers serving Moscow’s interests and others the international market. It highlights a possible flipside of aggressive measures aimed at limiting Russia’s petroleum revenues.”

“Russian volumes continue to flow at more or less the same rate and that takes up a lot of ships.”

“Ultimately, the spike shows demand is pretty good, and the fundamentals are strong,” Lars Bastian Ostereng, an analyst at Arctic Securities.

About 400 tankers, or 20% of the global fleet, recently “switched” from hauling fuels for traditional countries to carrying Russian petroleum products, Trafigura’s co-head of oil trading Ben Luckock said in a recent Bloomberg interview. That has reduced the number of tankers for traditional routes and is leading to the skyrocketing cost of freight.

Bloomberg pointed out that surging rates aren’t entirely because of the tanker “switch.” It’s also due to more crude flowing by water following Western sanctions on Russia. Much of those energy exports are now being sent to Asia.

“We see no indication that Russia will have to cut back its exports of crude or refined products,” said David Wech, chief economist of Vortexa, during a presentation late last week.

Furthermore, crude prices have edged over $86 a barrel following last Friday’s announcement that Russia will reduce crude oil production by 500,000 barrels per day. This is in response to Western price caps on purchasing Russian fuel.

Clovis Man: North America’s First Culture

Episode 3 Clovis Man: North America’s First Culture

Ancient Civilizations of North America

Dr Edwin Barnhart (2018)

Film Review

The first evidence of human habitation in North America was discovered in Fison, New Mexico in 1908. At least 10,000 years old, the site provides the first evidence of humans hunting (with darts) and butchering Bison antiquus. Archeologists refer to this period of pre-history as the Paleoindian or Lithic period.

In 1932, the first Clovis points (a type of projectile point) were discovered near Blackwater Draw, New Mexico, along with charred bones of Bison antiquus, camels, sabre tooth cats and mega fauna wolves in layers. Dating from 13,000 to 10,000 years ago, most Clovis points measured 1-6 inches long. All had a flute (indentation) on both sides where it attached to the dart.

Clovis St. Louis Co. Fluted Point 14000-10000 BP

Clovis man used atlatls or dart throwers to increase the velocity of their darts. The dart slipped from the atlatl as the hunter threw his arm forward. Clovis man mainly hunted mammoths and mastodons in coordinated groups. Our Atlatls | Thunderbird AtlatlClovis points, made by chipping churt (aka flint), obsidian or quartz, were difficult to make and required great skill. They have been found in roughly 1500 locations throughout North America, most dating from 13,300 and 12,700 years ago. Most sites are concentrated in the East/Central US, with the oldest in Teas and northern Mexico. There are a few Clovis sites in Venezuela, but most are north of Central America. Thus far, no Clovis site have been found in Alaska or Siberia.

Chipped Solutrian* knives (indicated by the absence of flutes) are similar but wider than Clovis points.

The turtle seems to have been the most common prey hunted by Clovis man, with only 14 sites associated with mammoth bones. Other tools found with Clovis points include skin scrapers, choppers, axes, knives, needles and dart shaft straighteners. They are made of bone, horn and antler, as well as stone.

About half of North American Clovis points were found at Gault, a huge (as large as six football fields) multigenerational campsite in Florence Texas. Located near a spring and naturally occurring chert, Gault shows clear evidence of a sedentary lifestyle linked to megafauna migration. Other Gault artifacts include scrapers, axes, carving and plant processing tools and stones incised with geometric shapes.

Clovis culture became extinct when the mammoth did, most likely from climate changed that transformed its grassland habitat into forest. Our most recent mammoth remains date from 1700 BC on an island off the coast of Siberia.

Human population increased as the grasslands receded. Other extinctions that occurred during this transition were those of North American camels, tiny horses, giant ground sloths and armadillos and the sabre tooth tiger.

After Clovis culture collapsed, its survivors created Folsom Culture 11,000 – 10,000 BP (Before Present). Folsom man was restricted to the Great Plans between Canada and Texas where the Bison antiquus roamed. Folsom points were shorter and thinner and their flute extended the entire length of the blade. Only about 2,000 have been found in a much more limited area.

Folsom man developed the new hunting technique known as bison jumps (still in use when Europeans arrived). In a bison jump, a group of hunters would create a bison stampede and drive them off a cliff.

As many as 100-300 animals have been found at the bottom of cliffs in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska and Oklahoma.

The main Folsom site (near Folsom, New Mexico) was a multigenerational camp where archeologists have found choppers and scrapers, as well as Folsom points and evidence of body painting with red hematite and ochre.

Folsom culture collapsed when Bison antiquus became extinct 10,000 years ago.
