An Analysis of The Case Against Dr Reiner Fullmich

Rhoda Wilson

Even before the main proceedings against Dr. Reiner Füllmich, the courts indicate what they intend to do – a short trial and a quick verdict against the critical lawyer and human rights activist: They imposed a muzzle with a penalty clause on a Füllmich lawyer, ignored requests from the defense, disregarded legal deadlines and constructed a case that it doesn’t even exist. Did the verdict come down before the first day of the trial even began? Wolfgang Jeschke.

[…]

Illegal Kidnapping and Deprivation of Liberty

After the illegal kidnapping of Füllmich from Mexico (due to the lack of an international arrest warrant, the lawyer was only arrested at Frankfurt Airport. The kidnapping was coordinated with the Mexican authorities, who accompanied Füllmich to the Federal Republic of Germany and then handed him over to the Federal Republic of Germany police), the second act now follows the unlawful persecution of the indomitable critic.

Reiner Füllmich should be silenced. He was locked up because of allegations made by his alleged colleagues on the Corona Committee: Justus Hoffmann, Marcel Templin and Antonia Fischer. They drafted an opulent criminal complaint, which ultimately enabled Füllmich to be arrested and deprived of his freedom, which continues to this day.

Of the many accusations that Hoffmann and his accomplices had woven into their suspicions, some of which were clearly false, only one accusation remained for the criminal proceedings in the current partial opening: Dr. Füllmich is said to have embezzled 700,000 euros and used it for his own purposes. A bizarre accusation, because there are contracts and receipts for the 700,000 euros.

[…]

There are contracts with the Corona Committee for the loans to Füllmich, concluded with his then co-partner Viviane Fischer, who also took on a loan of 100,000 euros. She signed the loan agreements and is also authorized to sign for the Corona Committee’s gold reserve. Füllmich and Fischer can only access the gold reserves together.

The court apparently understood that Füllmich and Fischer documented the events together transparently. But instead of acknowledging that these are normal civil law agreements between managing partners, they constructed a collusive – illegal – collaboration between the two heads of the Corona Committee at the time and a “disloyalty” on the part of Dr. Füllmich.

But if Viviane Fischer was involved, why were the investigations against her stopped? The reason for discontinuing the investigation against Viviane Fischer in June 2023 was that she could have repaid the loan. Which she did, albeit belatedly. The same should have applied to Reiner Füllmich – if over one million euros of the purchase price of his house had not been diverted to another account.

In a letter dated August 10, 2023, the public prosecutor’s office announced that the application to reopen the investigation against Viviane Fischer for infidelity and/or aiding and abetting infidelity had been approved and that the investigation had also been resumed against Viviane Fischer.

Muzzle for Defense

Deconstructing the allegations is quite simple: the loans were based on contracts, were listed in the company’s financial documentation and they were supposed to be repaid. In the case of Füllmich after selling his property. However, this was thwarted by those people who filed the complaint against Dr. Füllmich refunded. They managed to divert 1,158,000 euros of the purchase price into their own account, namely the lawyer Marcel Templin. As a result, Füllmich lacked the funds to repay the loan.

Dagmar Schön, one of Reiner Füllmich’s lawyers, pointed out in a Bittel TV program that a large part of the sum that Füllmich allegedly appropriated was already in an account belonging to one of the complainants. This clarified two things: 1. why Dr. Füllmich was unable to repay the loan and 2. that more than the loan amount was already under the control of the Corona Committee co-partners.

Hoffmann and his accomplices were not pleased by this clarification from the lawyer Schön – they obtained in court, at the Berlin Regional Court, that Dagmar Schön was not allowed to express the true fact that significant funds (1,158,000 euros) from the house sale were in Marcel Templin’s account lay. The Berlin judge Wiesener thus ordered the prohibition of asserting a proven fact – the judge Wiesener therefore prohibited the statement of a truth that would exonerate the defendant and incriminate the complainant. The court has the documents that prove that this large amount of money was diverted to Marcel Templin’s account.

The justification for the ban on statements is downright absurd: the money that the buyer of the property transferred to Marcel Templin is not identical to that which Füllmich received through the loan agreements . Does Judge Wiesener live in old crime novels where money was moved in suitcases? In times of digital transactions, there is no money that can have a physical identity.

[…]

A further problem arises from the decision of the Berlin judge Wiesener: the ban on statements that was imposed on the defense with the verdict violates the rights of the defendant. While the prosecution sends out press releases publicly describing the allegations, the defense has been prohibited from commenting on exculpatory circumstances. However, until a verdict is reached, a defendant is presumed innocent. He and the defense have the right to make exculpatory statements.
[…]

The Notary and the 1,158,000 Euros

The role of the notary who notarized the property sale will need to be examined in more detail. Notaries act as public officials. Notaries are obliged to be  neutral and independent  and have a duty of confidentiality. Their task includes not only the notarization of contracts, but also the official duty of executing the notarized legal transaction.

In the Füllmich case, the contracts state that the purchase price for the Füllmich property must be transferred to a Füllmich account. This is how the notary certified it. After the contract was concluded, the notary instructed the buyers to transfer large parts of the purchase price to Marcel Templin’s account. In doing so, the notary may have violated his fundamental notary duties and his duty of neutrality. His conduct in the course of the real estate transaction will be the subject of separate investigations.

Biased Judges – Political Process?

The lawyers of Dr. Füllmich with several requests for bias. It shows a chain of misconduct to the detriment of the person being persecuted. Everything indicates that a short trial should be made against Reiner Füllmich.

The three judges disregarded legal deadlines (which is an official misconduct), ignored the arrest complaint and did not take it into account in the partial opening decision of the trial. The three judges also rejected a request from the defense for an extension of the deadline, which was based on the illness of both lawyers.

The application for bias further complains that it was not taken into account that the public prosecutor’s office allowed the defense to inspect the files after a long delay. Incomplete transmission of the files, the decision on the detention complaint without an oral hearing, the opening of proceedings before the investigation has been completed and other reasons suggest that the judges of the 5th criminal chamber are biased.

Likewise, the Göttingen judges Schindler, Wedekamp and Hoock did not take into account numerous exculpatory circumstances that speak for the innocence of the person being persecuted. Above all, the fact that Reiner Füllmich wanted and was able to repay the loans was not taken into account. This is the only way the allegations can be sustained – by the court ignoring facts and shaping the “case” in such a way that a conviction can occur.

Serious official misconduct to the detriment of the defendant:

According to the defense and current case law, the judges Schindler, Wedekamp and Hoock were guilty of serious official misconduct. They were obliged to check the electronic file receipt because they knew that the defense’s briefs were received by the court electronically. The three judges also knew that further documents would be submitted by the defense. At the same time, there was an application for an extension of the deadline until January 5th. For these reasons, they were obliged to check whether there was an entry in the court’s electronic mailbox.

If they had dutifully carried out this check, they would have found that on the night of January 3rd. Something had been received – namely a justified complaint about arrest. The judges Schindler, Wedekamp and Hoock should have dealt with this detention complaint as a priority and would not have been able to open the proceedings. They didn’t do that. This behavior is a serious misconduct . As a result, this serious misconduct must also be punished by disciplinary measures. This alone substantiates the application for bias against judges Schindler, Wedekamp and Hoock – because a motion for bias is always justified when there is a serious official misconduct that also requires disciplinary action.

Furthermore, the criminal complaint against Justus Hoffmann and Antonia Fischer for false suspicion remains unconsidered, as does the question of whether Justus Hoffmann and Marcel Templin – possibly together with the notary who carried out the notarization – illegally gained access to the largest part of the proceeds from the sale of the property. Despite these suspicions, Hoffmann and his accomplices are called as witnesses against Reiner Füllmich.

What also seems strange is the summoning of witnesses who cannot provide any material contribution to the charge of breach of trust. Among other things, the notary who notarized the Füllmichs’ real estate sale is supposed to testify as a witness. Calling him and others as witnesses makes no sense since they cannot make any contributions to the question of infidelity. On the contrary: In court, witnesses can always rely on Section 55 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and refuse to testify if they could incriminate themselves by doing so. The more intensively you look into the case, the greater the bugbear that is being built here becomes apparent. The suspicion that it will be a short political process is becoming more and more confirmed.

With their behavior, the judges violate the principle of the presumption of innocence and deny Reiner Füllmich the right to a fair trial guaranteed under Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

Abuse of the criminal justice system

[…]

The disputes between the members of the Corona Committee are classic civil law disputes between shareholders. Therefore, they belong in mediation discussions or civil law proceedings. However, civil legal proceedings cost money and sometimes take a long time. Shifting the claim clarification via a creatively designed criminal complaint avoids costs and can shorten the procedure. And since you have done the system a favor here, you can count on a positive verdict. Because the system wants to silence Füllmich. This is only possible with a guilty verdict, which in turn requires the civil law issues to be clarified in the same proceedings. 2 in 1: The Federal Republic of Germany silences a critic and the complainants get their reward.

Welsh farmers raise their voices against government’s “sustainable” farming policies

Rhoda Wilson

The Expose

Welsh farmers were due to hold an open meeting at Welshpool Livestock Market yesterday to discuss “how to make rural voices heard”, including a possible demonstration in Cardiff Bay, according to Farmers Weekly.

Also yesterday, a meeting was held at Brecon Livestock Market in Powys County about proposals for the proposed Sustainable Farming Scheme (“SFS”).

Reverend Simon Bowkett attempted to attend the Brecon Livestock Market meeting due to his concerns over the proposed government policies.  In the video below he explains why he was unable to attend. “As a chaplain, I am very concerned for people,” he said.

Wales is a largely rural country.  Approximately 84% of Wales’ land area is used for agriculture.  Holdings in Wales tend to be small family farms.   According to Wikipedia, farm incomes in Wales have fallen over the years as a result of cheap food policies in the UK, the lowering of world commodity prices and the removal of production-based subsidies.

Although Wales forms part of the UK, agriculture is devolved meaning that decision-making powers reside in the Welsh government.

In July 2022, the Welsh Government published a draft SFS the biggest shift in Welsh agricultural policy for a generation or more.

“The biggest threat to food production globally over the medium to long term is climate change,” the Welsh government states.  The Government also states it wants the reduction in Welsh food production – to plant trees or create habitat – “to be seen as protecting the food producing capacity of our land in the context of climate change.”

Pause and consider those two statements together for a moment.  They echo the words of climate doomsday cultist John Kerry at the AIM for Climate Summit in May 2023 when he claimed that the destruction of farming was front and centre in the fight against climate change.

A year after the draft, in July 2023, an update on the SFS was published.  The next stage in the process; the public consultation. In a move that echoes events in Scotland, decisions on the final design of the scheme will not be made until after this consultation has concluded and the responses analysed, The Scottish Farmer reported at the time.

The final SFS consultation was opened in December 2023 and will close on 7 March 2024.

On Monday, the National Farmers Union (“NFU”) Cymru (Wales) urged its members to engage with the final consultation on the SFS. NFU Cymru President Aled Jones said: “The Sustainable Farming Scheme proposals to date have framed Sustainable Land Management through the lens of the environment alone and have failed to recognise the vital economic, social and cultural outcomes provided by Welsh farming, alongside our core role of producing safe, nutritious and affordable food.”

Yesterday, Welsh farmer Gareth Wyn Jones told GB News that British farmers could join those on the Continent in protesting the government.“We’re losing a lot of top-quality land to solar panels to building,” he said. “All these things are taking away our food security in the UK.”

“Governments in the UK need to listen and be very very careful about the way they are treating people who produce the food that feeds them,” he said.

Israel accepts ceasefire deal

Israel accepts ceasefire deal – Al Jazeera

RT

Qatari negotiators are awaiting a final response from Hamas officials, who have seemingly welcomed the plan

Israel has agreed to a ceasefire proposal that would halt its war with Hamas, Al Jazeera reported on Thursday, citing the Qatari Foreign Ministry. Hamas has reportedly responded to the plan in a “positive atmosphere.”

The ceasefire plan was hashed out in Paris over the weekend, with Qatari and Egyptian diplomats mediating between Israel and the Palestinian militant group. Delegations from West Jerusalem and Gaza had left the French capital promising to study the proposal and negotiate further, and by Thursday evening, a deal was apparently within reach.

“Israel agreed to the ceasefire proposal and we have initial positive confirmation from Hamas,” a spokesman for the Qatari Foreign Ministry said on Thursday evening, according to Al Jazeera. “We are awaiting their response,” the spokesman added.

The proposed ceasefire will be implemented in three stages, according to a Hamas statement shared with Reuters earlier this week. The first phase would see fighting stop for 40 days as Hamas hands over the female civilians, children, and elderly people it is still holding captive. During this time, large-scale deliveries of food and medicine into Gaza would resume.

The following stages would see Hamas turn over captive Israeli soldiers and the bodies of Israeli troops, in exchange for further aid deliveries and the freeing of Palestinian prisoners from Israeli jails.

“Military operations on both sides will stop during the three stages,” the militants said, adding that the number of Palestinian prisoners freed would be open to negotiation.

The proposal falls short of the full Israeli withdrawal from Gaza that Hamas initially demanded. As a step toward ending the war, however, it also threatens Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s plan to keep fighting until Israel achieves “total victory” over the militants, as he has promised on multiple occasions.

While hardliners within Netanyahu’s cabinet have pressed him to reject any deal they view as too lenient towards Hamas, Israel has faced international condemnation over its conduct in Gaza, and two of the Jewish state’s most stalwart backers – the US and UK – suggested this week that they could soon recognize an independent Palestinian state. Such an outcome would be a political disaster for Netanyahu, who angered Washington and London last month when he outright rejected a two-state solution to the decades-long conflict with the Palestinians.

Hamas fighters attacked Israel on October 7, killing around 1,200 people and taking roughly 240 as hostages. Israel responded by imposing a siege on Gaza and launching waves of airstrikes on the densely-populated enclave. A ground operation followed three weeks later, and after almost four months of fighting, more than 27,000 Palestinians have died, two thirds of them women and children, according to the Gaza Health Ministry.

French Revolution: Foreign Invasion Triggers Insurrection and Abolition of the Monarchy

Episode 19: Overthrowing the Monarchy

Living the French Revolution and Age of Napoleon

Dr Suzanne M Desan

Film Review

In July 1792, as Prussian and Austrian troops prepared to invade France to crush the revolution, thousands of volunteers (Federés), flowed into Paris to save it. The National Assembly authorized an additional 2,000 national guards and passed a law to deport any priest denounced by 20 citizens for refusing to swear to uphold the constitution. Louis XVI’s veto of these new laws led to a massive insurrection, as ten thousands Parisians marched on the Tuilleries palace. After forcing the king to put on a red liberty cap and drink a toast to France, they departed peacefully.

By this point, France had organized one of the first viable direct, participatory democracies. Each of the 48 Paris neighborhoods had its own “section,” where citizens met to debate political proposals, submit petitions to the National Assembly, secure. Each section sent representatives to the Commune (the municipal government of Paris).

According to Desan, most of the sections were dominated by “San Culottes,”* who believed insurrection was the ultimate determinant of democracy and wanted the monarchy abolished. Still dominated by Girondins, who supported a constitutional monarchy, the National Assembly ignored the Paris sections call to remove the king from power. To defend the King, Lafayette, who commanded the National Guard, returned from the front and tried to pressure the legislature to close down the Jacobin clubs and radical press

On July 11, the Paris Assembly declared France in imminent danger of invasion and assumed emergency powers. The same day Federés from all over France arrived in Paris, sending delegates to the Paris Assembly and parading through the streets calling for the king to be overthrown and Lafayette impeached. The latter organized a personal army to march on Paris and escort the king to safety in Normandy. Marie Antoinette vetoed this proposal because she didn’t trust Lafayette.

The sections, which met nightly, violated the constitution by allowing “passive” citizens (men without property) to participate in their meetings. 24,000 Parisians met almost every night in the 48 different sections.

On July 29, 47 of the 48 sections demanded the National Assembly overthrow the king. By now, many deputies had abandoned the National Assembly and those who remained engaged in stalling maneuvers. Meanwhile the commander of the Prussian forces threatened to decimate any city that harmed Louis XVI and right wing newspapers published the names of revolutionaries the Prussians planned to execute.

On August 9, Sans Culottes rang church bells throughout Paris calling people to action. At dawn two columns of Federés and armed Sans Culottes (1100 from the Saint Antoine neighborhood near the former Bastille and 1500 from the Left Bank) marched to the Tuilleries, with massive crowds behind them.

The palace was defended by 800 Swiss guards, 200 royalist volunteers and 1200 national guards (although many deserted to join the insurgents). Vastly outnumbered, those who survived the attack surrendered the palace at 3 pm.  Four hundred insurgents were killed and 800 palace guards.

At the town hall, a newly selected Paris Commune assumed temporary control of France, imprisoned the royal family and ordered the creation of a new Convention via universal manhood suffrage. As Prussians troops crossed the border into France, 20,000 men volunteered to fight them as the Convention declared a republic..

Lafayette fled into Austria, where he was imprisoned for five years.

.*The San Culottes (Without Britches) adopted this name to distinguish themselves from the nobility, who dressed themselves in short knee britches and fancy silk stockings. They were artisans, skilled workers, shopkeepers and tradesmen. The women who fought beside them called themselves San Jupons (Without Petticoats). They believed they should have the power to pass laws, with the National Assembly deputies merely following their directives. They also wanted the vote extended to all adult males (not just those who owned property.

Colorado Bill Would Allow Raw Milk Sales

Jennifer Brown

The bill would allow dairy farmers to sell raw, or unpasteurized, milk from their farm or at farmers markets and roadside stands

Coloradans could buy raw milk at farms, farmers markets and roadside stands — but not grocery stores — under legislation aimed at giving consumers the power to choose their own food.

The “food freedom” bill would open up direct sales of unpasteurized milk, or milk that hasn’t been heated to kill bacteria, from farmers to customers, but would not impact a creative workaround that for decades has allowed people who want raw milk to get it by purchasing shares in a sheep, goat or cattle herd.

Under a proposal that got a 7-0 vote in its first Capitol hearing Thursday, dairy farmers could choose to instead open up raw milk sales at their farm, or drive their containers of milk to farmers markets and roadside stands and sell them to any customers who stop by.

Proponents of raw milk say its enzymes help with digestion and its vitamins and minerals come with numerous health benefits.

US prisoners part of hidden workforce linked to hundreds of popular food brands

ANGOLA, La. (AP) — A hidden path to America’s dinner tables begins here, at an unlikely source – a former Southern slave plantation that is now the country’s largest maximum-security prison.

Unmarked trucks packed with prison-raised cattle roll out of the Louisiana State Penitentiary, where men are sentenced to hard labor and forced to work, for pennies an hour or sometimes nothing at all. After rumbling down a country road to an auction house, the cows are bought by a local rancher and then followed by The Associated Press another 600 miles to a Texas slaughterhouse that feeds into the supply chains of giants like McDonald’s, Walmart and Cargill.

Intricate, invisible webs, just like this one, link some of the world’s largest food companies and most popular brands to jobs performed by U.S. prisoners nationwide, according to a sweeping two-year AP investigation into prison labor that tied hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of agricultural products to goods sold on the open market.

They are among America’s most vulnerable laborers. If they refuse to work, some can jeopardize their chances of parole or face punishment like being sent to solitary confinement. They also are often excluded from protections guaranteed to almost all other full-time workers, even when they are seriously injured or killed on the job.

The goods these prisoners produce wind up in the supply chains of a dizzying array of products found in most American kitchens, from Frosted Flakes cereal and Ball Park hot dogs to Gold Medal flour, Coca-Cola and Riceland rice. They are on the shelves of virtually every supermarket in the country, including Kroger, Target, Aldi and Whole Foods. And some goods are exported, including to countries that have had products blocked from entering the U.S. for using forced or prison labor.

Many of the companies buying directly from prisons are violating their own policies against the use of such labor. But it’s completely legal, dating back largely to the need for labor to help rebuild the South’s shattered economy after the Civil War. Enshrined in the Constitution by the 13th Amendment, slavery and involuntary servitude are banned – except as punishment for a crime.for labor to help rebuild the South’s shattered economy after the Civil War. Enshrined in the Constitution by the 13th Amendment, slavery and involuntary servitude are banned – except as punishment for a crime.

That clause is currently being challenged on the federal level, and efforts to remove similar language from state constitutions are expected to reach the ballot in about a dozen states this year.

Some prisoners work on the same plantation soil where slaves harvested cotton, tobacco and sugarcane more than 150 years ago, with some present-day images looking eerily similar to the past. In Louisiana, which has one of the country’s highest incarceration rates, men working on the “farm line” still stoop over crops stretching far into the distance.

Mexico Demands Answers As Cartels Acquire US-Military Grade Weapons

Zero Hedge

Mexico is furious and demands an investigation into how belt-fed machine guns, rocket launchers, and grenades are ending up in the hands of cartel members, the country’s top diplomat said.

“The (Mexican) Defense Department has warned the United States about weapons entering Mexico that are for the exclusive use of the US army,” Foreign Relations Secretary Alicia Bárcena said, who was quoted by AP News.

Bárcena said, “It is very urgent that an investigation into this be carried out.”

In June, the Mexican Army announced it had seized a dozen rocket launchers, 56 grenade launchers, and 221 fully automatic machine guns since 2018.

The influx of military-grade US weaponry entering Mexico comes as the Biden administration fails to secure the southern border as millions of illegals flood into the US. But what’s rarely discussed, in what seems like an Obama-era Operation Fast and Furious scandal, are weapons flooding Mexico from the US.

6 In 10 Americans Live ‘Paycheck To Paycheck’

by OAN’s Elizabeth Volberding

While Wall Street is setting records, those on Main Street claim to be barely scraping by. Many citizens even maintain that they are “living paycheck to paycheck,” according to the latest Issues and Insights/TIPP Poll.

According to an Issues and Insights/TIPP (I&I/TIPP) Poll that was released on Wednesday morning, 64%, or two-thirds of American voters, stated that they are “living paycheck to paycheck.”

I&I/TIPP is known for reporting “timely, unique, and informative data” every month regarding a wide range of topics that interest the general public, according to their website.

In the most recent I&I/TIPP Poll, which was conducted from January 3rd through January 5th of this year, among 1,401 registered voters, representing nearly two-thirds of Americans, stated that they are “living ‘paycheck to paycheck’ these days,” despite the fact that the United States is still considered to be a wealthier nation in comparison to other countries.

The margin of error for the poll was +/-2.6 percentage points.

Democrat politicians appear befuddled by the overall disregard for what they perceive to be “Bidenomics’ achievements” regarding the economy. However, Americans are still facing extreme financial hardships, even if the economy has recovered slightly since the COVID-19 era.

The surprising outcome comes at a time when many politicians and members of Wall Street are praising new data that claims strong growth in the fourth quarter, as well as a slowing rate of inflation.

However, in the poll, 63% of Democrats, 67% of Republicans, and 62% of Independents said that they are “barely getting by” with each paycheck they receive.

Additionally, 53% of poll-takers in the wealthiest income bracket, which include those who make at least “$75,000 or more” annually, also maintained that they struggle to make ends meet on a monthly basis. The wealthier earners blamed childcare, housing, food, travel, and entertainment expenses.

68% of American voters with lower incomes, defined as those earning less than $70,000 annually, also said that they were struggling to make ends meet. Nonetheless, that polling result was less surprising.

In terms of race, 62% of White Americans and 69% of Black and Hispanic Americans similarly admitted that they are facing “financial difficulty with each paycheck.”

The I&I/TIPP Poll posed an even more dire question, “How much money do you have in savings that you could use in an emergency?” in an effort to bring more attention to this issue.

Individual responses were used to group the answers, which were according to dollar value:

The following categories available were: “$0,” “less than $1000,” “1,000 to $4,999,” “5,000 to $9,999,” “10,000 to $19,999,” “20,000 to $49,999,” and “$50,000 or more.” An alternative response would be “prefer not to answer.”

As a result, the answer of this question was a worrisome 24% of all Americans who responded “$0.”

At the same time, 14% responded with less than $5,000, and 20% gave a response of less than $1,000. Of the respondents, 44% had less than $1,000 or had none at all. Even after accounting for the wealthiest citizens of the United States, the median savings amount was only around $1,586.

In conclusion, Americans seem to be unprepared for any sort of financial emergencies, at least in economic terms.

The data is shocking to many, especially considering the fact that politicians on both the right and left continue to tell U.S. citizens that “they’ve never had it so good,” which is far from the truth, according to economists.

Those Failing to Comply with NWO Will Be Killed by ‘Disease X’

Hunter Fielding

The head of the World Health Organization (WHO) has warned sovereign nations that those states that refuse to comply with the globalists’ “New Order” will pay the price when so-called “Disease X” is unleashed on the public.

According to WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the “New World Order” will be ushered in when states sign the United Nations “health” agency’s “Pandemic Treaty.”

By signing the treaty, countries will enable the United Nations (UN) and WHO be establish an unelected single world government.

Under the condition of the treaty, nations will need to surrender their powers to the UN for the sake of the “New Order.”

The WHO is now demanding that all member states sign the treaty in order to be “protected” from “Disease X.”

Those who fail to comply will be signing a death warrant for their citizens, Tedros warns.

Steve Watson and Professor Michel Chossudovsky expounded on this conspiracy in a Jan. 25 piece published by the Center for Research on Globalization.

They quoted a piece by Forbes about Disease X, which is used by medical tyrants to “encourage the development of countermeasures, including vaccines and tests, to deploy in the case of a future outbreak.”

According to the article, the WHO convened a group of more than 300 scientists in November 2022 to study Disease X.

This disease, caused by an “unknown pathogen that could cause a serious international epidemic,” reportedly has a mortality rate “20 times that of [the Wuhan coronavirus] (COVID-19).”

During the globalist World Economic Forum’s (WEF) meeting at Davos, Switzerland, Tedros stressed that governments must prepare for the outbreak of Disease X.

Nevertheless, the WHO head admitted that the momentum for this preparation “had been slowed down by entrenched positions and a torrent of fake news, lies and conspiracy theories.”

However, according to Watson and Chossudovsky, this supposed preparation isn’t for the hypothetical Disease X – but for the globalists’ bigger designs through the Pandemic Treaty.

Under this treaty, the entire eight billion people in the world would see their data being digitized and tied to the digital ID and central bank digital currency.

“Three hundred scientists to study something which is unknown and hypothetical?” the two wrote.

“The media propaganda buzz, quoting ‘scientific opinion,’ is [that] ‘Disease X is 20 times more dangerous than COVID-19’.

“A renewed 24/7 fear campaign has been launched, reporting on an alleged new wave of COVID-19 deaths while totally ignoring the tide of excess mortality resulting from the COVID-19 ‘vaccine.’”

According to the two, the idea of Disease X was first developed by a WHO expert committee made up of virologists and disease experts between 2017 and 2018.

It was subsequently envisaged in two events in May 2018 and October 2019.

The two events were held under the auspices of the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security (JHCHS), with the support of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF).

The WHO expert committee met in Geneva in early 2018, categorizing Disease X as a “global threat.”

This was reinforced during a May 2018 tabletop simulation held in Washington, D.C. titled “Parainfluenza Clade X.”

According to the event’s description, “the scenario begins with an outbreak of [a] novel parainfluenza virus that is moderately contagious and moderately lethal, and for which there are no effective medical countermeasures.”

Later, the idea of Disease X reared its head once more during the “Event 201” tabletop simulation.

The event, held in October 2019 at a New York City hotel, simulated the outbreak of a deadly coronavirus pandemic.

This outbreak became partly true five months later in March 2020, when the WHO declared the COVID-19 pandemic.

“I fully expect that we will be confronted by a fast-moving pandemic,” said Dr. Mike Ryan, executive director of the WHO’s Health Emergencies Program.

Even Microsoft founder Bill Gates, who shares close ties with Tedros, warned of the same.

The technocrat stressed that while the risks of severe disease from COVID-19 “have dramatically reduced,” another pandemic “is all but certain.”
