The Monster Behind Weather Engineering

“Climate instability” is a soft term, for climate geoengineering, weather modification, extended into weather weaponizing. In other words, a crime against humanity.

Professor Michel Chossudovsky provides the historic and technical details concerning weather warfare that has been emerging slowly since WW II, and probably before.

For certain, whenever you hear “fake news” to comments and reports about geoengineering and weather weaponizing, you can be sure the so-called fake news are actually the truth. And this is the case for most everything else called “fake news”.

However, what tops it all, is the recent discovery through a former employee at the South Pole Station in Antarctica. He says, what he saw at the South Pole Station is “HAARP on steroids”. He became a whistleblower, who testified before the United States Senate.

HAARP stands for High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program. Since 2015, it is officially a University of Alaska Fairbanks project which researches the ionosphere – the highest, ionized part of Earth’s atmosphere. In reality, it has a long history of weather modification and climate geoengineering.

The researcher and whistleblower, Eric Hecker, used to work for Raytheon Technologies Corporation, an American multinational aerospace and defense conglomerate, at the South Pole Station. In a 15-minute interview by Redacted, he reveals the existence of a MASSIVE weather machine at the South Pole Station. The interview, which details what Mr. Hecker experienced at the South Pole Station, is mind-blowing. It “makes the HAARP project look like a baby project.”

The weather machines at the South Poles Station can control earthquakes and the weather, alias climate. They can fabricate and direct earthquakes, hurricanes, typhoons, cyclones just about anywhere in the world. In addition, there is a giant UFO control tower, also called a neutrino control tower.

Neutrinos are tiny subatomic particles, often called ‘ghost particles’ because they barely interact with anything else. Neutrinos can be used as high-frequency energy transmitters. Earthquake or storm forming energy can be beamed literally anywhere in the world.

Mr. Hecker talks about precisely targeted earthquakes and storms.

See and listen to this earth-shaking interview by Redacted of 11 October 2024.

With this prelude, the recent category 3 to 5 devastating hurricanes hitting North Carolina and Florida, as well as the typhoons Bebinca and Yagi, hitting China and other Asian countries, are easily explained.

In late September, Hurricane Helene, a category 5 Hurricane, hit five US States, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, killing way over 300 people.

Hurricane Helene was a near-record-breaking storm. Winds and rainfall together turned the tornado into an almost unimaginable disaster that stretched more than 800 kilometers inland from the Florida coast.

“Helene” devastated and flooded Asheville, North Caroline. Strangely, Asheville sits on billions worth of lithium.

Asheville counts about 100,000 inhabitants and is on about 700m elevation – it is unusual that such elevations are flooded to the extent Asheville was inundated (see picture by Asheville Free Press).

Two companies, Piedmont Lithium and Albemarle Corp., plan to open lithium mines in the State of North Carolina in the coming years. Lithium is a metal used to power batteries for electric vehicles, smartphones, and laptop computers – and, of course, “war electronics”.

Guess who controls both of these companies? Right – BlackRock and Vanguard.

Last Wednesday night, 9 October, another weird, record Hurricane “Milton” hit the Florida coast, close to Siesta Key near Tampa, moving inwards towards Mexico, devastating Tampa, Florida, killing at least 23 people. The hurricane was downgraded from an original maximum strength category 5 to a level 3 when it made landfall, and later further down to a category 1 storm.

According to the utility tracker “Find Energy”, some 1.3 million customers were still without electricity on Saturday throughout Florida. See the report by CBS

No surprise, Bill Gates owns much of Tampa’s inner city’s renaissance landmark $3.5 billion Water Street Tampa project. Co-investor is Jeffrey Vinik (owner of the city’s professional hockey team, the Tampa Bay Lightning). The 55-acre mixed-use development project at the heart of the city’s downtown corridor recently received the title as North America’s first WELL:

Certified Community, thanks to its sustainability and livability standards. That seems to fit perfectly into the UN Agenda 2030.

The Water Street Tampa project redefines a booming downtown area, taking advantage of the city’s prime waterfront setting. See this.

It is said that Bill Gates intends on making Tampa a 15-minute city.

While fool proof the evidence is scanty, what looks like targeted storms, raises many questions. Geoengineering and weather manipulation is on the mind of ever more people. Keeping the narrative of “conspiracy theory” alive, is ever more difficult. People are waking up.

They are connecting the dots between the crisscrossed chemtrails skies, extreme hurricanes, and unpredictable severe weather variations, from cold to hot, to rain, to sunny, foggy, hail – an unusual and unhealthy mix. And now, with the interview by Redacted with Eric Hecker, even destructive killer-earthquakes are no longer mysteries.

Here is what is said about Hurricane Helene – with the potential multi-billion dollars lithium mining in the Asheville, NC, region: see video below.

As to Hurricane “Milton”, Paul Craig Roberts notices that it evolved in such an unusual way that it didn’t seem real. See this.

The following 14 minute-video provides a history of the amazing ability to intensify and radically change the path of hurricanes.

The Collapse of Kamala Harris

Kamala Harris delivers historic first speech as vice president-elect

By

Perhaps if the Harris-Walz ticket does go down in flames, Democrats will pause and take a long, hard look in the mirror. Perhaps. But if history is any indication, they probably won’t.

On July 26, in the aftermath of the Democratic Party’s ruthless midsummer coup of their own democratically elected presidential nominee, this column predicted that the elevation of dimwitted cackler-in-chief Kamala Harris to the party’s presidential slot would “spectacularly backfire.” More specifically, I wrote: “Practically, the path to winning 270 Electoral College votes still runs through the Rust Belt states of Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin. It is frankly bizarre for Democrats to swap out the man who talks ceaselessly about his hardscrabble Scranton upbringing for a Californian who boasts the most left-wing voting record of any presidential nominee in modern history.”

I’m feeling pretty good these days about that prognosis.

Harris recently campaigned in Erie, Pennsylvania—a crucial regional hub in this election cycle’s most important battleground state. Conspicuously absent from that snoozefest was incumbent Sen. Bob Casey Jr. (D-Pa.). Harris tried to pass off the snub as a nothingburger, suggesting that Casey was doing the more important work of knocking on doors and getting out the vote. This doesn’t pass the laugh test. Facing a spirited challenge from Republican hopeful Dave McCormick, Casey has clearly concluded that Harris’ immense Bay Area lefty baggage—her history of endorsing the Green New Deal, a national fracking ban, and crippling electric vehicle mandates—is an electoral albatross around his neck.

It’s tough to blame Casey. Other vulnerable Senate Democratic incumbents, such as Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) and Jon Tester (D-Mont.), reached the same conclusion a while ago. Such a conclusion makes a great deal of sense: A recent Marist national general election poll, for instance, shows Trump up a whopping 10 points on Harris with registered independents. If that margin ends up being anywhere near accurate, it is extraordinarily difficult to see a scenario in which Trump loses.

Harris has recently been engaging in what the psychology profession calls “projection,” ludicrously criticizing Donald Trump for avoiding the media when it was actually Harris who infamously avoided a single one-on-one sit-down interview for weeks on end following the Biden coup. In reality, Trump recently sat down for two interviews with Time magazine, whose owner is a vocal Harris donor. Harris declined a Time interview nonetheless. Prior to this week’s desperate, last-second change of course, which saw her sit down with Fox News’s Bret Baier, Harris had only deigned to sit down with the most obsequious media imaginable.

One can only wonder how bad the Harris-Walz internal polling must be to impel her to ditch the far-left “Call Her Daddy” podcast and the friendly ladies of “The View” for the considerably more mainstream Baier. Desperate times sure call for desperate measures. Democrats routinely blast Republicans as misogynistic, but their own chronic misandry is so bad that Kamala is apparently considering a sit-down with podcast king Joe Rogan, whose own brand of woke-skeptical irreverence sharply clashes with Harris’ identity politics obsessions and overt race-based pandering. The tables sure have turned. Will the last person hanging around Harris-Walz campaign headquarters please turn off the lights?

Snark aside, this race isn’t over yet. But the Harris-Walz camp cannot possibly be feeling too good right now, either.

Democrats have no one to blame but themselves for their predicament. Throughout this interminable campaign season, they have studiously avoided substantive discussion of the four issues that Americans consistently tell pollsters are most important to them this cycle: the economy, inflation, immigration, and crime. Instead, they have repeatedly attempted to shift the electoral terrain back to the few issues that poll in their favor: namely, abortion and the Jan. 6 jamboree at the Capitol. In this, they have completely failed. The American people still care above all about the same four basic quality-of-life issues that they have cared the most about for years now. It is Democrats’ fault that they are so woefully out of touch with the voters’ sentiments on those issues and that the Biden-Harris administration’s track record polls as poorly as it does.

UK Accepts Big Pharma Money to Trial Drugs on the Unemployed

Kit Knightly

Three days ago the British government announced a new scheme to inject obese people with weight loss drugs to try and tackle “worklessness”.

Writing in the Telegraph – where else would a “Labour” minister write? – Health Secretary Wes Streeting proudly announced the plans, and praised the new wave of anti-obesity medications:

The long-term benefits of these drugs could be monumental in our approach to tackling obesity. For many people, these weight-loss jabs will be life-changing, help them get back to work, and ease the demands on our NHS.

The specific drug in question is “Mounjaro”, produced by pharma giant Lilly to compete with the Novo Nordisk’s Ozempic/ Wegovy. And the first phase of the scheme is a five-year trial on 3000 obese people in the Manchester area, described in another Telegraph article:

Up to 3,000 obese patients – a mixture of those in and out of work, and on sickness leave – will be recruited for a five-year study that will explore whether the medication boosts productivity and could bring more people back to the workplace.

It was also announced that Lilly – the biggest of Big Pharma vultures – will be “investing” £280 million in the scheme.

Streeting describes it as:

a collaboration that includes exploring new ways of delivering health and care services to people living with obesity, and a five-year real-world study of a cutting-edge obesity treatment.”

“Collaboration” is doing some work in that sentence.

If you order a pizza from Domino’s, that’s not a “collaboration”. You don’t “collaborate” on getting a pizza – You pay for a pizza, and you get a damn pizza or you get your money back.

…and £280 million buys a lot of pizza.

The quid pro quo here is pretty easy to see.

So, I repeat the headline:

The British government is being paid by Big Pharma to trial new drugs on the unemployed.

We’re reaching levels of Great Reset dystopia not previously thought possible, and it opens up important questions for the future.

What happens if the trial is said to be a success? (And, you know, I have a funny feeling it will be.)

What happens if the new wonder drug is labelled a cure for “worklessness”?

We’ve already seen “no jab, no job” applied to vaccines during the “pandemic”. How long before the overweight and unemployed are told “no jab, no unemployment benefits”?

How long before the healthcare is rationed or conditional in other ways based on other lifestyle choices?

Streeting hints as much in his column…

The NHS can’t be expected to always pick up the tab for unhealthy lifestyles.

Seems like smokers, meat eaters, the overweight – or anyone else deemed “unhealthy” – might be in trouble soon enough.

Considering this follows hot on the heels of plans to job train those committed to mental health institutions, the “painful” budget and cutting the winter fuel allowance for pensioners – all while still spending billions to fund war over seas – you have to wonder if any of those people who were so sure Labour were the “lesser of two evils” back in July are starting to feel a little foolish.

There is no lesser. They’re all just evil.

Canada: Euthanasia on demand; doctors licensed to kill

Featured Image

Jonathon Van Maren

As Canada expands its euthanasia regime, vulnerable individuals like the homeless, obese, and grieving are increasingly offered assisted suicide, countering claims that ‘safeguards’ ensure the protocol remains limited in its scope.

(LifeSiteNews) — Canada’s suicide activists and euthanasia advocates promised the public that the path to “medical aid in dying” would be a narrow path with high guardrails. They were lying. It is a four-lane highway, and there’s nobody patrolling it.

Not a week goes by without some grim new development, and our government refuses to listen to those hoarsely sounding the alarm.

On October 16, the Associated Press covered the questions euthanasia providers are discussing on their private forums. One story featured a homeless man being killed by lethal injection:

One doctor wrote that although his patient had a serious lung disease, his suffering was “mostly because he is homeless, in debt and cannot tolerate the idea of (long-term care) of any kind.” A respondent questioned whether the fear of living in the nursing home was truly intolerable. Another said the prospect of “looking at the wall or ceiling waiting to be fed … to have diapers changed” was sufficiently painful. The man was eventually euthanized. One provider said any suggestion they should provide patients with better housing options before offering euthanasia “seems simply unrealistic and hence, cruel,” amid a national housing crisis.

READ: Disability groups files legal challenge against Canada’s euthanasia regime

Another featured a doctor debating whether obesity made someone eligible for assisted suicide:

One woman with severe obesity described herself as a “useless body taking up space” – she’d lost interest in activities, became socially withdrawn and said she had “no purpose,” according to the doctor who reviewed her case. Another physician reasoned that euthanasia was warranted because obesity is “a medical condition which is indeed grievous and irremediable.”

And perhaps the most chilling story of all is the case of a woman who was consistently pushed into accepting death:

When a health worker inquired whether anyone had euthanized patients for blindness, one provider reported four such cases. In one, they said, an elderly man who saw “only shadows” was his wife’s caregiver when he requested euthanasia; he wanted her to die with him. The couple had several appointments with an assessor before the wife “finally agreed” to be killed, the provider said. She died unexpectedly just days before the scheduled euthanasia.

Read that carefully: the couple had several appointments with the person assessing their eligibility for euthanasia before the wife “finally agreed” – that is, broke down and assented – to be euthanized. Other providers cited examples of people being euthanized for grief. It should be obvious to anyone looking at what is happening in Canada: there are no brakes on this train.

It just keeps getting worse. Linda Maddaford, the newly elected president of the Regina Catholic Women’s League, is sharing her family’s experience this month at the Catholic Health Association of Saskatchewan convention.

After her mother passed away, Maddaford’s family moved their father to a care facility in Saskatoon. “The very day after, we got a blanket email inviting us to come to a presentation in the dining room,” she said. The topic? Accessing euthanasia. Maddaford added that there is a “push from the top-down. That if you don’t – if you aren’t open to the idea; you should be. I worry for the people who feel the pressure of: ‘Well my doctor advised it.’ Or ‘someone with a clipboard came around and kept asking.’”

None of these stories appear to give euthanasia activists pause. Instead, they are constantly pushing for more.

On October 16, the Financial Post published an editorial by Andrew Roman titled, “You should be able to reserve MAID service: Quebec is going to let people pre-order medical assistance in dying. Ottawa shouldn’t try to stop it. People should have that right.” Anyone still arguing about “rights” as Canadian physicians euthanize patients for grief, obesity, homelessness, disability, and a plethora of other conditions should not be taken seriously. But here’s Roman, arguing that if we don’t permit this, all kinds of elderly people with dementia will not be killed:

As Canada’s population continues to age, demand for MAiD – medical assistance in dying – will only increase. But, with rates of dementia also increasing, the cognitive ability of patients to consent becomes a barrier. The prevalence of dementia more than doubles every five years among seniors, rising from less than one per cent in those aged 65-69 to about 25 per cent among people 85 and older.

Then, revealing a breathtaking ignorance of how Canada’s euthanasia regime has unfolded, Roman writes this:

There is no good reason why, with the numerous safeguards in Ottawa’s and Quebec’s laws, patients should be precluded from making advance requests before their condition renders them incapable of giving consent; and no good reason why their physicians should become criminals for honouring their patients’ duly stipulated advance requests.

Medieval Religious Struggles in Age of Faith

Episode 21 Religious Struggles in an Age of Faith

The Middle Ages Around the World

Dr Joyce E Salisbury

Film Review

In 1275, Pope Innocent III called the Lateran Council, the official founders of the Inquisition. The failure of the Catholic Church and religious belief to curb an increase in hunger and disease had led to an increase in mysticism, in which people reached out to God directly rather than going through a priest. The Inquisition’s response was to label mystics heretics and burn them at the stake.

The English scholastic John Wycliffe (1328-1384) was a groundbreaking Bible translator at a time when the church only allowed priests to read the Bible in Latin or Greek and interpret it for their parishioners. Wycliffe claimed there was no Biblical basis for the Pope’s earthly authority and called on popes to renounce their earthy power and leave governance to kings.

This mistrust of papal authority eventually led French king Philip IV to challenge the Pope’s right to tax church land and prosecute French clergy charged with crimes. Following Pope Benedict XI’s death in 1305, Philip persuaded the college of cardinals to appoint a French archbishop pope. Clement V and the popes who succeeded him ruled from Avignon (France) for 72 years.

The European plague epidemic beginning in 1346 left the Catholic church in relative turmoil. A shortage of priests to perform last rights, combined with a big increase in deaths, led many Catholics to be buried in mass graves in unconsecrated ground. It also resulted in mass pogroms against Jews (accused of causing plague by poisoning wells), especially in Germany. Feudal lords, who were often in debt to Jewish moneylenders, encouraged the pogroms.

In 1375 a nun who saw visions, Catherine of Siena, wrote the French pope persuading him to return to Rome. When he died in 1378, there were two popes, one in Rome and one in Avignon.

In 1409, the Council of Pisa deposed both popes and appointed a new one in Rome. When the first two popes refused to step down, there were three popes. in 1418, the Council of Constance in Germany deposed all three popes and elected Martin V, the first Renaissance Pope.

New Zealand’s “Disinformation Project” Shuts Down Amid Accusations of Silencing Opposition

Pop art collage with speech bubbles, red and yellow stars, UK flag elements, and abstract blue background.

The Disinformation Project, launched in early 2020 in New Zealand as a “disinformation research” group, but slammed by critics as seeking to usher in ideological censorship, is no more.

The project is the product of the Covid era, initially focused on what was at the time considered “disinformation” but then branching out to things like vaccine skepticism in general, climate change – and, apparently, even local politics.

The group, which coordinated with the New Zealand government, described its activities as research and analyses of all manner of “extreme conspiratorial beliefs” as well as their compatriots’ “descent” into those.

Critics, however, point out that silencing the opposition, including by supporting “hate speech” laws, was among the activities of the now-shut-down endeavor that was led by Kate Hannah.

These critics accuse the Disinformation Project of moving from being a handy tool for the New Zealand government to spread its narratives promoting COVID-19 measures (some of the most restrictive in the world), to becoming a political weapon promoting a certain agenda.

Back in April, some commentators were concerned about where the Disinformation Project’s shift from the “abandoned pandemic” to political influencing might lead.

We now know that it has led to the group’s demise – but it is only one of the many similar efforts that appeared during the Covid era around the world.

A specific accusation against this one comes from New Zealand-based journalist Chris Lynch, who claims that Hannah, along with Sanjana Hattotuwa, attempted to effectively manipulate the 2023 election in the country by influencing the media via “secretive briefings.”

This didn’t succeed in this instance because they got “called out” – but over the past four years, the Disinformation Project has been accused of getting increasingly desperate to stay relevant, and finding ways to do that, with the policies it pushed accepted without critical examination by the legacy media.

Lynch is optimistic that the demise of this project and the rise of some that challenge the established media-political narratives means that New Zealand has turned the corner when it comes to censorship disguised as concern for democracy and the fight against “disinformation.”

However, it’s equally possible that where one such outfit exits the scene, another, under a different name and leadership but with the same purpose, might take its place.

Putin says Gaza war must end with establishment of Palestinian State

Russian President Vladimir Putin meets with executives of leading BRICS media organizations within the BRICS Business Forum in Moscow, Russia on October 18, 2024. [KREMLIN PRESS OFFICE – Anadolu Agency]

Middle East Monitor

Russian President, Vladimir Putin, said on Friday that the war in the Gaza Strip must end with the establishment of a “full-fledged” Palestinian State, urging the Middle East Quartet to be reactivated in order to resume mediation efforts in the region, Anadolu Agency reports.

“The primary solution to the Palestinian problem is the establishment of a fully-fledged Palestinian State. The Russian side has upheld this position since the Soviet era,” he remarked during a meeting with BRICS media managers in Moscow.

Putin stressed reactivating the Middle East Quartet, a group of international organisations that includes the UN, US, UN and Russia, to resume efforts to mediate the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and initiate a peace process.

“It was a mistake by the US to disrupt the work of the Quartet […] It would have been easier to coordinate all the positions. The US took over, monopolised the peace efforts, assuming full responsibility and, in the end, it failed,” Putin said.

He stressed that Palestinians “will not leave” the Gaza Strip, warning that the region’s humanitarian crisis will only increase the number of those determined to “defend their interests”.

The upcoming BRICS summit in Kazan, from 22-24 October, will include discussions on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, as it remains a significant global issue, he added.

Israel dramatically escalated its massive bombing campaign across Lebanon against what it claims are Hezbollah targets since 23 September, killing at least 1,437 people, injuring over 4,123 others, and displacing more than 1.34 million people.

The aerial campaign is an escalation from a year of cross-border warfare between Israel and Hezbollah since the start of Israel’s war on the Gaza Strip. More than 42,400 people, most of them women and children, have been killed since the war began in the wake of Hamas’s 7 October, 2023 cross-border attack on Israel.

Israel further expanded the escalation, invading Lebanon on 1 October.

45% of Dementia Preventable: The Risk Factors You Need to Know

Dr. Joseph Mercola

Story at a glance

  • Dementia is not a normal part of aging, yet cases are increasing today. By 2060, an estimated 14 million adults over 65 will have dementia, nearly triple the number from a decade ago
  • Sensory impairments, particularly hearing and vision loss, are associated with increased dementia risk. Addressing these issues early could help reduce your risk of cognitive decline
  • Using hearing aids decreases the risk of cognitive decline by 19% and improves cognitive test scores by 3%, according to recent studies
  • Protecting your eye health involves proper nutrition. Carotenoids like lutein and zeaxanthin, and the antioxidant astaxanthin have significant benefits for both vision and brain health
  • Modifiable risk factors for dementia include smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, physical inactivity and poor diet. Addressing these factors can prevent up to 45% of dementia cases

Dementia is not a normal part of aging, contrary to what some people believe. In fact, many healthy individuals live their entire lives without developing any form of dementia — yet today, more and more people are gradually experiencing poor cognitive function as they age.

According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC),1 the number of dementia cases among adults 65 years and older is expected to balloon to 14 million by 2060 — that’s nearly a threefold increase from 10 years ago. This makes it even more important to implement strategies that may help protect against this disease.

In August 2024, The Lancet journal2 released a report detailing new evidence about dementia care and prevention, identifying some modifiable risk factors. According to the report, sensory impairments, even those that are mild to moderate, are associated with developing dementia later in life.

Hearing Loss Identified as a Risk Factor for Dementia

Hearing loss or “presbycusis” is one of the risk factors listed by the featured report. An estimated 20% of people worldwide suffer from this condition, and of those affected, 62% are around 50 years old or older.3

The study authors looked at five meta-analyses and determined that all found a link between hearing loss and dementia. The meta-analyses also indicate that as hearing loss progresses, the dementia risk becomes higher, saying that “the magnitude of this risk increase varied between studies, from a 4% increase to a 24% increase in dementia risk per 10 dB [decibels] decrease in hearing ability.”4

A separate review published in the Neuroscientist journal5 looked at the sensory impairments associated with dementia, and pinpointed several mechanisms by which hearing loss may lead to cognitive decline. These include brain changes in the hearing pathway and mental overload that occurs when a hard-of-hearing person strains to understand what’s being said. According to the researchers:

[…]

The Lancet Adds Vision Loss to Its List of Modifiable Risk Factors

The Lancet report also included vision loss as a sensory impairment associated with dementia. This addition was done after they acquired “considerable new evidence” connecting these two conditions. Based on their findings, nearly 2% of dementia cases were linked to having untreated vision loss in a person’s senior years.7

[…]

In 2023, a review published in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences noted that glaucoma,9 the second-leading cause of blindness worldwide, shares some biomarkers with Alzheimer’s disease.

According to the researchers, “[t]he pathophysiological process underlying AD is in many aspects similar to that of glaucoma. Numerous epidemiological studies using immunohistochemical and animal data support the link between the two diseases.”10

The ‘Use It or Lose It’ Principle Applies to Brain Tissue

In an article published in The New York Times,11 the researchers provided a simple explanation as to why sensory impairments may be associated with dementia, and it has something to do with how you use your brain tissue.

Basically, if you have sensory loss, there’s less input coming into your brain. As a result, your brain undergoes less stimulation, which can lead to more atrophy — this means you either use your brain tissue or you lose it.

[…]

Sensory impairments during adulthood can also lead to social withdrawal, as many people who struggle with these disorders tend to stop engaging with others. This increases loneliness, which is also a risk factor for dementia.

Dr. Gill Livingston, a professor of psychiatry at University College London and the lead author of The Lancet report, shares that people who are in the early stages of dementia may also develop symptoms faster when they lose their sense of hearing or vision. This is because they typically use up more brain power when trying to recognize blurry vision or garbled sounds, leaving fewer resources for everyday memory and cognition.13

She also highlights the importance of addressing these sensory impairments early on, to reduce your dementia risk. Dementia has currently no known treatment or cure, which is why understanding the link between these two modifiable risk factors and dementia may help researchers develop new management or treatment strategies.

[…]

Excessive Noise Can Lead to Hearing Loss

Your sense of hearing can deteriorate naturally and may even start during early adulthood. There are numerous factors that may lead to this condition, although in some people, the deterioration occurs faster, possibly due to genetics or, more commonly, constant exposure to noise and loud sounds.

“Isolation and Dementia — Why We Should Protect Our Ears,” a documentary from the German broadcaster, Deutsche Welle (DW), embedded above, tackles the topic of hearing damage brought on by noise pollution. It highlights some of the day-to-day situations wherein people are inevitably exposed to excessive amounts of noise — working in nightclubs, busy kitchens and even doing landscape work, and how it has affected their health.

Thomas Sünder, a 49-year-old who worked as a full-time DJ, shares how his health gradually deteriorated after being exposed to over 100 decibels of continuous noise and music every night. He suddenly collapsed due to a severe vertigo attack in the middle of a gig. Soon after, he experienced tinnitus (a ringing sound in the ear), followed by sudden hearing loss.

“I woke up and suddenly felt like I had cotton in my ear. But there was none, and everything was muffled on one side,” he said. As a result, he can no longer stand staying in places with too much noise. Even while wearing custom ear plugs for protection, he says the noise in the club is still unbearable. “It’s so loud that my body is reacting and I’m nervous about my ears, because my ears are already my weak point and it makes me super uncomfortable,” he shares.

Sünder’s condition isn’t an isolated case. In fact, more than 1 billion people worldwide are now at high risk of hearing loss due to constant exposure to noise pollution.15 And when hearing loss occurs, brain deterioration follows.

Dr. Bernhard Junge-Hülsing, an ear, nose, and throat specialist, explains that your brain deteriorates faster if you can’t hear well. It also deteriorates when you’re not interacting with others or are not participating in life.

[…]

Using Hearing Aids May Help Protect Your Cognitive Health

Sünder has since quit being a DJ and is now working as a hearing aid acoustician in Hamburg, helping other people who are also dealing with hearing loss. He also assists people in finding the appropriate hearing restorative devices to improve their hearing. With modern technology now coming up with better designs and more sophisticated modifications, there could soon be more efficient ways for these devices to address functional hearing loss.

In the U.S., around 38 million adults are dealing with hearing loss; 29 million of them could benefit from using hearing aids.16 What’s more, studies have found that using these tools may help with brain health, protecting against the onset of dementia.

A 2023 meta-analysis published in the journal JAMA Neurology found that using hearing restorative devices led to a 19% decrease in risk factors related to cognitive decline, and a 3% improvement in cognitive test scores.17

Similar findings were seen during a three-year, multicenter, randomized controlled trial, dubbed the Aging and Cognitive Health Evaluation in Elders (ACHIEVE) study.18

[…]

Other Strategies to Protect Your Sense of Hearing

Prevention is always better than treatment after the fact and, in the case of hearing loss, is particularly important. This is because, as the featured documentary mentions, your sense of hearing does not regenerate, unlike your other organs. It’s crucial to take the necessary measures to protect your ears, to reduce your risk of hearing loss and avoid the need for hearing aids in the first place.

[…]

Nutrients That Nourish Your Eyes

As for your vision, remember that the health of your eyes largely depends on your lifestyle; one important aspect that you need to take care of is your diet. Providing your eyes with the proper nourishment can go a long way toward keeping them healthy well into your senior years.

Carotenoids like lutein, zeaxanthin and meso-zeaxanthin are plant compounds with potent antioxidant qualities. They protect your macula, the part of your retina that’s responsible for your vision, from blue light and harmful ultraviolet (UV) light from the sun and other light sources. Your body cannot produce these nutrients, which is why you need to get them from your diet. Some of the best sources include:

  • Green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale and broccoli
  • Orange- and yellow-colored fruits and vegetables like squash and bell peppers
  • Eggs from free-range, pastured hens (choose those with bright orange yolks, which indicate elevated levels of lutein and zeaxanthin)

However, there’s another valuable antioxidant that’s far superior to these — astaxanthin. Previous studies have supported its protective effects against eye-related disorders, such as cataracts and age-related macular degeneration (ARMD),23 which is why many researchers believe it to be the most powerful antioxidant ever discovered for eye health.

Astaxanthin easily crosses into the tissues of your eye and exerts its effects safely and with more potency than any of the other carotenoids, without adverse reactions. Specifically, astaxanthin has been shown to ameliorate or prevent light-induced damage, photoreceptor cell damage,24 ganglion cell damage and damage to the neurons of the inner retinal layers.

Apart from its positive effects on vision health, a 2024 review published in the journal Nutrients also found that astaxanthin may have profound benefits for your brain and may protect against neurodegeneration:25

Avoid Linoleic Acid and Blue Light to Protect Your Vision

Polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs) like linoleic acid (LA) can severely damage your vision — and your overall health, for that matter — which is why it’s crucial to ignore the mainstream advice to consume seed oils or vegetable oils, which are loaded with these harmful fats. In fact, I believe that LA is the most destructive ingredient in your diet and is largely responsible for the epidemic of modern diseases that are rampant today.

LA is found in virtually every processed food, including fast foods, restaurant foods and even salad dressings. Seemingly healthy food like chicken and pork are also be loaded with LA, unless they’ve been raised on special low-PUFA diets. For more information about this topic, I recommend reading my article, “Linoleic Acid — The Most Destructive Ingredient in Your Diet.”

I also advise avoiding blue light, particularly from digital devices, as it can trigger eye strain and contribute to the development of ARMD.

Sensory Impairments Are Just One Risk Factor

The bottom line is that aging is not tantamount to developing dementia. There are ways to protect your cognitive health and keep your mind sharp even as you reach your golden years. I recommend making the necessary changes to your day-to-day habits, geared towards improving these modifiable risk factors. As mentioned by The Lancet:

“Overall, around 45% of cases of dementia are potentially preventable by addressing the 14 modifiable risk factors at different stages during the life course.”27

For example, smoking and excessive alcohol consumption are two risk factors that can be immediately avoided. Physical inactivity can be addressed by implementing a regular exercise routine. Depression, also a risk factor, can be avoided through socialization and by implementing stress-busting techniques, such as meditation and mindfulness, and by doing the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

Lastly, make sure to consume a balanced diet composed of high-quality, whole foods, and avoid processed foods, seed oils and junk foods that contribute to diseases like diabetes and obesity.

10,000 Body Bags Weren’t Enough – Updates from on the Ground in North Carolina Disaster Relief

by Brian Shilhavy
Editor, Health Impact News

Hannah Stutts is the owner of JAKS Stables, in Wendell, North Carolina.

When Hurricane Helene ripped through the area, Hannah joined forces with other local residents to start the Western Carolina Emergency Network, which is running a huge operation center in Western North Carolina, where Hannah has served as the dispatch of relief efforts in isolated towns that still need help.

Hannah recently gave an impassioned plea from her on-the-ground perspective, where she stated that 10,000 body bags were supplied to the relief efforts in the area, but that there is now a request for even more.

I was very concerned today when I found several copies of her recent video, without even identifying her or pointing people to her organization where help was needed.

As far as I can tell, this YouTube channel was the first to publish this video on October 14th, where Michael Matsoukas wrote: “This is from an email that I received (from the girl in the video) after inquiring how to help.”

To his credit, Michael published links on where to help, whereas other videos I saw, mostly on Rumble, did not, and seemed to only be content with what she was saying to get more clicks.

I have put Hannah’s plea together with an earlier video she did at the operation center where she describes the kind of work they are doing.

I really appreciate Hannah’s communication about what is currently happening in North Carolina, without getting involved in blaming who or what caused this storm, or placing blame on other rescue efforts by getting involved in partisan politics.

I have a lot of experience in the past in working with disaster relief, including heading up a major relief program in South Western Turkey in 1991 after the Gulf War, just north of Iraq, working with Kurdish refugees who had been forced from their homes.

I can tell you from previous experience that people who drop everything they are doing to start working in disaster relief have primarily one single purpose and mindset, and that is to rescue lives and tend to the suffering.

When you are putting in 18-20 hours a day rescuing and ministering to people, you don’t have time to find out what your co-workers political or religious views are, because it doesn’t matter. Everyone is there for a single purpose, and works together to fulfill that mission.

I do not give out recommendations on who or what organizations to support in these situations, because you have to do that work yourself, by investigating what they are doing, who they are working with, and how they are spending money.

The one thing I will say, is to beware of the national organizations that are not local to the area, and that includes Christian ones.

Samaritan’s Purse, for example, has a history during COVID of vaccinating their patients with the COVID-19 experimental “vaccines,” as well as prescribing Remdesivir, which was shown to kill 25% of the patients who took it. See:

Fully Vaccinated Franklin Graham Has Heart Surgery for Pericarditis as Samaritan’s Purse Helps Inject People with COVID-19 Shots

The vaccine-pushers funded by Government “health” agencies have a long history of rushing into disaster areas to start pushing deadly vaccines on the victims, especially children, as we recently saw in Gaza where both sides agreed to stop fighting for a while to push vaccines on children. See:

Infanticide in Gaza: UN to Vaccinate Over Half a Million Children with Deadly Polio Vaccine Over Fake Polio “Outbreak”

In most of these disaster relief programs there are solicitations for “medicines” and usually medical doctors get involved. And some medications are certainly necessary for these victims, such as insulin for diabetics.

But if you work with local groups, let them know your feelings about accepting vaccines from government sources, and let them know that you do NOT want your contributions to go towards any mass-vaccination campaigns, which will ALWAYS involve dangerous Government organizations, such UNICEF globally, or the CDC locally in the U.S. working through local health departments, or possibly through FEMA or other Government organizations.

What good does it do if you help victims get food and help them rebuild their homes and lives, if then some government health official comes in and starts vaccinating them for COVID or other diseases, where they end up injured and crippled for life, or even worse, dead, after they survived the initial storm?

RFK Jr. proposes subsidizing organic food, not Ozempic, as solution to obesity “for half the price”

RFK Jr. proposes subsidizing organic food, not Ozempic, as solution to obesity “for half the price”

Dr Eddy Betterman

At a recent roundtable on American health and nutrition, 2024 vice-presidential hopeful Robert F. Kennedy Jr. called for some serious changes to the way food is produced and sold in the United States.

Rather than subsidizing junk food like GMO (genetically modified) corn and soybeans, Kennedy would rather see that money going into the production of organic food, which he says will slim down America a lot better and less expensively than today’s popular weight-loss medications.

“For half the price of Ozempic, we could purchase organic food for every American, three meals a day, and a gym membership for every obese American,” Kennedy told the room – watch below:

U.S. government wants Americans to be sick and dependent on Big Pharma

The United States is one of the only countries on earth that pushes pharmaceuticals and surgery over nutrition and exercise as the solution to obesity and other chronic health problems. In Denmark, for instance, where the company that makes Ozempic is located, the government recommends “a change in diet and exercise to treat obesity.”

“Why are members of Congress doing the bidding of this Danish company instead of standing up for American farmers and children?” Kennedy asked about this sudden societal push across America for everyone who is fat to take Ozempic for weight-loss purposes.

“We could literally subsidize healthy food for every American, three meals a day, but the government wants to put you on a pill for twice the price instead. If that doesn’t scream corruption, I don’t know what does.”
