US Authorizes CIA Mercenaries to Run Biometric Concentration Camps in Gaza Strip

A private intelligence corporation billed as “Uber for war zones” is preparing to create what Israel hopes will be the model for supplanting Hamas rule in Gaza.

Dan Cohen

The Biden administration has approved the deployment of 1,000 CIA-trained private mercenaries as part of a joint U.S.-Israeli plan to turn Gaza’s apocalyptic rubblescape into a high-tech dystopia.

Starting with Al-Atatra, a village in the northwestern Gaza Strip, the plan calls to build what the Israeli daily Ynet calls “humanitarian bubbles” – turning the remains of villages and neighborhoods into tiny concentration camps cut off from their environs and surrounded and controlled by mercenaries.

This comes as Israel carries out daily massacres and ethnic cleansing in northern Gaza, enacting the proposal known as The Generals’ Planoriginally crafted by former national security chief Giora Eiland to turn Gaza into “a place where no human being can exist.”

The plan, approved by White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, calls for the Israeli military to clear out pockets of Palestinian resistance, which it has failed to achieve, demonstrated by the recent killing of Israeli Colonel Ehasn Daksa, the highest ranking officer to lose his life in the year long war.

48 hours after stamping out resistance, they plan to erect separation walls around the neighborhood, forcing its residents, and no one else, to enter and exit using biometric identification under the CIA contractors’ control. Those who do not accept the biometric regime would be refused humanitarian aid.

This plan, first reported by Israeli journalist Shlomi Eldar, allocates $90 million for the residents to rebuild their homes, and calls to appoint a “local sheikh” to the position of “head of the council.”

The plan is a 21st century reboot of Washington’s infamous, failed Strategic Hamlet Program during its war in Vietnam in the 1960s, updated with a modern biometric program the US military-industrial complex has incorporated into its operations since, in particular, the beginning of the so-called “War or Terror.” (The U.S. has even created a little known agency called the Defense Forensics and Biometrics Agency to advance this).

‘Uber for war zones’

The company at the forefront of this plan is called Global Delivery Company, described in its promotional materials as a “Uber for war zones.” Israeli-American businessman Moti Kahana owns it and employs several top Israeli and American military intelligence officials, including retired U.S. Navy Captain Michael Durnan, retired U.S. Special Forces captain Justin Sapp, former Israeli military intelligence division head Yossi Kuperwasser, and former Israeli military chief intelligence officer David Tzur.

Kahana has played a key role in the dirty war against Syria in the 2010s and worked with the CIA-backed Free Syrian Army to provide food and medical care to militants and civilians alike. GDC has also been involved in Ukraine, where it collaborated with the Zionist organization, the American Joint Distribution Committee, to operate a refugee camp in Romania near its border with Ukraine. He has also been in negotiations to free the former Israeli military intelligence officer Elizabeth Tsurkov, who was detained in Iraq in 2023.
ImageMoti Kahana on left. Source: X

Kahana’s Gaza plan has been in the works since at least February, 2024. He presented the plan to establish these electronic cantons – what Jewish News referred to as “gated communities” – to the White House, State Department, and Defense Department, as well as Netanyahu. U.S. officials did not respond. While the Israeli military had agreed, the Israeli prime minister shot it down. “What’s the rush?” he quipped.

As I reported at the time, Dostri’s plan laid out four options for Gaza’s future: 1) an installed collaborator regime, 2) the renewal of Palestinian Authority administration, 3) an international or regional mandate in Gaza, or 4) a long-term direct Israeli military occupation, which he described as the optimal choice.

However, as Hamas has maintained its civil control throughout Gaza and Israel has failed to defeat armed resistance groups, the Netanyahu government is relying on the U.S. to do its bidding.

The latest plan appears to be a combination of various elements from Dostri’s paper, involving a long-term Israeli military occupation in combination with an international mandate. While the proposal called for the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, or Saudi Arabia to assume civilian control over the Gaza Strip, that has failed to materialize, prompting the United States to approve deployment of CIA contractors.

While Israel has forced thousands of Palestinian civilians to march south, Gaza’s still formidable armed resistance may stifle these plans.

The Israeli military has also been in talks with Kahana to deploy its mercenaries to secure the Netzarim corridor, which bisects the Gaza Strip.

The GDC’s CIA mercenaries would be in full control of humanitarian aid, thereby supplanting Hamas and ending its governance, they figure, achieving a long-term goal of the Israeli war.

“If the pilot goes through successfully, it will be the model for the rehabilitation of Gaza and will result in the suppression of Hamas’s civilian control in the Strip,” notes Eldar.

The plan resembles a proposal published in the U.S. Department of Defense’s top journal, written by Likudnik think tanker Omer Dostri, who was appointed as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s spokesperson in August 2024.

Read ID First Step Towards Digital ID and CBDC

By Dr Joseph Sansone

In May of 2025 the TSA plans to start requiring the Real ID to fly on domestic flights in the United States. This is the creation of a National ID and a clear violation of basic Constitutional rights. State driver’s licenses IDs that are not Real ID complaint will no longer be valid to fly domestically. They must be Real ID compliant. It is clear that this is the first step to incrementally require a Real ID for all interactions with the Federal government and eventually all aspects of society.

The Real ID was created by an unpatriotic Congress and President in 2005 under the lie of national security. In the aftermath of the 911 false flag operation, the globalist puppet president George W. Bush and Republicans and Democrats, started two unpatriotic wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, fleeced American tax dollars, and borrowed money from China to do it. These anti American zealots also created a surveillance police state with the Patriot Act, etc., and also created the dehumanizing NAZI modeled DHS and the TSA.

The TSA and DHS are government operated terrorist organizations. If you have ever been subjected to the TSA porno scanner and have had your genitalia groped and fondled by TSA thugs, then you have been terrorized and dehumanized by this organization. Remember when they said implementing the porno scanners would allow you not to be sexually molested to go on an airplane. They lied. Now you get both.

A Real ID will eventually allow the federal government to track American citizens, and at some point, will likely include medical information such as ‘vaccine’ status. Authoritarians are arguing that the Real ID should include vaccination status.

The PDF417 barcodes, used in REAL ID cards, have a large data capacity and are capable of storing medical information, including vaccine status. This could be a back door method for the federal government to track vaccine status and coerce vaccination to participate in society.

While many state Driver’s Licenses are already Real ID compliant, the new regulations give an indication of where this is going.

The new regulations state:

“The REAL ID Act of 2005 (the REAL ID Act) addressed the 9/11 Commission’s recommendation that the Federal Government “set standards for the issuance of . . . sources of identification, such as drivers licenses.”  (11) The REAL ID Act sets minimum security requirements for the issuance and production of DL/IDs issued by the States, territories, and the District of Columbia in order for Federal agencies to accept these documents for official purposes. (12) Official purposes include: (1) accessing Federal facilities, (2) boarding federally regulated commercial aircraft, (3) entering nuclear power plants, and (4) any other purposes that the Secretary of Homeland Security shall determine. (13)”

Accessing federal facilities like the VA and apparently even your local  post office could require this National ID. Would interaction with any federal agency require the Real ID? What about facilities that receive federal funds. For instance, hospitals that take federal funds?

The kicker is the phrase for any other purposes the Secretary of Homeland Security shall determine. In the event of another manufactured crises or pandemic where the deep state, or international criminal class, if you prefer, (I do) unleashes a bioweapon and requires that you inject yourself with another mRNA bioweapon injection to avoid quarantine or move about freely, there is that pesky anti Constitutional DOD Directive where if called in by state or federal law enforcement (this includes DHS), where if ‘lives are in danger’ or in response to a ‘biological agent’, etc., the military can use deadly force against American citizens. This directive appears to pave the way for martial law.

The Secretary of Homeland Security could call in the military to assist with mass quarantines, and of course the use of deadly force is warranted since those that are not quarantining, or not getting the newest bioweapon injection, are allegedly endangering the lives of others.

The Secretary of Homeland security could require that American citizens have the Real ID with them at all times when they leave their home. When you consider the concentration of power into the Secretary of DHS, the Secretary could require that all transactions require a Real ID. Banking, grocery store. There appears to be no limit to this power. Amazing, since the DHS and TSA are clearly not Constitutionally authorized.

Twila Brase, RN, PHN, CCHF Co-founder and President, issued this stark warning:

“TSA and DHS plan to make citizens suffer until they submit. REAL ID is more than just a government ID; it’s an unconstitutional usurpation of individual and states’ rights that gives the Secretary of Homeland Security unilateral authority to decide what it must be used for, far beyond access to commercial airlines.”

The Real ID is a usurpation of States Rights and Individual Rights. It is a further encroachment of a power hungry authoritarian federal government implementing a plan of enslavement to go along with overall depopulation goals.

To be clear: The data storage capability of the Real ID can track medical information, including vaccination status. Real IDs could be required for various transactions or access points, allowing quick scanning and verification of vaccination status. A centralized database of information from Real ID scans could be collected in a centralized database, enabling tracking of individuals’ movements based on where and when their IDs were scanned. Real IDs could be used to control access to public spaces, transportation, or services based on vaccination status. Some states are testing digital driver’s licenses, this could allow for real-time updates of vaccination status and easier data sharing.

The Real ID could potentially be utilized with a Centralized Digital Bank Currency. It is also possible to store a digital wallet address, transaction details, balance information, and encrypted payment data… It is possible then to restrict the ability to buy or sell based on vaccination status…

These are capabilities and are not actual current practice. Although, it seems that at every fork in the road, the decision is to move away from liberty and human dignity and to move toward authoritarian control. A Secretary of Homeland Security that can decide for what purposes a Real ID is required for, is not a public official, that is a ruler.

Ignore the fact that illegal aliens are being flown all across the country. Ignore the fact that the borders of the United States are wide open and unprotected. No national security risk there.

There is no benefit to humans for the government to have a Real ID system in place. It only removes basic human liberty and dignity. It provides no security. We could very easily see the Real ID syncing with quarantines and federal tacking of vaccine status. The Real ID will in no way help stop illegal immigration any more than it will make you safe. Police the border, do not create a police state.

Nobody has a right to track you or control you. Especially the government. Government has a bad track record when it comes to not oppressing or killing its people. Every action by government should be scrutinized and questioned.

Smart TVs ‘Vast System of Digital Surveillance’ That Targets Everyone, Especially Kids

child watching tv, on tv screen is a digital surveillance eye

Calling it a “privacy nightmare,” the Center for Digital Democracy issued a report on how the streaming TV industry has evolved into a vast data-driven viewer surveillance apparatus, transforming people’s TVs into monitoring, tracking and targeting devices.

The streaming television industry has morphed into a vast data-driven viewer surveillance apparatus, transforming people’s TVs into tools for monitoring, tracking and targeting, according to a new report from the nonprofit Center for Digital Democracy.

The 48-page report, “How TV Watches Us: Commercial Surveillance in the Streaming Era,” charts the evolution from broadcast, cable and satellite television to connected TV (CTV), a term that encompasses the wide range of content delivered through the internet to smart TVs.

CTV includes popular apps like YouTube TV, Free Advertiser-Supported TV (FAST) channels, and streaming services like Disney +, Netflix and Amazon Prime. It also includes Roku, smart TVs and smart TV devices themselves.

The report documents how CTV, whose surge in viewership is largely driven by young audiences, harvests user data through a “sophisticated and expansive commercial surveillance system” that privacy advocates argue undermines existing consumer protections.

“CTV has become a privacy nightmare for viewers,” said Jeff Chester, report co-author and executive director of the Center for Digital Democracy, in a press release. “It is now a core asset for the vast system of digital surveillance that shapes most of our online experiences … as it gathers and uses sensitive data about health, children, race and political interests.”

Over the past five years, CTV corporations have teamed up with data brokers like Experian and TransUnion to create new data-mining tools that capture and aggregate everything an individual user does on their smart TV. This information can be integrated with data captured from other devices and real-world activities.

Existing privacy policies don’t explain or protect people from these new forms of data capture, the Center for Digital Democracy said — so viewers should disregard any promises companies make about not collecting or sharing user information.

These new data-capture practices form the foundation for a system with “unprecedented capabilities for surveillance and manipulation,” the report warns. “As a consequence, buying a smart TV set in today’s connected television marketplace is akin to bringing a digital Trojan Horse into one’s home.”

The Center for Digital Democracy submitted the report, along with letters to the Federal Trade Commission, the Federal Communications Commission, the California attorney general and the California Privacy Protection Agency, calling for an investigation into the industry.

How does CTV capture data?

According to the report, CTV saw a dramatic rise in viewership during the COVID-19 lockdowns “when hundreds of millions of Americans who were forced to stay in their homes found comfort and diversion in the vast number of channels offering a steady supply of movies, television series, sports, and other programming.”

The trend has continued, with streaming services expanding their audiences by offering lower-cost versions of their platforms that include advertising. These versions with ads are more profitable and provide more opportunities for data collection and ad targeting.

Through CTV partnerships, data brokers create extensive digital dossiers on each of hundreds of millions of individual viewers and TV owners, based on their identity information, viewing habits, and both online and offline shopping and other behaviors.

One new data-mining tool is a “cookieless ID” that tracks a person’s digital activity without third-party cookie providers, capturing user data directly and without the viewer’s knowledge or the ability to opt out.

Another method, ID graphs, aggregates user data from across all of a person’s devices logins and even real-world activity, enabling targeted advertising both on and offline.

Automatic content recognition (ACR) software, an artificial intelligence (AI) tool, captures every frame of content displayed on a TV and creates a digital fingerprint. That content, matched to individual households, accounting for their location, subscription histories, gaming, type of content, etc., is then used by advertisers to control everything from the TV home screen to the ads viewers see.

In this new landscape, even TV manufacturers are collecting first-party data — data that comes directly from users. In many cases, users must consent to that data collection during TV setup. Software installed on the TV tracks and analyzes the content and advertising that appear on the screen.

While manufacturers say the data is anonymized, the report says the thousands of categories used for “precise audience targeting” reveal an extensive, highly granular, and intimate amount of information that, when combined with contemporary identity technologies, enables individual viewer tracking and ad targeting.

That targeting extends beyond product advertising — it is also used to manipulate people’s financial, political and health decision-making, the report said.

How CTV manipulates and harvests consumer health data

The U.S. is one of two countries globally that allows pharmaceutical companies to market directly to consumers. Research shows the ads significantly increase drug sales, although they tend to be biased, use misleading language and leave out key health information.

According to the Center for Digital Democracy report, pharmaceutical marketers are leveraging extensive data on people, including diagnostic and procedure codes, medical claims and prescribing behaviors.

CTV has opened avenues for the industry to become “even more powerful and intrusive,” combining existing health data with targeted pharmaceutical ads and then tracking its effectiveness to refine targeting methods even further.

Despite claims that health data for ad targeting is anonymized, the report said the industry can use other identity-tracking tools to target pharmaceutical ads to specific people on their smart TVs.

For example, a company called DeepIntent partners with LG for exclusive access to its automated content recognition data. The company can combine that data with other data points to target people for pharmaceutical ads relevant to their health concerns.

DeepIntent also partners with Roku to target “Silver Streamers,” people 55 and older who are more likely to have a diagnosed condition.

The companies target patients, caregivers and providers with sustained and repeated ads across multiple platforms.

Processed food companies use AI to target, collect data from kids

Food and beverage companies use CTV to target children and teens, who are part of what they call “Generation Stream.”

Companies like General Mills work with Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video to integrate their products in shows that resonate with the target audience. Big Food’s interest in this type of integration has spawned companies like BenLabs, whose sole purpose is integrating brands into TV, film, music and influencer content.

CTV also uses generative AI to show different ads to different audience segments watching the same show. Startup companies are developing technology to place different products in the same show for different audiences.

“Where one customer sees a Coca-Cola on the table,” the report said, quoting a marketing executive, “the other sees green tea. Where one customer sees a bag of chips, another sees a muesli bar … in the exact same scene.”

Companies like Amazon share their search and purchase data with the food and beverage industry, which makes it possible for brands to further refine their targeting.

For example, Hershey, an Amazon partner, has used the data to ensure its products always “win” in Amazon searches and has placed its products in Amazon shows.

Roku has partnered with Kroger to integrate data collected in the stores and through viewing habits, allowing brands to target supermarket shoppers while they watch CTV. The platform also provides advertisers with data to measure how exposure to streaming ads affects real-world purchases.

Kids, teens represent $28 billion market

According to the report, kids and teens represent a market worth over $28 billion for purchases of food, toys, entertainment and technology. They also play an important role in determining what families stream and which streaming services they subscribe to.

While Disney claims not to advertise to kids, it collects data about them that it shares with marketers. For example, the company coordinated a project where children shared their “video ethnographies” about their favorite pastimes that it shared in a report.

Streaming channels also recycle popular content, like “SpongeBob,” “Dora the Explorer” and “Peppa Pig” on channels with streaming ads.

CTV programming aimed at young people is poised for a transformation through generative AI, which will be used to easily create animation and personalized ads and to churn out kid-targeted content faster and cheaper than ever before.

As this new media landscape unfolds, the Center for Digital Democracy argues there must be a comprehensive policy agenda to protect consumers and enhance democracy. That agenda should include privacy protections and digital marketing safeguards for health, children and politics.

Former Pentagon Official: BRICS Response to Odious Western System

BRICS is a response to the ‘odious’ Western system – former Pentagon official
RT

Washington’s “weaponization” of the dollar will drive more countries toward the economic group, Michael Maloof has predicted

This week’s BRICS summit in the Russian city of Kazan will entice more countries to join the growing group, and Washington only has itself to blame, former Pentagon analyst Michael Maloof told ex-British MP George Galloway on Sunday.

Speaking on Galloway’s Mother of All Talk Shows (MOATS), Maloof applauded Russian President Vladimir Putin for recognizing that countless states around the world are seeking a more inclusive economic system and looking, in Maloof’s words, “to get out from under the odious sanctions of the West and the financial system that has really encumbered them.”

“The United States is in charge of the ‘Rules Based Order’, which means that they can not only make the rules, but break them at will, and we’ve seen this constantly in its own decision making. And the world is saying ‘we’ve seen enough of this crap,’” he told Galloway.

”We’re going to be seeing challenges to the hegemony of the dollar, [and] the weaponization of the dollar and the Western system, and we’re already seeing mechanisms that will be offered at this summit this week,” he continued.

After it was effectively excommunicated from the Western financial system over the Ukraine conflict in 2022, Russia stepped up its efforts to settle foreign trade in rubles and other currencies. “We did not refuse to settle transactions in dollars. Rather, we were refused, and were simply forced to look for other options,” Putin explained at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) in Vladivostok last month.

Putin noted that Russia and its BRICS partners are now using national currencies in 65% of mutual trade settlements. According to Reuters, Russia will propose a new blockchain-based international financial system at this week’s summit. While Moscow has not commented on Reuters’ report, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov previously told RT that Moscow and other BRICS countries are working on a new cross-border payment infrastructure independent of the Western SWIFT system.

The willingness of the US and its allies to weaponize the dollar and shut rival powers out of the Western system has pushed even Washington-friendly countries like Brazil, India, and the UAE to seek alternate arrangements, Maloof said. This, coupled with the fact that sanctions have driven Russia and China into an ever-closer partnership, demonstrates that “you don’t see strategic thinking coming out of the United States anymore,” he told Galloway.

BRICS was originally founded in 2006 by Brazil, Russia, India, and China, with South Africa joining in 2011. Ethiopia, Egypt, Iran, and the United Arab Emirates joined in January 2024. Saudi Arabia has yet to ratify its membership after being invited to join.

Russia currently chairs the group. More than 30 nations, including NATO member Türkiye, have applied to join.

How Gunpowder Ended Medieval-Style Warfare

Episode 23 Medieval Warfare Ends with Gunpowder

The Middle Ages Around the World

Dr Joyce E Salisbury

Film Review

Gunpowder was discovered by Chinese alchemists looking for a chemical to bestow immortality who discovered a white organic crust formed on decaying matter called saltpeter (potassium nitrate) was flammable. They first used it in 1110 in fireworks and initially attached it to arrows. By 1240, gunpowder, fireworks and rockets had spread to the Muslim world. From there it spread to Western Europe. In 1267, Roger Bacon wrote to the pope describing gunpowder.

The first recorded use of gunpowder bombs was in 1232, when Song dynasty combatants launched an iron device against Mongol warriors that exploded on hitting its target. After hiring Chinese engineers to make their own bombs, which often included shrapnel, urine, feces or oil, the Mongols used them extensively by the 14th century.

One hundred years later, gunpowder had made traditional warfare, carried out by medieval knights on horseback, obsolete. The combined use of gunpowder and the longbow enabled England to conquer most of France during the 100 Years War (1337-1453).  Both the primitive guns (which shot iron balls) had a far greater range than French knights with crossbows, which allowed the English to trike the French defenders long before they were in range to be fired on. In addition,

An early hand gun, probably from a time not too long after the Battle of Crecy

Primitive handgun used at Battle of Crecy

Likewise, crossbows took much longer to load – an English archer could fire 10 arrows a minute with a longbow, in contrast with a France archer who could only fire two with a crossbow.

By 1415 the British and their Burgundian allies controlled northern France as far south as the Loire, and the French king Charles VI had abdicated and disenfranchised his son Charles. The outcome of the war was significantly altered by a teenage peasant girl named Joan of Arc, who heard voices from God directing her to lead the French armies to victory and assure the coronation of Charles the VII. According to Dr Salisbury, Joan of Arc revival of national loyalty (as opposed to loyalty to a king) significantly changed the course of the war for the French. The armies she liberated Orleans and other cities that stood in the way of Charles’s coronation (according to French tradition) in the cathedral at Reims.

After capturing her, the Burgundian army turned her over to the English, who turned her over to the Inquisition – who tried her for heresy and burned her at the stake.

Charles VII would be the first king to organize a French artillery, leading to a string of French victories until only Calais remained in English hands.

The most significant transformation this created in European warfare was that kings and nobles could now hire commoners trained in the use of gun, cannon and longbows to fight their wars for them.

*The Hundred Years War was triggered by a dispute over succession when the French king Charles IV died in 1328 without a direct heir. Charles IV’s through the English king Edward III was the closest living relative through his mother, Charles’s sister Isabella. After the French parliament ruled succession couldn’t pass through the female line, Charles IV’s first cousin Phillip VI became king of France. After the latter attempted to claim supremacy over English lands in southern France, Edward III invaded France with 4,000 knights, 10,000 commoners with longbows and 50 commoners with small guns.

From Covid Amnesty to Covid Amnesia

From Covid Amnesty to Covid Amnesia

By Thomas Buckle

These are not the droids you are looking for.

With a wave of his hand, Obi-Wan Kenobi made thoughts and suspicions disappear.

When it comes to Covid, it is what the pharmaphorcedcopulation conglomeration is trying to do right now.

Well, no.

In a recent piece in the New York Times, Dr. Rachel Bedard – who specializes in “medicine and criminal justice” – said the world needs to move on from the whole Covid catastrophe, the pandemic response, and the wholesale destruction of liberties.

In complaining about the possibility that Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. will be appointed by a – horrors! – potential Donald Trump administration, she had this to say:

The Covid-19 pandemic was a divisive crisis for Americans. I worry that appointing Mr. Kennedy to a top health job would entrench the maddening, counterproductive, personality-driven dynamics that have dominated the politics of health and medicine for the first half of this decade, especially post-Covid…

The future will surely bring both predictable and unforeseen public health crises that will require cool, experienced, nonpartisan leadership. Should Mr. Kennedy be appointed to the federal government, he is unlikely to use his power to turn down the temperature. We should learn from what the pandemic revealed about our culture’s deep divisions. If Mr. Kennedy is in the administration, I fear we never will.

Arrogance aside, Bedard’s opinion piece screams enforced forgetfulness. While she may claim her position is about being able to “learn” from the pandemic, her statements belie that.

Her version of learning is about learning how to trust the public health complex that lied to the world for two – and counting – years about the dangers, origins, and potential treatments for Covid.

Bedard does admit that many and much politics were played and that maybe kinda sorta the pronouncements from the likes of Anthony Fauci were too “prescriptive” rather than “persuasive,” which is the best way to handle discussions in the midst of any public health crisis, from pandemic to weird goo appearing in the public pool.

She says RFK, Jr.’s pronouncements are about power rather than the necessary “nuance” needed and is therefore unfit for office.

One assumes one can replace “nuance” with ‘I was just following orders,’ but, either way, Bedard whitewashes fault and then – for purely pejorative reasons – goes into a tangent about raw milk.

Pejorative because it seems that people who go beyond the socially acceptable “farm to table” and “non-GMO” and “certified organic” to demanding purer foods concepts are weird stupid people who are endangering the rest of the population, even though the rest of the population will most likely stick with things like pasteurized moo juice.

It’s a red non-sequitur herring, intentionally included to try to lump various types of officially designated crazy people together.

Kennedy’s appointment, Bedard frets, would lead to people remembering what happened during the pandemic and may even lead to investigations into exactly why it happened.

And that would be bad because it would not allow for the enforced amnesia, the demand for the Great Forgetting.

Prior to this, the folks who did very very well during the pandemic asked for “Covid amnesty” for the public health experts who led the effort and their terrifying minions who did things like yell at people who were not wearing a mask and refused to allow family members to attend Thanksgiving if they were not vaccinated.

The argument – made by Brown University economist Emily Oster, who no one had ever heard of before the pandemic – for amnesty was that “everyone tried their best, no one did anything intentionally bad, we now know better, we’re not bad people, we didn’t really know…”

In other words, we did the best we could, be nice, can’t we all get along?

The hubris of Oster’s argument is put paid by a very simple observation about what the pandemic response did:

Massive educational degradation. Economic devastation, by both the lockdowns and now the continuing fiscal nightmare plaguing the nation caused by continuing federal over-reaction. The critical damage to the development of children’s social skills through hyper-masking and fear-mongering. The obliteration of the public’s trust in institutions due to their incompetence and deceitfulness during the pandemic. The massive erosion of civil liberties. The direct hardships caused by vaccination mandates, etc. under the false claim of helping one’s neighbor. The explosion of the growth of Wall Street built on the destruction of Main Street. The clear separation of society into two camps – those who could easily prosper during the pandemic and those whose lives were completely upended. The demonization of anyone daring to ask even basic questions about the efficacy of the response, be it the vaccines themselves, the closure of public schools, the origin of the virus, or the absurdity of the useless public theater that made up much of the program. The fissures created throughout society and the harm caused by guillotined relationships amongst family and friends. The slanders and career chaos endured by prominent actual experts (see the Great Barrington Declaration) and just plain reasonable people like Jennifer Sey for daring to offer different approaches, approaches – such as focusing on the most vulnerable – that had been tested and succeeded before.

What Oster forgot – and what Bedard wants everyone to forget forever – is the fact that, despite the heroic efforts of the public health establishment, a million people still died.

Note as to the use of the one million figure:

It is absolutely true that the number of people who died “from Covid” alone and/or primarily is, of course, nowhere near one million – pretty sure even the CDC is side-of-the-mouth admitting that now.

Co-morbidities and advanced age played a huge role in the toll the virus took, and then there were the people who died in a car accident and tested positive at the hospital and were listed as dying of Covid, etc.

That issue is another massive scandal that we will not know the actual truth for years.

But I chose the one million number because that is what they – the experts, the “scientists,” the public health officials, the pandemicists, the media, etc. and/or all the people who lied to the public and caused massive societal disruption – use as a figure.

And since they – Oster is not the only one who thinks as she does – claim they did the best they could, they had good intentions, they tried really hard so please don’t be mean to us, it demands a question be asked: if one million people, as you say, died while you were doing your best, exactly how awful are you at your job, why should anyone trust you about anything ever again, and why should anyone forgive your gross incompetence and negligence and systemic – using that word correctly – dissembling? And that’s not even considering the fact that you now admit you KNEW the unnecessary damage you were causing while you were causing it?

In other words, if they are going to claim the pandemic was so serious it cost a million lives, it makes the request for “amnesty” even more unconscionable.

And never forget that the people who asked for amnesty and, when that was laughed out of the building, are now demanding amnesia, again, did well during the pandemic.

Oster kept her job. Oster got famous. The pandemic was good for Oster.

The pandemic was also good for bureaucrats, multi-nationals, putative experts, the mindless media, and internet scolds. It was good for woke adults who want to remain children, it was good for the national security-industrial complex, it was good for hiding behind, it was good for expanding societal power.

It was not good for people.

Covid Exposed the Fall of Education Like Nothing Else

Covid Exposed the Fall of Education Like Nothing Else

By David Barnhizer

The Covid-19 virus attack actually had a single good side, along with its tragic costs. It is that if the K-12 schools had not abandoned in-person teaching and shifted to online computer and Zoom classes, parents would never have discovered that their children were being brainwashed. When that shift occurred, parents all over the nation, as well as state legislatures, governors, politicians, school boards, state boards of education, public interest organizations, and the like suddenly “AWoke” to the dangers of “Wokeness.”

This spread to the various manifestations of the theme of “Anti-Racism” being trumpeted by Critical Race Theory activists. Whatever the name concocted to conceal what is occurring, “Anti-Racism” is itself a new and dangerous form of Neo-Racism hidden behind linguistic masks and formulations.

K-12 Education is a “Critical” Target for the Woke Because That is When Children Are Most Vulnerable and Susceptible

In the K-12 system, teachers are dealing with highly suggestive children whose minds are still developing. Many are vulnerable, anxious, and in the early phases of trying to understand the world into which they have been thrust. They see teachers as strong, caring, and nurturing authority figures. For such young people, ideological systems such as Critical Race Theory can be perceived as powerful and prophetic, regardless of how CRT is restated for political purposes. The practitioners of Wokeism, CRT, and Radical Progressivism—like the earlier European “Deconstructionists” to whom they owe allegiance—use continually shifting landscapes made up of “big” words that can be made to mean anything the advocates choose.

This manipulation of powerful and moralistic constructs establishes control and creates what philosopher Eric Hoffer called “true believers.” Hoffer, in The True Believer: Thoughts on the Nature of Mass Movements (1951), described how the “fault finding man of words” attacks a dominant orthodoxy in order to undermine its perceived legitimacy and hold on power. This is one function of the intellectual, but due to the combination of naivete and self-interest, few intellectual “prophets” have the experience or wisdom needed to prepare for what occurs after they have helped others gain power.

Francois Furet, for example, describes the treatment of intellectuals under Soviet Marxism, a situation in which the Marxist revolutionaries had first relied on such intellectuals to create cracks in the defenses of the existing political system in Europe and Russia. In Russia, following the 1917 Revolution, the newly installed Soviet Marxists either co-opted the intellectuals into becoming state propagandists, exiled or executed them if it was determined they posed a danger to the State. See, Francois Furet, The Passing of an Illusion: The Idea of Communism in the Twentieth Century (1999).

The problem is that once in power, revolutionary ideologues who base their crusades on claims of hate, oppression, injustice, and inequity, always themselves become the “Oppressors.” The Soviet Marxists ruthlessly suppressed independent thought and subverted the less conscientious or more cowardly intellectuals into serving the ends of the totalitarian state. They understood, as did Mao Zedong, that naive and uncontrolled intellectuals, “Liberals” as Mao wrote in a 1937 tract, because they asked too many questions and challenged authority and were therefore dangerous to those now in power.

In the preliminary stages, this is what is occurring in America with the Woke, Crits, and Radical Progressives. They are seeking nothing less than to undermine and weaken the unique system America represents, and effectively parallel what occurred in Europe to facilitate the rise of the Soviet Union. The reality for us at this point is that we are not as naive, and unless we are stupid or an agent of the Progressive “revolutionaries” know what lies on the “other side” of their “revolutionary transformation” if they are successful.

There should be no doubt that what is playing out in America’s schools and core institutions is a “stealth” strategy involving brainwashing, indoctrination, and power-grabbing—not honest teaching. The intention is to create a kind of quasi-religious devotion operating through the dynamics of “original sin” and “collective guilt” that appeals to our need to be part of something we think is deep, moral, and worthwhile.

An important part of this strategy involves taking control of the instruments of education and communication. When this is achieved, it allows those in power to shape what people know, how they think, and how they interpret the world. Applying this strategic approach to America’s K-12 educational systems is a critical step being taken by the Woke. Capturing our youths’ minds at an early age consolidates and sustains the power of ideologues and fanatics. It provides them with a critical mass of “true believers” that grows steadily over time.

This phenomenon holds true whether we are talking about Xi Jinping’s China of today with his mandating of “Xi Jinping Thought” to all schools in China at all levels, or Mao’s Red Guard. It mirrors the intent of the madrassa schools of Fundamentalist Islam, the Hitler Youth of Nazi Germany, and the young Komsomol of the former Soviet Union who brought their heavily biased form of literacy to rural areas. It applies now to many of America’s K-12 schools and universities. Yale, James Madison, UCLA, USC, Stanford, Syracuse, Portland State, Buffalo, and numerous other universities offer dramatic and dismaying examples.

The foundation of every state is the education of its youth.”

Diogenes

The ancient Greek philosopher and Cynic Diogenes purportedly carried a lantern in the streets of Athens in an unsuccessful search for an “honest man.” However dismaying his search, he provides us with the vital insight that: “The foundation of every state is the education of its youth.” As you read the examples offered below, consider what is being done and what has already been done to the minds and hearts of our children and the consequences for our society.

An Example from an 8-Year-Old Child: “This ‘feels’ like racism to me”

At the center of the Woke/Crit effort to control our educational processes is injecting their agenda and concepts at our children’s most vulnerable points. Canadian writer Barbara Kay related her experience with her eight-year-old granddaughter.

True story—My 8-year-old granddaughter and her mother were working on a jigsaw puzzle, an image of a cat’s face surrounded by black background. We adults were complaining about the difficulty of joining up so many all-black pieces. My granddaughter said, without a shred of irony, “This feels like racism to me.” Well, her remark felt like “Crimestop” to me. In George Orwell’s dystopian novel 1984, children absorb the principle of Crimestop, a trope from Newspeak, the totalitarian regime’s language. Crimestop is the abrupt, instinctual, fear-driven self-silencing that precludes utterance of politically incorrect words that may invoke shaming or worse. My granddaughter’s public school teachers have apparently installed a Crimestop-like app in her tender psyche: Just hearing the disembodied word “black” voiced in a mildly negative light triggers rote guilt in her.

It’s Never Too Early for the Woke:

Babies Apparently Need Anti-Racism “Guidance”

The Arizona Department of Education is conducting a review of its equity-related resources after material surfaced suggesting that babies and children of other ages harbored racial biases that should be addressed by adults. [T]he material warns that at three months, infants look more at the faces that match the race of their caregivers. A graphic maps out purported racial biases from infancy to 6+ years of age. [Not taking steps to prevent the bias in favor of their White caregiversforces racism by letting children draw their own conclusions based on what they see,” the graphic reads. The title of the graphic appears to be “They’re not too young to talk about race!” “Arizona teaching material suggests babies need anti-racism guidance: ‘Silence about race reinforces racism by letting children draw their own conclusions,’ the material says,” Sam Dorman, 7/8/21.

“KinderCare Wants Parents to Talk about ‘Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion’ at Home with Their Six-Week-Old Children”

“A for-profit child care facility is encouraging parents to talk about “anti-racism” and “diversity, equity, and inclusion” at home with their children as young as six weeks old. KinderCare … is telling parents that “it’s never too early” to teach children about “diversity, equity, and inclusion” (DEI) in the home. The organization’s DEI homepage promised to introduce students to “culturally responsive teaching,” which places students’ identity and emotions at the center of their education.”

Oregon’s Kindergartners Are Already Being Separated

Into Their Differing “Identities!”

The state of Oregon has adopted social studies standards for kindergartners that require children to understand their own identity groups and identify examples of racial injustice.…Kindergartners will “engage in respectful dialogue with classmates to define diversity comparing and contrasting visible and invisible similarities and differences,” according to the new standardsKindergartners will also learn to “develop an understanding of one’s own identity groups including, but not limited to, race, gender, family, ethnicity, culture, religion, and ability,”…according to the new standards.

Kids in first grade will learn to “describe how individual and group characteristics are used to divide, unite, and categorize racial, ethnic, and social groups,” according to the new standards. Kids in second grade will learn how to “use listening, consensus-building, and voting procedures to decide on and take informed action to interrupt injustice or promote justice in their community.” Kids in third grade will learn how to “identify how systems of power, including white supremacy, institutional racism, racial hierarchy, and oppression affect the perspectives of different individuals and groups when examining an event, issue, or problem with an emphasis on multiple perspectives.” “Oregon’s racial standards for kindergartners requires kids to ‘identify possible solutions to injustices:’ The standards also require kindergartners to ‘identify examples of unfairness.,” Jessica Chasmar, 3/14/22.

The Bank School “is teaching white 6-year-olds they’re born racist”

Another example of what happens when a dominant orthodoxy gains control is offered in a report involving the Bank School, long considered an elite early educational institution. As you read the paragraph below, think about the effects such procedures can have. They include the intensification of class divisions, the inculcation of “Original Sin” as a core perception of self among very young children in the critical formative years of their early development, and the creation of a divisive creed of “Black Supremacy” to replace the broad brush accusation of “White Supremacy.” What is the Bank School doing?

“An elite Manhattan school is teaching white students as young as 6 that they’re born racist and should feel guilty benefiting from “white privilege,” while heaping praise and cupcakes on their black peers. … [S]everal other private New York schools are doing it, but even liberal parents aren’t buying it. … “Ever since Ferguson, the school has been increasing anti-white propaganda in its curriculum,” said a parent who requested anonymity because he has children currently enrolled in the school.” “Teaching Kindergartners about White Privilege,” 7/2/16.

Hurricane Havoc: Twisters Wipe Out Thousands of Solar Panels Across US

Drone footage shows destruction left by tornado ripping through Florida solar farm before Milton USA Today Mary Walrath-Holdridge

Stop These Things

Leave intellectual pygmies in charge, and weather-dependent wind and solar is what you get. However, not only does their output depend entirely on the weather and/or where the Sun sits in the sky, wind and solar’s capacity to (occasionally) generate power can be eradicated in a matter of minutes.

A few hailstones from the heavens make short work of solar panels. Typhoons, cyclones, hurricanes and tornadoes readily wipe out both solar panels and wind turbines, leaving nothing but expensive wreckage in their path.

In the latter case, twisters will strip the 20 tonne blades from a turbine as if plucking the leaves from a flower and/or flatten the whole shebang in seconds (see the video above).

Proving, once again, how utterly ridiculous solar power is, the twisters that followed in the wake of Hurricane Milton have pounded large-scale solar plants across Florida, including this one.

Drone footage taken after tornados spawned by Hurricane Milton hit the U.S. last week captured a prime example of just how destructive a twister can be.

The footage, shared by North Carolina-based power and gas company Duke Energy, showed the damage left behind in a field of Florida solar panels. In the video, taken Oct. 10 at the Lake Placid Solar Power Plant in Sylvan Shores, a clear path of destruction can be seen snaking through the middle of the field where the twister passed over.

Amid the thousands of still-standing panels, which generate enough energy to power 12,000 households [except at night and during cloudy and inclement weather], , a diagonal line of metal debris can be seen stretching almost completely across one plot of the facility, leaving behind empty rows of scrap.

Highlands County, where the solar farm is located, reported at least one person injured after the tornado severely damaged the Tropical Harbor Mobile Home Park on Wednesday ahead of Milton, reported Fox 13 News.

As of Tuesday, Duke Energy’s outage map reported 46,809 Florida customers still without power.

In total, more than 400,000 people in the state are still in the dark as emergency responders grapple with widespread outages and gas shortages.

Democrats in tight Senate races run ads touting their work with Trump

Trump Organization Jurors Hear Closing Arguments Ahead of Verdict - The ...

“It’s not exactly the behavior you’d expect from candidates who believe their nominee is winning,” the Trump campaign said.

Ads have been released that show four Democratic Senate candidates in battleground states either working with former President Donald Trump or agreeing with his messaging as the November election is less than a month away.

Campaign ads for Rep. Elissa Slotkin in Michigan, Sen. Sherrod Brown in Ohio, Sen. Bob Casey in Pennsylvania, and Sen. Tammy Baldwin in Wisconsin focus on the Democratic candidates’ alliance with Trump or his policies, implying that aligning with the former president may benefit their campaigns more than siding with Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris.

While Trump is behind Harris by 1.4 points nationally according to the RealClearPolitics polling average, he leads the vice president in every battleground state.

Slotkin, who is running for Senate, released an ad in which she criticized electric vehicle mandates and promoted manufacturing EVs in the U.S.

“I live on a dirt road, nowhere near a charging station, so I don’t own an electric car,” Slotkin said. “No one should tell us what to buy, and no one is gonna mandate anything. But here’s the thing: If there’s gonna be a new generation of vehicles, I want that new generation built right here in Michigan, not China.”

However, Slotkin voted against the GOP-led bill last month that would have blocked the Environmental Protection Agency’s new emissions standards requiring up to two-thirds of new cars sold to be EVs by 2032.

In Ohio, an ad produced by a PAC for Brown noted that “he wrote a bill that Donald Trump signed to crack down on drugs at the border.”

Meanwhile, a clip of a Casey ad described how the senator “sided with Trump to end NAFTA and put tariffs on China to stop them from cheating.”

In Baldwin’s ad, it says, “Tammy Baldwin got President Trump to sign her Made in America bill. Then she got President Biden to make it permanent.”

The Trump campaign criticized the Democrats’ ads, distancing them from the GOP presidential nominee.

“It’s not exactly the behavior you’d expect from candidates who believe their nominee is winning,” the campaign said in a statement. “They’re all complete and total frauds. Each of them supported both impeachment hoaxes against President Trump and have voted to enable the toxic Harris-Biden agenda every step of the way.”

Pollster Scott Rasmussen told Just the News on Friday that the ads of the Democratic candidates do not imply that they all believe Trump will win.

“Senator Brown in Ohio is quite aware that Trump will win his state and he’s hoping to defy political gravity. That requires a lot of distancing from Harris and the national party,” Rasmussen said.

“For the others, it does NOT reflect a belief that Donald Trump will win,” he added. “However, it is an acknowledgement that many in their state support the former president and some of the specific policies. Additionally, the GOP candidates in those states are running behind Trump’s totals. For a Democratic candidate, it’s essential to maintain that gap.

Low Cholesterol Dangers Exposed; Heart Health Myths Shattered

low cholesterol heart health

Dr Mercola

Story at-a-glance

  • Low cholesterol levels can actually harm heart health, challenging the idea that lower is always better
  • HDL (high-density lipoprotein) cholesterol, often called “good” cholesterol, might not protect against heart disease as much as we thought
  • Race plays a big role in how HDL cholesterol relates to heart disease risk, with different effects seen in White and Black adults
  • The “cholesterol paradox” shows that in some cases, higher cholesterol levels are linked to better survival rates, going against traditional beliefs
  • There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to cholesterol levels — what’s best depends on a person’s unique factors and overall health

I’ve long been fascinated by cholesterol’s role in our health, and research published over the last few years challenges what we’ve been told for decades. For example, a groundbreaking study of over 23,000 people reveals surprising, never-before considered findings about the impact of race and genetics on cholesterol and its links to heart disease.

Is Lower Cholesterol Really a Good Thing?

You’ve been told that high cholesterol is bad and low cholesterol is good. But what if I told you that low cholesterol could actually harm your heart health? This might sound counterintuitive, but recent research has uncovered some surprising truths about cholesterol’s role in our bodies.

Cholesterol is a crucial component of cell membranes and a precursor to many important hormones.1 It’s not just a harmful substance to be eliminated, but a vital part of our biology. In fact, cholesterol plays a key role in brain function, hormone production, and even vitamin D synthesis.

For decades, the medical community has focused on lowering cholesterol levels to prevent heart disease. This approach was based on studies like the Framingham Heart Study, which linked high cholesterol to increased cardiovascular risk. As a result, millions of people have been prescribed statins and told to follow low-fat diets.

However, new research is challenging this simplistic view. The REGARDS (REasons for Geographic and Racial Differences in Stroke) study2 published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology examined data from 23,901 participants over a median follow-up of 10.7 years.

The researchers found that the relationship between HDL cholesterol and heart disease risk actually varied depending on race. Low levels of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol — often called “good” cholesterol — were only associated with increased risk of coronary heart disease in White adults. Even more surprisingly, high levels of HDL cholesterol didn’t seem to protect against heart disease in either White or Black adults.

This revelation challenges decades of medical advice that has emphasized raising HDL cholesterol levels as a way to improve heart health. It also highlights the importance of considering racial differences in health research and treatment recommendations.

Another intriguing discovery is the “cholesterol paradox” observed in various health conditions.3 In some cases, individuals with low cholesterol levels actually had worse health outcomes than those with higher levels — a finding that flies in the face of long-held beliefs about cholesterol and health. As noted in one 2023 scientific review:

“On average, patients with a total cholesterol level of 232 mg/dl had a 25% higher survival rate than those with a total cholesterol level of 193 mg/dl who were suffering from heart failure. A total cholesterol level under 200 mg/dl is generally preferred.”4

These unexpected results raise important questions about how we assess cardiovascular risk and whether current treatment guidelines are appropriate for all populations. Clearly, the relationship between cholesterol and health isn’t nearly as straightforward as we once thought.

Complex Interplay of Factors Influence Cholesterol’s Effects

Aside from race, individual genetics also play a big part in how our bodies handle cholesterol. Some people naturally make more cholesterol, while others make less. This is why two people eating the same diet can have very different cholesterol levels.5

Inflammation and oxidative stress in our bodies can also impact how cholesterol affects our health. When there’s a lot of inflammation, cholesterol can act differently and cause problems that would not occur in someone that did not have the same level of inflammation. This is one reason why overall health is so important when thinking about cholesterol.6

This complex web of interactions makes it hard to predict exactly how cholesterol will affect each person’s health.7 Here’s a short list of factors that influence cholesterol’s effects:

  1. Cellular energy production
  2. Genetic factors
  3. Inflammation and oxidative stress
  4. Interaction with other metabolic processes

Understanding these relationships helps explain why low cholesterol isn’t always good and high cholesterol isn’t always bad.

Shifting Paradigms in Cholesterol Management

The revelations about cholesterol’s complex role in health are causing waves across the medical community and beyond. Importantly, these findings are prompting a reevaluation of cholesterol treatment guidelines that have been in place for decades.8

Healthcare providers are increasingly moving towards a more personalized approach to cholesterol management. Instead of relying solely on total cholesterol numbers, doctors are considering a wider range of factors including race, genetics, and overall health status when assessing cardiovascular risk.9

The pharmaceutical industry may need to adapt to new understandings of cholesterol’s role in health. As research reveals the complex relationship between cholesterol levels and heart disease risk across different populations, drug development and marketing strategies really ought to shift to reflect more personalized approaches to cardiovascular health management.10 Whether that will actually happen remains to be seen.

Public health messaging about cholesterol is also undergoing a transformation. The old mantra of “lower is always better” is being replaced with more nuanced advice. Dietary recommendations are shifting away from blanket low-fat guidelines to focus on overall diet quality and individual metabolic health.11

These changes are empowering patients to take a more active role in their health management. With a better understanding of cholesterol’s complexities, you can make more informed decisions about your diet, lifestyle, and medical treatments.

Advanced lipid testing methods that provide more detailed information about cholesterol particle size and number are becoming increasingly important. These tests offer insights beyond standard lipid panels, allowing for more accurate cardiovascular risk assessment and targeted interventions.12

As our understanding of cholesterol continues to evolve, it’s clear that its impact extends far beyond individual health. It’s reshaping medical practice, influencing public health policy, and even affecting economic sectors.

To better understand the real-world implications of these findings, let’s look at some specific examples and case studies that illustrate the complexity of cholesterol management in different scenarios.

Real-World Scenarios Illustrate Complexity of Cholesterol Management

Consider the case of John, a 55-year-old White male with low HDL cholesterol levels. Traditional medical wisdom would have flagged him as high-risk for heart disease, and indeed, the REGARDS study13,14,15,16,17 confirmed that that low HDL cholesterol is associated with increased risk in White adults. So, for someone like John, a White male, the traditional wisdom about low HDL cholesterol increasing heart disease risk holds true.

In contrast, Maria, a 60-year-old Black woman with high HDL cholesterol, might have been considered at low risk for heart disease based on outdated guidelines. However, the new research suggests that high HDL levels aren’t necessarily protective for Black adults, prompting a reevaluation of Maria’s overall cardiovascular health beyond just her cholesterol numbers.

Another intriguing example is seen in highly trained, keto-adapted athletes. These individuals often display what appears to be paradoxically high cholesterol levels, yet they maintain excellent cardiovascular health.18 This phenomenon highlights the complex interplay between diet, physical activity, and cholesterol metabolism.

These scenarios underscore the need for a more nuanced and individualized approach to cholesterol management. They demonstrate that relying solely on standard cholesterol numbers can lead to misclassification of risk and inappropriate treatment decisions.

Given these complex scenarios, what can be done to optimize cholesterol management and improve health outcomes? The answer lies in a more holistic and personalized approach to health assessment and treatment.

Advanced Strategies for Optimizing Cholesterol Health

The takeaway is that improving cholesterol health goes beyond simply lowering your total cholesterol levels. A comprehensive approach that considers individual factors and overall metabolic health is key. Here are some strategies to promote optimal cholesterol balance. By embracing a more holistic strategy, you and your healthcare provider can work together to reduce your cardiovascular health risks.

Personalized risk assessment — Healthcare providers should look beyond standard cholesterol numbers and consider factors like race, age, genetics, and lifestyle when evaluating cardiovascular risk.19

Advanced lipid testing — This provides a more detailed picture of cholesterol levels than standard tests. These tests break down different types of LDL and HDL particles, giving you a clearer understanding of your individual heart disease risk.20 Importantly, this detailed information helps identify individuals at risk even when their standard lipid panel appears normal.21

Diet — Instead of focusing solely on lowering fat intake, focus on the quality of fats consumed. Incorporating foods rich in omega-3s, and saturated fats such as butter and coconut oil, will help you maintain a healthy cholesterol level while supporting your overall heart health.

Exercise — Regular physical activity, especially a combination of aerobic exercise and strength training, helps improve lipid profiles and overall metabolic health.22

Targeted supplementation — For some individuals, targeted supplementation might be beneficial. For example, nutrients like omega-3s, niacin, and plant sterols have shown promise in supporting healthy cholesterol levels.23
