Ukrainian Troops Increasingly Refusing Orders, Desertion Rates Explode

Illustrative file image: Reuters

Zero Hedge

The Ukrainian prosecutor’s office has opened 51,000 cases of desertion through the first nine months of 2024. The number of soldiers abandoning their posts is likely to double last year’s total.

The Times of London reported data from the Ukrainian government showing that “51,000 criminal cases were initiated for desertion and abandonment of a military unit between January and September of this year.”

El Pais previously noted that 45,000 Ukrainians were being prosecuted for desertion from the start of the year through August. Al-Jazeera says the number is at least 30,000 desertions.

At the start of the year, Kiev was estimated to have between 500,000 and 800,000 active-duty soldiers and an additional 300,000 reservists.

The Ukrainians have also sustained casualties fighting to defend from Russian advances and amid Kiev’s Kursk invasion.

Kiev has struggled to fill its ranks with fresh soldiers, leading Ukraine to drop its conscription age from 27 to 25. As Kiev is still facing manpower shortages, American politicians are pushing Ukraine to drop draft age to 18. Responsible Statecraft has reported:

Despite no evidence of victory on the horizon, the Republican senator is urging Ukrainian lawmakers to pass a mobilization bill that would force more Ukrainian citizens to be drafted into the military. Currently, men under 27 are exempted from the draft. Graham has a problem with that.

…Graham told reporters, “I would hope that those eligible to serve in the Ukrainian military would join. I can’t believe it’s at 27. You’re in a fight for your life, so you should be serving — not at 25 or 27.”

“We need more people in the line,” he said.

Ukraine has also resorted to allowing prisoners to leave jail if they join the military.

One Ukrainian who deserted told the Times that prison was a better option than the military because “at least in prison, you know when you will be able to leave.”

The number of Ukrainians that Kiev is prosecuting for desertion has significantly increased throughout the war. In 2022, the number was 9,000, and it had more than doubled to 24,000 last year.

When Did Google Search Become Totally Useless?

When Google launched in the late 1990s, it quickly overtook the market for search engines. Its proprietary method of indexing led users to results they were actually looking for rather than producing the hodgepodge of results offered by other search engines of the time. Within just a few years, it was dominating the market. Today, it is a money-printing machine.

It’s also increasingly horrible at the core mission that produced such success. The company’s leadership may have realized early on that to dominate they needed to maximize the marketing angle of search, but over time that side of the business — the one that produces revenue — swallowed the informative results that drove the search engine’s success.

Now, Google’s true product, its users, are drowning in a sea of partisan slop and sponsored content rather than getting the results we’re looking for when we take to the World Wide Web. By doing so, Google is making it pointless for us to continue to allow ourselves to be the product.

Let’s say you have an artistic daughter who wants some oil paints for Christmas, but you’re unsure about which brand to buy or even what the definition of oil paint is. You head over to Google and type in “oil paint.” Is your first result a definition or even the Wikipedia page? Nope, it’s ads. You have to scroll to get to Wikipedia.

Similarly, you might find yourself hungry while on the road, so someone in the car Googles “restaurants near me.” There was a time when this feature was useful. Now, the restaurants are paying to play and the resulting results are ridiculously skewed. While I’m not going to dox myself here with screenshots of the results I get when I Google “restaurants near me” while sitting in my house, suffice it to say that the top results aren’t necessarily the closest, or even highest-rated, eateries. Some that I know are there — because I live in this area! — aren’t even listed.

Granted, these aren’t extremely pressing issues. People researched oil paints and found places to eat for decades upon decades without the assistance of the internet. What is a bigger deal is how nakedly partisan Google has become. Former President Trump has even complained about it, taking time to call CEO Sundar Pichai to point out the problem.

Naturally, his complaints were downplayed, but your Google search is supposedly tailored to your interests. As I am not suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome and have written positively about him (and used Google to find info for such articles), my results should be reflective of that. Instead, I get the latest anti-Trump bromides of the day.

The same search on another day was slightly different, including some horse race articles.

When I clicked on the “more news” section, though …

At least those results are timely, if not all actually news, but what if the search is expanded to “What are some good things about Donald Trump?”

Points to Google for pointing to the National Archives in the first hit, I suppose. The second, though, is largely a list of things writers at Politico deem negative with the “upshot” being that President Biden was going to undo them. What if the search is changed to “Donald Trump achievements?”

Okay, Google really likes that Politico piece and has deemed anything Donald Trump did ever before becoming president irrelevant, but what about “Donald Trump achievements as president?” Surely, its algorithm can pop up a few pieces about the economy or immigration or Trump helping grow The Washington Post’s subscriber base so as to help keep democracy from dying in darkness or whatever.

Super cool, super helpful, super neutral. Now, let’s check in on Kamala Harris.

Well, that’s weird. Whereas Trump’s campaign website is pushed down the page when his name is Googled, beneath mostly negative opinion pieces, Harris’ website is right there, with the “top stories” below it. I’m sure that’s just how search engines work, with no biases programmed in whatsoever. The completely neutral algorithm just happens to display the info the campaign would prefer to be displayed first at the top of the page, with the top stories about the candidate being answers to questions people might have about her, as well as a hit piece on Bret Baier thrown in for good measure.

This isn’t just about the election, though, but also about the changing nature between users — again, the product — and the online services we allow ourselves to be pimped out for. The disparities between the results for Trump and Harris simply highlight how stark the problem is.

Whether it’s Google or Facebook or Instagram, the initial premise of expanding easy access to information and apprising us of stories we might have otherwise missed has been largely destroyed. Google and Meta show us what they want us to see, not what we signed up to see, and it’s starting to turn people off. Maybe that’s a good thing, because most people need to spend more time in the real world. But when we’re trying to find a restaurant or information about voting or see pictures of a friend’s new landscaping or figure out how to get Elmer’s glue off the hardwood floors, burying those things under a mountain of nonsense makes us more likely to tune out.

Which is probably not just a good thing but a great thing — but initially the internet and social media were supposed to be about connecting us, about decreasing barriers to information. It would be nice if our tech overlords could remember what their initial goals were — in Google’s case, it was “to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful” — and return to those ideals instead of pushing us toward full “Idiocracy.”

Voters in Georgia, Texas, and Shelby County Tennessee Report Voting Machines Are Flipping Their Selections

Voting machines in Georgia – 11Alive screengrab

Jim Hoft

It’s like 2020 all over again.

Voters in Georgia are reporting the voting machines are flipping their selections and changing totals.

On Friday Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) reported that the Dominion voting machines in Georgia are flipping voter selections in her district from Republican to Democrat.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) took to social media platform X to sound the alarm on a disturbing incident reported by a voter in Whitfield County, Georgia’s 14th district.

According to Greene, a constituent in Whitfield County noticed that their printed ballot did not reflect the selections they made on the voting machine, particularly changing their vote away from candidates they had chosen.

Rep. Greene warned voters on X:

MTG continued:

This happened in Whitfield County in my district – GA-14.

We vote on Dominion voting machines then it prints a paper ballot with our selections made on the machines.

This voter’s printed ballot had been changed from their selections made on the machine.

Good thing they checked their paper ballot before turning it in!

After several attempts of trying to change it to reflect their correct choices, they had to void the ballot and use a different machine.

Please double check your printed ballot before you turn it in to make sure it has marked the candidates you voted for!!!

Whitfield County Board of Elections later released a statement assuring voters that the issue “was quickly resolved.”

Meanwhile, in Shelby County Tennessee, election officials have received complaints that the voting machines are also switching the selections of voters.

Officials there say the machines are sensitive and it is an issue with voters and how they select their choice.

Via Jack and Catturd2 on X.

Shelby County Election Commissioner Venecia Kimbrow held a press conference Thursday, Oct. 17, to discuss the issue with the machines flipping votes.

Local election officials blamed user error.

Officials spoke out about the voting machine issues in Shelby County Tennessee on Friday. – screengrab

Local ABC 24 reported:

Kimbrow said that the boxes voters are going to are new machines, and there are some learning curves with them, but she did not think there was anything nefarious occurring.

She said she does not believe the machines are the problem, saying they have been tried and personally tested. The situation, she claimed, possibly stems from user error.

The issue comes down to how people are entering their votes. In some cases, people are using their finger when they should be using a stylus, or vice versa.

Kimbrow said that the calibration of the machines can cause the names to switch because of hand placements on the machine, but voters are able to request a stylus.

They blamed it on the voters – who are not using the stylus pens. Sounds like a machine problem.

George Behizy weighed in.

And now Dallas County, Texas GOP Chair Allen West is reporting problems with the voting machines in his county.

Allen West listed a series of issues the county found with the current machines in use there.

One of the issues stated, “Secretary of State, Attorney General personnel, and Dallas County Elections Administrator still have not explained vote flipping on ExpressVote observed on 10/8/2024 (TEC Sections 129.023 (e)(1)(b) and (e) (1)(c))”

Deep State to Run Table Top Electoral Interference Exercise on Election Day

Major National Cybersecurity Exercise on Election Day

Jon Rappaport

Background: “AFCEA [Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association International] Atlanta [Chapter] Homeland Security Conference on Critical Infrastructure, November 6-7, 2024, with a large scale cybersecurity exercise on November 5, 2024” (link in footnote)

—On Nov. 5, ELECTION DAY, there will be a special cybersecurity exercise at the Conference.

Get this. The exercise is described as a large-scale interactive event, with participants from federal, state, county, city government agencies, academia, and industry.

The exercise will simulate a cyber-attack on “critical infrastructure.”

That’s right. It’s a so-called “Jack Voltaic”-type exercise, which was developed to test responses to attacks on large infrastructures.

QUITE odd to schedule the exercise on Election Day.

QUITE odd to run an exercise simulating a cyber-attack on critical infrastructure ON ELECTION DAY, especially since electronic voting across the nation IS a piece of critical infrastructure.

IF bad actors were looking to mess with electronic voting, this exercise would create a reasonable cover and method.

If the actors wanted to rig electronic voting and needed an excuse to explain “anomalies” in the vote count, or to explain a sudden shut-down of key voting precincts, the cyber-exercise would provide those explanations.

“Well, you see, there was a temporary glitch owing to the fact that, parallel to Election Day voting, Homeland Security was running a crucial but unrelated cyber-exercise, and ‘wires were crossed,’ so to speak…”

“Nothing to see here, the problem was fixed, and the exercise proceeded, as did the vote count. Occasionally, these things happen. Homeland Security assures us that voting was not impeded…”

“Of course, some people are spreading rumors and conspiracy theories about ‘altered vote counts’. These accusations are entirely unfounded. The Homeland Security exercise had nothing to do with the vote count…”

“Accusations of vote rigging are very serious. They could be, in some cases, considered a form of election interference (if we, the government, want to shut people up and shut them down and obscure what we’re really doing)…”

—But again, scheduling a major Homeland Security cyber-exercise simulating an attack on critical infrastructure? ON ELECTION DAY? Really?

At the very least, it’s a great way for government to get people to distrust government.

CODA: You might be interested in reading the Wikipedia entry for the group, AFCEA, which is sponsoring the upcoming November Conference and the cyber-security exercise. It reads in part:

The Ottoman Conquest of Constantinople and the End of the Middle Ages

Episode 23 Medieval Empires Fall as Islam Revives

The Middle Ages Around the World

Dr Joyce E Salisbury

Film Review

In this final lecture Salisbury describes the new empires replacing the Mongol empire after plague, famine and violence shut down the Silk Road, namely the Ottoman, Mughal, Russian and short-lived Timurid empire:

  • In 1321-47 Osmian, an Ottoman Turk, captured Byzantine territory depopulated by the plague to found a small Ottoman kingdom on the Anatolian peninsula. Despite his Muslim faith, his religious  earned him the allegiance of the Jews and Orthodox Christians he ruled.
  • In 1381-45, Timur (aka Tamerlane)* led an army of 100,000 to establish an empire (between 1381-1405 extending from northern India to Kazakhstan). Although his empire was short lived, his defeat of the Golden Horde facilitated the founding of the Russian nation by the prince of Moscow.
  • In 1483, Tamerlane’s descendant Babur fulfilled Tamur’s dream of invading India and created the Mughal Empire, lasting until until the British arrived in India in the 18th century. This ended the Middle Ages in India.

The decline and instability of the Tamurid Empire opened the way for the Ottoman Empire, the longest ruling dynasty (600 years) in Islamic history.  Unlike prior Muslim rulers, the Ottomans tolerated all religions, including Sufi mystics like the Bektashi, as well as Christians and Jews hounded by the Inquisition.

Unable to breach its heavily fortified walls, it would take the Ottomans nearly a hundred years to conquer the Byzantine capitol, Constantinople (in 1453). Mehmed II, who became sultan at 18, who hired a Hungarian gunsmith to build him a 26 foot long 1000 pound canon (requiring 60-100 oxen to move and 700 men to operate). His army demolished the wall after firing massive boulders at it seven times a day for 53 days.

Mehmed renamed the city Istanbul.

Following the collapse of Constantinople, Ivan III married the the niece of the former Byzantine empire, declared Moscow the new Rome and began calling himself “Tsar” (meaning emperor).

The Turkish disruption of the Silk Road trade would lead European merchants and traders to finance a new Age of Exploration, seeking a sea route to Asia.

Film can be viewed free with a library card on Kanopy.

*Tamerlane was of mixed Turkic/Mongol ancestry.

COVID Shot-Cancer Links – Understand Them To Defeat Them

Covid-19 Vaccine Side Effects: Your Questions Answered - The New York Times

By Dr Collen Huber

PART 1:  Statement of the problem

PART 2:  Mechanisms by which the COVID vaccines induce cancer and natural therapies that reverse these

PART 3:  Ivermectin’s roles against COVID vaccine-induced cancer

PART 1:  Statement of the problem

By October 2022, mainstream media could no longer ignore the enormous rise in fourteen different types of cancers in 44 countries around the world and most remarkably in young people. [1] [2] [3]  The American Cancer Society acknowledged that cancer mortality has doubled in young people from pre-2020 levels. [4] Pfizer’s 2022 safety report on the COVID-vaccines revealed thousands of cancers of hundreds of types following the injections. [5]  By June 2022, there were 3,711 cases reported by Pfizer under that heading.

Oncologists note stark difference in cancers from pre-2020 to the present

UK clinical oncologist Angus Dalgleish, one of the leading oncology researchers in the United Kingdom, sees an alarming number of cancer patients, long in remission, who “ . . . subsequently present with very aggressive relapse when they should have stayed in remission.  Sadly, I have yet to find a case where the patients have not received a covid booster vaccine from their GP or hospital because they are ‘at risk.’” [6]  His comment on cancer mortality developments around the world is that “the COVID vaccines are linked to cancer and death.” [7]

Canadian oncologist William Makis MD, who has diagnosed over 20,000 cancer patients over his career, says, “I’ve never seen anything like this. . . . I’ve never seen stage four breast cancers presenting in women in their twenties.  I’ve never seen stage four colon cancers presenting in men and women in their twenties and thirties  . . .These cancers would always present at stage four, and they would always kill them in a matter of a few months, and it was always less than a year. . .   ‘Turbo cancer’ is a term that people came up with to describe the extremely aggressive nature of these cancers in the COVID vaccinated, and these cancers behave extremely differently, unlike anything I’ve seen before in my career. . . . And the other feature of these cancers is that they are very resistant to conventional treatment; they’re resistant to radiation therapy, they’re resistant to chemotherapy, and patients seem to be doing very poorly with conventional treatments.  Oncologists are really baffled, and they don’t know what to do.“ [8]

Pathologist Ryan Cole MD, formerly of Mayo Clinic, specializes in postmortem examination.  He has criticized COVID vaccines for, among other dangers, the severe impairment of the immune system and impairment of the ability to fight cancer.  He says “People ask, ‘Do these shots cause cancer?  Well, they cause immune suppression. They cause a disruption and a dyregulation of your immune system that is normally what would fight cancer.  So that’s what we’re up against.  . . . As I travel the world and talk to doctors . . . they are seeing cancers in age groups they have never seen before, and it happened after the rollout of the CV19 shots . . .  In 2021, there was about a 6% or 7% increase in cancer.  In 2022, there was a 35% increase above average in cancer.  . . . People who have been clear of their cancer, 2, 3, 5, 10 and even 20 years, where, after the shots, their cancer aggressively came back, and the estimates are of 17 million people who have died of these mRNA injections. . . . This is a silent holocaust, and that’s what’s sad about this.  People were coerced into an experiment, and the deaths are being denied by the medical establishment. . .[9]

Spike protein dosing from Pfizer and Moderna

The amount of mRNA dose in each Pfizer vaccine is 13 trillion mRNA molecules, and in Moderna is 40 trillion molecules, each enveloped in its own cationic lipid nanoparticle.  These figures were determined by molecular weight of each of the two vaccines. [10]  To put those numbers in perspective, there are about 30 trillion cells in the human body.  So one can imagine the impact of a maximally ubiquitous distribution throughout the whole body, in a roughly one-to-one or one-to-three ratio of payload unit to human cell.

Each of those two vaccines encoded whole spike proteins, and each of the trillions of lipid nano-particle (LNP) enveloped mRNA codes for spike protein. [11]

The Pfizer vaccine was not studied for carcinogenicity or genotoxicity (DNA damage potential) by Pfizer prior to rollout, as we can see from Pfizer’s own documentation to the FDA: [12]

Pfizer Worldwide Safety. 5.3.6 Cumulative analysis of post-authorization adverse event reports of P-07302048 (BNT162B2) received through 28 Feb 2021. P. 59.  https://phmpt.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/reissue_5.3.6-postmarketing-experience.pdf

From very early on in the COVID vaccine heyday, February 2021, there was already evidence that COVID vaccines produced a vastly higher spike protein burden in the vaccinated individual than after natural infection.  Even within three weeks post-vaccination, the antibodies to spike proteins measured up to 100 times higher in the COVID-vaccinated than in the unvaccinated and previously COVID-infected. [13]  While some may interpret these antibodies as a sign of a more intense immune response to spike protein, it also indicates a larger and / or more impactful presence in the body of this known toxin.

Therefore, it is important to fully appreciate the spike protein burden in the vaccinated, in order to be able to find the best strategies to reverse the risk and the damage of this toxin.  Toward this end, this article explores the mechanisms of cancer risk from the spike protein.  The better we understand these processes, the better we will be able to defend patients and the public against the imminent coming years of record-breaking cancer rates.

It should be noted that the spike protein rarely appears intact more than 20 days after COVID virus infection, but the recombinant, that is, vaccine-generated, spike protein has been observed in the COVID vaccinated, from 69 to 187 days following vaccination.  [14]   That particular study stopped at 187 days, rather than being the point at which no more spike protein was observed, which implies that there may be a longer time period of spike presence in the bodies of vaccianted people.  This persistence includes both the injected mRNA enveloped in liposomes as well as its derivative spike protein. [15]  This is plenty of time for the initiation of cancer promoting pathways, and the inhibition of immune defenses against cancer to begin.  And it is certainly enough time for cardiovascular and heart damage to have begun, as well as breach of the blood brain barrier, as I discuss in other papers.  Peak uptake throughout the northern hemisphere was in spring of 2021.  So that is quite a long time for spike protein to persist in the bodies of vaccinated individuals, whereas the fragile mRNA that initiated such spike protein production degrades in weeks, after the payload has been delivered.

Epidemiology of cancer risk following the COVID vaccines

COVID vaccines are correlated with increased incidence of the following cancers.

Lymphomas are so closely correlated with mRNA injection that 45.7% of the studied lymphoma patients who were COVID-vaccinated developed lymphoma within only 30 days post-injection, rather than later. [16]  It is not surprising that this is one of the main cancers seen post-COVID vaccine, because the T and B cells of the lymphatic system are not only quickly reproducing, but as waste-drainers, lymph nodes are among the earliest of the body’s tissues to take up spike proteins.

Glioblastomas are pernicious cancers due to their easy accessibility to surrounding brain tissue, and their shielding from most potential treatments behind the blood brain barrier, among other challenges.  Pfizer reported hundreds of brain cancers and pre-cancerous conditions in their June 2022 update. [17]  Reduced Cytochrome C levels were found in glioma patients post-COVID vaccine, which seemed to be due to impaired oxidative phosphorylation and consequent lower ATP in the mitochondria.  [18]

Ovarian and breast cancers are also seen with increased incidence since COVID vaccine rollout, probably due to their p53 impact, yet the COVID vaccines have damaged this p53 gene, the “guardian of the genome” protector of DNA, which I discuss below.

Colorectal cancers have proliferated, and aggressively and among unprecedented young ages since the COVID vaccines.  William Dahut is the chief scientif officer of the American Cancer Society.  He says, “Colorectal cancer are also presenting with more aggressive disease and larger tumors at diagnosis; it’s more difficult to treat.”   Regarding this steep increase in colorectal cancer in youth, Harvard medical professor Kimmie Ng comments that “the steepest rises are in the very youngest people, those in their 20’s and 30’s.” [19]

Although the above are some of the most prominently increased cancers, there is no type of common cancer that has observed to stay flat in incidence since the rollout of the COVID vaccines. All have been listed in the Pfizer documentation. [20]

The Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), which is overseen by the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), is a national surveillance system regarding adverse vaccine effects, for all vaccines given in the U.S., including the mRNA COVID vaccines.  For all of the entries regarding cancers in the year 2021, the researchers found that 96% of all the entries for any of the search terms related to cancer were specific to the COVID vaccines, and only 4% for all the other kinds of vaccines put together. [21]

Worldwide, cancer diagnoses and total excess deaths began to rise following the rollout of COVID vaccines, and then to accelerate following the boosters.  The findings are most remarkable in younger ages than are typically affected by cancer. [22]

CDC data on cancer mortality summarized below by The Ethical Skeptic shows a sharp inflection point in vastly increased cancer mortality (those with cancer listed as cause of death) in the United States beginning right at the time of the COVID vaccines rollout, the last week of December 2020.  In the following graph of cancer mortality in 0 to 54 year olds, the inflection point of when cancer began to increase beyond yearly averages is quite clear, beginning the week after December 14, 2020, when the vaccine first became available. [23]  Because this graph shows deviation from trend rather than actual numbers, the curve is often below zero through 2018 – 2020, as cancer mortality was somewhat lower than prior rates then.  My other observation is that the first spike after the vaccine rollout likely reflects those who already had fulminant cancer, now worsened by the toxicity of the vaccines, in which case, cancer would have been the default cause of death listed on the death certificate.  However, the continuing trend upward of the cancer mortality trend from 2021 to the present is a very strong indicator that a nationwide health-impact event in late 2020-early 2021 caused that sharp increase, and for that we know of only one.  All of the following data is derived from CDC reported data.

The Ethical Skeptic.  The state of things pandemic, we have a cancer emergency.  Week 38, 2024.  https://theethicalskeptic.com/2024/10/02/the-state-of-things-pandemic-week-38-2024/

An enormous study of the entire Japanese population from national vital statistics showed that excess mortality was seen for all cancers examined, 20 types of cancer, each with over 95 or 99% of PI since the rollout of the COVID vaccines. [24]  The paper’s politically incorrect findings, based on uncomfortable data, earned its retraction by the journal Cureus.  At least 80% of the Japanese population had had two doses of mRNA vaccines and 68% of the population had received a third dose.  In that study of the Japanese population, the main cancers to increase following the COVID vaccine rollout were ovarian cancer, leukemia, prostate, lip / oral / pharynx and pancreatic cancers.  Breast cancers dipped lower at first, and then shifted to excess mortality also, though the last without statistical significance.

Skyrocketing cases of cancer in the UK have been attributed to smoking, [25] although smoking has drastically decreased in the UK in recent decades, as in the rest of the world.  Thirteen new cancers are now being attributed to smoking by the mainstream media, which is highly improbable.

Cancer’s attacks on the body are multi-faceted.  They are so complex that researchers Valdes and Perea write:            switched to tolerization, as two mechanisms most concerning to him by which the COVID vaccines induce or worsen cancer. [29]  The Pfizer COVID vaccine specifically was found to significantly reduce Type I interferon, also known as interferon alpha. [30] This causes a tremendous downstream effect of multiple pathologies, both infectious disease and malignant cancer.

Date With Destiny – BRICS Offers Hope in a Time of War

BRICS in Kazan
Pepe Escobar
Sputnik News
This is it. A date with destiny. All set for the most crucial geopolitical/geoeconomic gathering of the year and arguably the decade: the BRICS Summit under the Russian presidency in Kazan, capital of Tatarstan, where Sunni Tatars coexist in perfect harmony with Orthodox Christians.

All the excruciating work by sherpas and analysts throughout 2024 – supervised by the lead Russian diplomat in charge of BRICS, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov – converged to three final, separate key meetings in Moscow before the summit, grouping BRICS finance ministers and central bank governors, working groups, and the Business Council.

All that in a context that is now familiar for the Global Majority. The combined GDP of the current BRICS nations is over $60 trillion, way ahead of the G7; their average growth rate by the end of this year is projected to be 4%, higher than the 3.2% global average; and the bulk of economic growth for the near future will come from BRICS member-nations.

Even before the meeting of finance ministers and central bank governors, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov was stressing that BRICS is keen to bypass “politicized” Western platforms – a subtle reference to the sanctions tsunami and the weaponization of the US dollar – as BRICS work to create their own, Global Majority-friendly international payments system.

The context for what will be decided in Kazan this week is no less than incandescent, as the uncontrolled chaos of the Hegemon’s Forever Wars – from Ukraine to West Asia – has even materially affected the heavy work of BRICS and the necessity to build a new international system of geoeconomic relations practically from scratch.

A credible war escalation scenario may have been thwarted by the leak of secret high-level intel to the Five Eyes on the preparations by Israel-US to strike Iran. The strike will eventually happen – with dire consequences – but probably not this week, when it could have been timed to explicitly, and completely, disrupt the summit in Kazan and expel it from global headlines.

The joint statement by the BRICS finance ministers and central bank governors may not sound too adventurous, but the constraints reflect not only caution when facing a dangerous, cornered Hegemon, but internal contradictions among BRICS members.

The statement recognizes “the need for a comprehensive reform of the global financial architecture to enhance the voice of developing countries and their representation.” Yet it remains clear the US has less than zero interest in a profound reform of the IMF, the World Bank and the Bretton Woods system. Russia and China, especially, are fully aware that what is needed is a post-Bretton Woods.

The statement is more forceful on the BRICS Cross-Border Payments Initiative, dubbed BCBPI, welcoming “the use of local currencies in international trade” and “the strengthening of banking networks” to enable them. Yet everything for the moment is only “voluntary and non-binding.” Kazan is expected to give the process some edge.

‘Not an Anti-Western Group, Just a Non-Western Group’

In his speech at the BRICS Business Council last Friday and in a subsequent roundtable with heads of media groups of BRICS members, President Putin in fact summed up all the major dossiers. Here are the highlights.

On the role of the Shanghai-based NDB, the BRICS bank: Russia “will expand the capabilities of the NDB”; the bank should become the main investor in major technological and infrastructure projects for BRICS members and the wider Global South. That makes total sense, with the NDB financing infrastructure development and commercially involved with local, private companies. Incidentally, the next president of the NDB will be Russian; the top candidate is Aleksei Mozhin, who was previously at the IMF.

On creating a single digital infrastructure for BRICS: already on. Russia is working on “the use of digital currencies in investment processes in the interests of other developing economies.” That ties up with BRICS work on their own version of SWIFT for international financial transactions. And also ties up with BRICS Pay – a debit card whose first trial run happened during the Business Council last week, not dissimilar to AliPay in China, and soon to be rolled out across BRICS members.

A BRICS single currency: “Not being considered yet, this issue is not ripe yet.” De-dollarization, Putin stressed, is proceeding step by step: “We’re taking individual steps, one after another. As regards finance, we did not drop the dollar. The dollar is the universal currency. But it wasn’t us – we were banned and barred from [using] it. And now 95% of all the external trade of Russia is denominated in national currencies. They did it themselves with their own hands. They thought we would collapse.”

The challenge for a unified BRICS currency: That “requires thorough economic integration (…) Apart from high level of integration among BRICS members, the introduction of a single BRICS currency would involve comparable monetary quality and volume (…) Otherwise, we will face even bigger issues than those that occurred in the EU.” Putin recalled that when the euro was introduced in the EU, their economies were neither comparable nor equal.

Putin will have at least 17 bilateral meetings in Kazan. He emphasized, once again, that “BRICS is not an anti-Western group, it’s just a non-Western group.”

And he named the key economic drivers in the near future: Southeast Asia and Africa. Development “will objectively take place primarily in BRICS member countries. This is the Global South. This is Southeast Asia. This is Africa. Positive growth will exist in powerful countries such as China, India, Russia, and Saudi Arabia, but the countries of Southeast Asia and Africa will show faster growth for several reasons.”

He also highlighted the top infrastructure development projects among BRICS and the Global South: the Northern Sea Route – which the Chinese define as the Arctic Silk Road – and the International North-South Transportation Corridor (INSTC), with the BRICS triad Russia-Iran-India as the key partners.

On the Northern Sea Route, Putin highlighted how “we are building an icebreaker fleet that has no peers in the world. It’s going to be a unique fleet, seven nuclear icebreakers and 34 diesel-propelled, high-class, heavy-duty icebreakers.”

On the Russia-China strategic partnership: it’s one of the key factors of stability in the world; in the relations between the two, “there are no elders or youngers.” On the Great Chessboard, “Russia does not interfere in relations between the USA and China,” even as “Europeans have been dragged into Asia through NATO. Nobody is asking the Europeans whether they want to spoil their relationship with China, whether they want to use NATO entities to enter Asia and to create a situation that would cause concern for the region, for China specifically. Still, they are dragged like puppies.”

Forever Wars Target BRICS

There will be a special session on Palestine in Kazan with BRICS members plus BRICS Outreach – as in partners (Turkiye is included). Putin believes that “dissolving the Middle East Quartet was a mistake.” The Quartet included Russia, US, UN, and EU. In theory, it should have mediated the Israel-Palestine peace process. In practice, it didn’t.

The notorious warmonger Tony Blair was part of the Quartet. Diplomatically, Putin said, “I do not intend to accuse the United States in every aspect here, but unfortunately it was a wrong thing to do to disband the four [the Quartet].”

He re-emphasized that “Russia has consistently maintained the view that the United Nations Security Council’s decision to establish two states – Israel and Palestine – should be implemented.” And, significantly, he added that “Russia is in ongoing contact with both Israel and Palestine.”

That may be interpreted as strategic mediation, and serious back-channel exchanges. Yet he did not venture head on into the fire, just saying he hopes the “endless exchange of blows” between Israel and Iran will stop, while adding that “searching for a compromise in the Arab-Israeli conflict is possible, but this is a very delicate area.”

All of the above is highly significant for the BRICS context because the Forever Wars in West Asia have been seriously interfering with the work within BRICS. And on top of it, the Forever Wars, cold, hybrid, and hot, are in fact essentially directed against three BRICS members, Russia, Iran and China – not by accident described as the Top Three existential threats to the Hegemon.

And that inevitably brings us to Ukraine. Putin emphasized, “the Russian army has become one of the most combat effective and high-tech armies in the world (…) When NATO will get tired of waging this war against us, just ask them. We were ready to continue fighting, to continue the struggle, and we will have the upper hand.”

Confirming what crack military analyst Andrei Martyanov has been studying for years, Putin explained how modern warfare is the war of mathematicians – something that totally escapes NATO armchair warriors: “I have heard from the people that fight on the ground that today’s war is the war of mathematicians. Radio-jamming devices would be effective against certain delivery vehicles and they would suppress them. The other side has, for example, calculated and reckoned what is the counterforce and reprograms the software of its striking assets in a week or three weeks.”

As for the battleground, with the “rules-based international order” meeting its humiliating demise in the black soil of Novorossiya, Putin could not be more emphatic on the “Nuclear Ukraine” gambit: “It is a dangerous provocation because any step in this direction will face a response (…) I will say it outright Russia will not allow this to happen no matter what.”

The stakes in Kazan could not be higher. By the end of the week, the Global Majority will know whether Kazan will go down in history as the landmark of a new, emerging system of international relations, or if crass divide and rule tactics will keep postponing the inexorable demise of the Old Order.

Comment: The Western media is generally ignoring that this major summit is taking place and where no one from the Western globalists’ – rules based order – G7 are present. Yet the meeting undermines the Western propaganda that Russia is isolated. Even the UN Secretary General is present as he mentioned the importance of being present since countries representing more than half the worlds populations are there.

Bill Gates to Stand Trial in Netherlands in COVID Vaccine Injury Lawsuit

A Netherlands court last week ruled that Bill Gates can stand trial in the Netherlands, in a case involving seven people injured by COVID-19 vaccines. Other defendants include Albert Bourla, CEO of Pfizer, and the Dutch state.

A Netherlands court last week ruled that Bill Gates can stand trial in the Netherlands, in a case involving seven people injured by COVID-19 vaccines.

According to Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, the seven “corona skeptics” sued Gates last year, along with former Dutch prime minister and newly appointed NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, and “several members” of the Dutch government’s COVID-19 “Outbreak Management Team.”

Other defendants include Albert Bourla, Ph.D., CEO of Pfizer, and the Dutch state.

“Because Bill Gates’ foundation was involved in combating the corona pandemic, he has also been summoned,” De Telegraaf reported.

According to Dutch independent news outlet Zebra Inspiratie, the plaintiffs allege that Gates, through his representatives, deliberately misled them about the safety of the COVID-19 shots, despite knowing “that these injections were not safe and effective.”

Dutch independent journalist Erica Krikke told The Defender that the seven plaintiffs — whose names are redacted in the lawsuit’s publicly available documents — “are ordinary Dutch people, and they have been jabbed and after the jabs they got sick.”

Krikke said that of the seven original plaintiffs, one has since died, leaving the other six plaintiffs to continue the lawsuit.

The lawsuit was filed in the District Court of Leeuwarden. According to De Telegraaf, “Gates had objected because, according to him, the judges did not have jurisdiction.” Accordingly, the court first “had to rule in the so-called incident procedure,” De Andere Krant reported.

Zebra Inspiratie reported that the hearing in this “incident procedure” took place on Sept. 18 and that Gates’ representatives disputed jurisdiction, but not the claim.

According to De Andere Krant, Gates was represented by the Pels Rijcken law firm, based in The Hague, described as “the largest and the premier litigation law firm in the Netherlands.” Gates did not appear at the Sept. 18 hearing, but attorneys for Gates argued that the court “had no jurisdiction over him because he lives in the United States.”

However, in its Oct. 16 ruling, the Leeuwarden court ruled it does have jurisdiction over Gates. De Andere Krant reported that the court found “sufficient evidence” that the claims against Gates and the other defendants are “connected” and based on the same “complex of facts.”

Other defendants who reside outside of the Netherlands, including Bourla, did not challenge the court’s jurisdiction.

The court ruled Gates must pay attorneys’ fees and additional legal costs totaling 1,406 euros (approximately $1,520). A hearing is scheduled for Nov. 27.

‘Even if … your name is Bill Gates, you still have to go to court’

In remarks shared with De Andere Krant, Arno van Kessel, one of the plaintiffs’ attorneys, welcomed the ruling. “In its verdict, the court has clearly recorded the basis of our conclusions of claim,” van Kessel said.

Dutch attorney Meike Terhorst told The Defender it is “quite interesting” that the plaintiffs filed the lawsuit in Leeuwarden instead of The Hague, where normally, all cases against the government related to COVID-19 are filed.

“In general, COVID-19 court cases have been very unsuccessful in the Netherlands,” Terhorst said. “There is a slim chance it will be successful.”

She added:

“I think most judges support the COVID-19 vaccination agenda and will find it hard to believe the vaccinations have caused injuries. So, we have a long way to go, regardless of the case.”

Krikke shared a more optimistic outlook, saying that the court sent a message that “even if you are rich and your name is Bill Gates, you still have to go to court.”

New Zealand-based independent journalist Penny Marie, who has closely followed the proceedings in this case, told The Defender she hopes the Oct. 16 ruling “will hopefully set a precedent and help plaintiffs in similar cases around the world regarding jurisdiction,” in cases “where the defendant does not reside in the country of the plaintiff.”

“For parties who make claims against those involved in the implementation of the Great Reset and other international actions, such as the COVID-19 emergency response initiated by the WEF [World

Father of vaccine-injured plaintiff made ‘emotional plea’ to the court

At the Sept. 18 hearing, plaintiffs also delivered statements. According to Zebra Inspiratie, “One of the victims, who is very ill, was also given the opportunity to make a plea. She was no longer able to speak and was represented by her father. It was an emotional plea.”

Krikke said the plaintiff’s father told the court that his daughter, who was previously healthy, fell ill after getting the COVID-19 vaccine and could no longer speak, telling the judge that he “would really like to speak to Bill Gates directly” to ask him what happened to his daughter.

“After that, the judge was really quiet,” Krikke said.

The Oct. 18 ruling also addressed the plaintiffs’ claims about Gates’ role in the WEF’s “Great Reset” project.

“The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is also affiliated with the World Economic Forum … an international organization whose statutory objective is to unite ‘leaders from business, governments, academia and society at large into a global community committed to improving the state of the world,’” the ruling states, adding:

“This is a project aimed at the total reorganization of societies in all countries that are members of the United Nations … as described by [WEF founder and executive chairman Klaus Schwab] in his book Covid-19: The Great Reset. …

“Characteristic of this political ideology is that this forced and planned change is presented as justified by pretending that the world is suffering from major crises that can only be solved by centralized, hard global intervention. One of these pretended major crises concerns the Covid-19 pandemic.”

The ruling also states, “The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is affiliated with ‘Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance‘ … an international partnership in the field of vaccinations between various public and private entities.”

Scottish Doctor and PhD Nutritionist Win Libel Case Against British Media for Being Labeled as “Murderers” by Exposing Dangerous Cholesterol-Lowering Drugs

by Brian Shilhavy
Editor, Health Impact News

In 2019, Health Impact News covered a story out of the UK where the British media launched an attack campaign against medical doctors and nutritionists who exposed the cholesterol myth, and the very profitable, and very dangerous, statin drugs that were being prescribed to artificially lower people’s cholesterol.

They were gaining so much popularity in the Alternative Media, including Health Impact News, that drug sales for statins were apparently declining.

So they brought out the attack dogs in the corporate media to smear them, calling them “statin deniers” who they said were responsible for murdering people because patients were not taking their statin drugs, that they claim prevent heart attacks.

These doctors and nutritionists were being compared to “vaccine deniers”, such as Andrew Wakefield, to vilify their reputations.

Doctors Exposing Cholesterol Myth Accused of Murder in British Press for Questioning Statin Drugs
There’s a media war going on in the UK involving the issue of cholesterol-lowering statin drugs.

The British Daily Mail’s health editor, Barney Calman, labeled two medical doctors and a PhD nutritionist as “statin deniers” for their efforts in educating the public and debunking the cholesterol-heart disease causation dogma while exposing statin drug dangers.

The two doctors are Dr. Malcolm Kendrick and Dr. Aseem Malhotra. The nutritionist is Zoe Harcombe, PhD.

The Daily Mail article is blaming their “propaganda” as convincing people to stop taking cholesterol-lowering drugs which they claim are leading more people to suffer heart attacks as a result.

Since this is another example of corporate-sponsored “mainstream” media presenting only the pharmaceutical position on their own products and seeking to censor anyone who opposes them, we are publishing the responses from those accused of murder for exposing the dangers of statin drugs, as well as questioning the “science” used for the most widely prescribed class of drugs in the world. (Full article.)

I would have linked to the original attack article at The Daily Mail, but it is gone now, and as of this writing Archive.org is still not back online, as they just suffered their second hack attack, and The Way Back Machine section is offline, again.

So when you click on the link to the original offending article that has now been ruled by a judge to be “libel”, you will instead seen an article with the headline reading:

Give patients waffles, put in a pub in every hospital and enforce a weight limit on nurses! Labour public consultation on NHS reform is deluged with ludicrous suggestions

which of course has nothing to do with the original libelous article.

Because now, some 5 years later, Dr. Malcolm Kendrick has reported that he and Zoë Harcombe have won a libel lawsuit against the The Mail.

A Win
21st October 2024

Finally, the dust settles. Zoë and I won our case against the Mail on Sunday. The judgement came out a few weeks ago, but the legal wrangling continued – and still continues. The Mail on Sunday did print an apology. Legally, they do not have to print an apology, but they did, which says something.

There is still a statement in open court to come (SIOC). What is a statement in open court?

‘A statement in open court on settlement of action is an important mechanism for vindication for the claimant in, inter alia, libel proceedings and also for the correction of false and/or defamatory statements.’ 1

It is a much longer thing, which lays out in more detail, what was wrong with the article, and may contain sections such as:

‘Mr Calman allowed the experts who had helped him to have “a very significant”, and “undue”, influence over the editorial process and the terms of the article. ‘

The SIOC has to be agreed by the judge, and this has not yet happened. Boy, do these things take ages. I have been sitting on my hands for months. I still am.

But some names are going to be named.

We know who you are.

The behind the scenes activity was quite outrageous. Eventually, all will be revealed. Because none of this is confidential anymore.

The rock was lifted to see the creatures squirming in unaccustomed sunlight. (Source.)

See our previous articles about Dr. Malcolm Kendrick.

In 2013, ABC Australia put out a 2-part series on cholesterol and statin drugs, hosted by Dr. Maryanne Demasi.

It was so well done, interviewing top doctors in their field exposing the cholesterol myth (over 1000 articles on Health Impact News), and the statin scam (over 500 articles on Health Impact News), that ABC Australia was quickly forced to take down these two videos from their website, and copies on YouTube were disappearing fast.

I have preserved both copies, and I will say of these two videos what I said over a decade ago: The information revealed in these two videos COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE!

Turkish Seattle to Istanbul flight makes emergency landing after pilot DIES SUDDENLY mid-flight

Turkish Airlines flight from Seattle to Istanbul makes emergency landing in NYC after pilot DIES SUDDENLY mid-flight

Dr Eddy Betterman

A 59-year-old commercial airline pilot dropped dead in the cockpit this week while navigating a Turkish Airlines flight from Seattle to Istanbul.

The incident occurred on October 7 when Captain ?lçehin Pehlivan suffered a medical emergency mid-flight. On board crew tried to administer first aid but were unsuccessful as Pehlivan was pronounced dead before the flight could make its unscheduled emergency landing at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City around 6 a.m. the following day.

After Pehlivan collapsed suddenly during the flight, the flight crew quickly diverted the Airbus 350 craft to the nearest available and suitable airport so he could receive treatment. Pehlivan passed before that could happen, but at least the flight landed safely, allowing passengers to get rerouted on another flight to Turkey.

“?lçehin Pehlivan, the captain of our Airbus 350 aircraft with TC-LGR tail registration, which was operating the flight number TK204 between Seattle and Istanbul, fainted during the flight,” reported Turkish Airlines spokesman Yahya Üstün in an X / Twitter post.

“After the first medical evaluation to our captain on board was inconclusive, the cockpit crew … decided to make an emergency landing, but our captain died before landing.”

A pilot with Turkish Airlines since 2007, Pehlivan had previously passed a medical examination with flying colors. For him to drop dead like this unexpectedly came as a shock, as least to those who are unfamiliar with the massive and growing death toll from Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “vaccines.”

Check out the below animation showing the flight path Pehlivan’s plane took amid the emergency:

(Related: A similar event took place last year when a 56-year-old LATAM pilot died suddenly while navigating a Boeing 787 Dreamliner from Miami to Chile.)

“How many Pfizer shots did he get?”

In the aftermath of Pehlivan’s passing, Turkish Airlines issued a public statement in honor of the pilot and his family:

“We wish God’s mercy upon our captain and patience to his grieving family, all his colleagues, and loved ones.”

Social media was quick to question what might have caused Pehlivan’s untimely death, most notably the chemical injections that were forced on the world through Operation Warp Speed.

“How many Pfizer shots did he get?” one on X / Twitter asked. “That should be the first question.”

Another questioned why the flight crew decided to make an emergency landing all the way across the country at JFK when there were plenty of Canadian airports and even U.S. airports in the Northwest and Midwest that were a whole lot closer.

“Are there no medical facilities in Canada?” this person wrote. “Seems a bit odd to go from the Arctic Circle across Canada to New York.”

Another pointed out that two other pilots died mid-flight in 2022 just like Pehlivan did this past week. One worked for Envoy Air and became “incapacitated” during an Ohio-bound flight before later dying while the other worked for Citilink Indonesia and died mid-flight over southeast Asia.
