Iraq’s parliament speaker Haibat al-Halbousi called for special arrangements for Iraqi oil exports through the Strait of Hormuz during talks with his Iranian counterpart, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, in Baghdad on Wednesday, according to a statement from his office.
