NEW YORK (Reuters) – Robert F. Kennedy Jr, the former independent presidential candidate, is reviewing candidate resumes for the top jobs at the U.S. government’s health agencies in Donald Trump’s new administration, a former Kennedy aide and a source familiar with the matter told Reuters on Friday.
Kennedy, of the famed political family, has been asked to recommend appointees for all regulatory health agencies, including the Department of Health and Human Services and the Food and Drug Administration, said Del Bigtree, who was director of communications for Kennedy’s campaign and remains close to the former candidate.
A source familiar with the matter, who declined to be identified, echoed that Kennedy had taken on that role. Trump’s transition team did not respond to a request for comment.
In August ended his presidential campaign and endorsed Trump in exchange for a role in Trump’s administration focused on public health. Kennedy says he is not anti-vaccine but for more rigorous testing of vaccines.
While he is looking for individuals to fill administration jobs, Kennedy could himself still take an official position in Trump’s administration or serve in an advisory capacity, according to Bigtree.
Howard Lutnick, co-chair of Trump’s transition team, told CNN before Tuesday’s presidential election, however, that Kennedy was “not getting a job for HHS.”
Bigtree said Trump wanted to see Kennedy’s ideas for reducing chronic illness produce results within two years, especially in U.S. children.
Kennedy last week said he would recommend fluoride be removed from public water supplies, falsely claiming on X the chemical is associated with numerous health issues including bone fractures and cancer. The American Dental Association says the decades-old intervention reduces tooth decay by more than 25% in adults and children.
“President Trump is giving him two years to show success,” Bigtree said. “President Trump is keenly interested in the selections that Bobby Kennedy thinks would get the job done.”
Kennedy will recommend scientists and doctors who “don’t have any conflicts of interest with the pharmaceutical industry when it comes to the departments that are going to be dealing with drugs and vaccines,” Bigtree said.
Bigtree, an anti-vaccine activist, is chief executive of MAHA Action, a new organization named after Kennedy’s Make America Healthy Again pledge that Bigtree said would also propose appointees to Kennedy.
Kennedy is being assisted by daughter-in-law Amaryllis Fox Kennedy, his former campaign manager, and investor Omeed Malik, the source familiar with the matter said.
In a surprise move, the local government of West Australian mining town Port Hedland is calling for immediate suspension of the Moderna and Pfizer Covid vaccines pending an investigation into evidence of excessive levels of synthetic DNA in the shots.
At a special meeting on 11 October, Port Hedland councillors voted five to two in favour of notifying all of Australia’s 537 local councils of the evidence of the DNA contamination in the vaccines, and associated risks.
“We are gravely concerned about the potential health risks posed by synthetic DNA contamination, including the dangers of genomic integration, cancer, hereditary defects and immune system disruption,” said the letter, a copy of which was sent to councillors around the country following the vote.
Letters were also sent to every health practitioner within the Port Hedland area strongly urging them to share this information with patients contemplating receiving any Pfizer or Moderna Covid modified-RNA (mod-RNA) vaccines.
The Port Hedland Council joins federal independent MP Russell Broadbent in calling for the suspension of the vaccines until an urgent and thorough investigation has been carried out into the DNA contamination matter.
Port Hedland Councillor Adrian McRae, who brought the motion, said that he hoped the vote “will be the ripple that creates a bigger wave across the country, and perhaps the world” on the issue of Covid vaccine safety.
The move comes after independent testing of Australian vials of Moderna and Pfizer Covid vaccines, by Canadian virologist Dr David Speicher, detected residual synthetic DNA at levels up to 145 above the regulatory limit.
Independent studies in Canada, the US, and Germany had previously tested the mod-RNA vaccines and found excessive levels of DNA, which is a byproduct of the production process and is allowed in amounts of up to 10 nanograms per dose under international regulations.
In the Pfizer vaccine, there is a DNA sequence called the SV40 enhancer/promoter, which is known for its utility in gene therapies to drive DNA into the nucleus of cells. The SV40 enhancer/promoter (not the same as the SV40 virus) was discovered in the Pfizer vaccine in 2023 by genomics scientist Kevin McKernan and has since been acknowledged by regulators, including the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and Health Canada.
Responding to these findings, Florida Surgeon General Dr Joseph A. Ladapo petitioned the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to halt the Covid mod-RNA vaccine program in December last year.
However, both the FDA and the TGA deny that the vaccines contain high levels of DNA or that the synthetic DNA poses any safety risks, including the SV40 enhancer/promoter.
In a statement released after the Port Hedland council vote, the TGA said that it was aware of “misinformation” in recent reporting of the contamination issue and that findings of high levels of residual DNA in the mod-RNA vaccines are “not robust or reliable, and are creating confusion and concern regarding the safety of vaccines.”
But the TGA did not provide any evidence to support its claims or refute the work of independent scientists who detected the contamination. At the same time, the TGA mischaracterised the scientists’ work and omitted some key, but inconvenient facts from its statement.
The TGA claimed that it has independently tested 27 batches of mod-RNA vaccines for residual DNA levels and found them to be compliant. However, no one can verify this, because the TGA fully redacted the results when a Freedom of Information (FOI 4558) request compelled their release.
The TGA misleadingly criticised the use of a testing method called fluorometry in some studies but ignored the evidence of excessive DNA using qPCR, which is the TGA’s preferred method for testing residual DNA levels. The TGA also ignored a step taken by Dr Speicher (the use of an enzyme called Rnase A) to ensure the accuracy of the fluorometry reading.
The TGA failed to address the implications of residual DNA being encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), which go to every major organ system in the body (according to Pfizer’s biodistribution data) and enter the cells (according to the Office of the Gene Technology Regulator). And the regulator did not address the presence of the SV40 enhancer/promotor at all.
West Australian Premier Roger Cook slammed the Port Hedland council for passing the motion to alert Australians to the DNA contamination issue, telling the press that the council had gone “off the rails” and “should stick to its knitting.”
But Port Hedland residents who attended the special meeting implored the council to take action, as did internationally lauded Professor of Oncology Angus Dalgleish, in a recorded address in support of the motion.
Professor Dalgleish, who previously sat on the scientific board of mRNA technology company CureVac, said he had seen an upsurge in aggressive, fast-progressing cancers in his oncology practice amongst patients who had received Covid vaccine boosters, particularly colorectal and blood cancers.
“We need our health authorities to begin monitoring these trends, develop testing protocols for those exposed to synthetic DNA contamination, and prepare treatment pathways for the inevitable rise in vaccine-induced conditions,” he said.
The motion to warn Australians of the DNA contamination in the mod-RNA shots was supported by Councillors Adrian McRae, Sven Arentz, Lorraine Butson, Camilo Blanco, and Deputy Mayor Ash Christensen. It was opposed by Mayor Peter Carter and Councillor Ambika Rebello.
Blanco, who formerly served as Port Hedland Mayor, said he was inundated with calls from other local government areas after the Port Hedland Council motion was passed.
“I’ve been contacted by so many councils that are ready for this,” he said.
“They can’t just ignore this. We want genuine answers.”
A website has been assembled by a group of volunteers with all the Port Hedland council motion information, and resources to equip Australians to take the matter up with their own local governments.
The first great challenge to the Trump administration is controlling inflation. It is coming back already and we might face a second wave that emerges in the summer. Throughout the campaign, we’ve had almost no honest talk about the reasons for this devastation.
It cannot be stopped through “anti-gouging” legislation. No one ever believed that this would achieve anything. The message had no public resonance at all.
But just as crucially, the inflation was not kicked off by energy regulation and throttles on oil and gas production. That increased transportation costs, yes, but the oil price now is not high and inflation is still a menace.
The root of the problem is so unbearably obvious, so much so that it feels pointless to point it out. For two years, the money stock grew $6 trillion on the backs of a wild spending bonanza by Congress, all of which was paid for by Fed purchases of new debt.
Because the new money was directly distributed to the population as if by helicopter, it watered down the value of the U.S. dollar in terms of goods and services. Growth stopped with rate increases but the Fed has reversed itself again in an attempt to forestall recession.
Right now, the money stock is growing again, thanks to a great deal of U.S. Treasury releases designed to prettify the GDP leading to the election.

There is no easy fix to this. Lowering energy prices with more supply can help but there is a point at which lower prices actually reduce supply, simply because it no longer pays the bills to drill and refine. By all means, deregulate but this much I can promise you: it will not fix the inflation problem.
Nor should the Trump administration be overly concerned about the boogeyman called “deflation.” The people always benefit from rising purchasing power. Producers can cope just fine, as the computer and software industry have proven for the better part of 30 years. Absolutely no policy choices should be made under the motive to stop deflation. That is no way a threat right now.
Ideally, the Trump administration would seek a fix to the problem of the Fed, such as ending open-market operations and debt support, permanently. The effect of such changes long-term would be glorious but it will not stop the problem that exists right now.
Price controls are anathema under all circumstances.
The best single strategy to deal with the immediate problem is to inspire investment via dramatic tax cuts (capital and income) plus huge and far-reaching deregulation of everything that lowers the costs of start-up and the operation of small businesses. That is essential.
Keep in mind that the usual suspects will scream that higher growth only makes inflation worse. This is wrong. There’s no other way to put it. It’s just bad analytics stemming from outdated models. Higher growth does not feed inflation. It mitigates it, burying its impact amidst more opportunities and great wealth creation.
Think of it as a race. Growth needs to rise well above inflation rates. The tax cuts also put more money in the hands of producers and consumers, granting more control over wealth in the hands of the public so that the ghostly tax increases of inflation have less impact.
That of course will reduce government revenue and increase the debt, which is inflationary too, so that is a major problem. Again, there is an answer in the form of far-reaching spending cuts. There really is no choice. Cutting $2 trillion out of the budget is a good start but it is not enough. These have to be real cuts, not fake cuts in the rate of growth.
Some revenue shortfalls can be covered by tariffs but there are potential pitfalls here. There are three reasons for tariffs: revenue, protection of industry, and rebalancing settlement systems. They work at cross purposes. The revenue comes from paying the tariffs. They are only paid when trade occurs. Protection happens when trade does not take place on the scale it otherwise would have.
The more protection, the less revenue. The more revenue, the less protection.
Do you see the problem? Relying on tariffs to make up revenue losses from tax cuts absolutely requires the continued existence of imports, especially on high-dollar capital goods. Seeking ever more revenue from this source perpetuates the problem of international industrial competition. As for rebalancing trade, that likely cannot happen so long as the dollar (and petrodollar) are the final means of payment.
My point is simply that there are real limits here. One cannot always know at the outset what they are.
There is also no way to know precisely when consumers and producers will revolt against high tariffs, which absolutely increase the prices of goods and services.
Another note on the price increases associated with tariffs: they do not cause inflation. Price increases on particular products is a relative change, not a general change. You will read floods of commentary in the coming months that Trump’s tariffs drive up inflation. That is absolutely untrue. They increase discreet prices but have zero effect on general prices. This fallacy will persist however as the whole of the financial press will blame the second wave of inflation on Trump. Not a word of it will be true.
In any case, sizing it all up, the best hopes that the Trump administration has for avoiding an obvious inflationary recession: massive regulatory changes and asset sales, dramatic spending cuts in discretionary spending, and huge capital and income tax cuts to inspire optimism and put more money back into people’s pockets.
The tariffs are going to come either way given Trump’s outlook but the most we can hope from them is to do the least-possible damage. They hope will be to reverse the red ink in trade deficits but that is highly doubtful. So long as the U.S. dollar is the world reserve currency, the balance sheets of foreign central banks will continue to stockpile them.
Remember that a strong dollar drives imports. That is at cross purposes with the trade agenda. The dollar’s value in terms of other currencies is rising now and will likely continue. There is no real threat to the dollar as reserve currency in the short run. It’s not a subject about which anyone should care for a long time to come.
That aside, a newly ebullient investment environment could provide energy for a new focus on growth, which in turn will grow revenue on its own. If the shift is serious enough, it could reverse investor psychology and bring about a transformative effect on the mood of the public and confidence. This is the biggest hope we have.
Doing nothing is not an option. Fortunately, the Trump transition knows this and seems prepared to act.

I’ve long warned about the dangers genetically modified organisms (GMOs) pose to human health and the environment, including the possibility of introducing new allergens into the food supply, decreasing biodiversity and increasing reliance on pesticides. Even more troubling is that the long-term health impacts of consuming GMOs remain largely unknown.
Despite these uncertainties, the biotechnology industry and Big Ag continue to push for widespread adoption of genetically modified (GM) crops, often downplaying their risks in favor of touted benefits. Now, a new threat looms over our food supply, as the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) recently approved the first-ever cultivation of genetically modified wheat in the U.S.1
While proponents described this decision as a “milestone” for the country’s agriculture, it has sparked strong opposition from scientists, environmental organizations and consumer advocates, who argue that this move prioritizes corporate interests at the expense of public health and environmental protection.2
USDA Gives Green Light to Controversial GM Wheat
The world’s first genetically modified wheat, HB4, was developed by the Argentine company Bioceres in collaboration with the French seed company Florimond Desprez. This strain is engineered to be drought-tolerant, and Bioceres claims it’s the only genetically modified wheat variety in the world with such technology.3
HB4 wheat is marketed as a solution to food security challenges, especially in drought-prone regions, where it claims to increase yields and reduce production costs for farmers. However, its cultivation relies heavily on the herbicide glufosinate ammonium, for which it has been engineered for increased tolerance. This chemical has been banned in several countries, including those in the European Union, due to its known health and environmental effects.4
The United States, one of the largest wheat producers in the world,5 is the fourth country to permit the production of HB4 wheat, along with Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay.6 While the USDA has concluded that HB4 can be safely grown and bred in the U.S. without posing significant risks to agriculture or the environment,7 consumer advocacy groups have pointed out that these claims are unfounded.
According to a report by Sustainable Pulse,8 there are several compelling reasons to question the safety and efficacy of GM wheat. First, there is no publicly available evidence demonstrating its safety for human health or the environment. The studies conducted by Bioceres are confidential, preventing independent scientists and the public from accessing or scrutinizing these findings.
Moreover, despite claims that HB4 wheat is drought-resistant, there are no independent studies to support this. In fact, Sustainable Pulse notes that available research indicates that this GM variety is less productive than conventional wheat, which means that its drawbacks could outweigh its purported benefits.
Argentina Has Become a Testing Ground for GM Wheat
While citizens in Argentina have the right to elect their leaders, they lack the ability to choose non-GMO food options because there is no labeling for genetically modified (GM) products. This allows a select group of individuals in influential positions within the government and scientific communities to make decisions that effectively force the entire population to consume GM products, leaving them with no alternative choices.
Since its approval in 2020, HB4 wheat has been widely cultivated across Argentina. Bioceres reported that by 2021, approximately 55,000 hectares of GM wheat had been harvested in the country.9 In the same year, the first shipment of flour made with GM wheat was exported to Brazil, the main export market for Argentinean wheat production.10
However, the process behind the approval and cultivation of GMOs in Argentina has been questionable. Sustainable Pulse’s report11 points out that Argentina’s National Advisory Committee on Agricultural Biotechnology (CONABIA), which oversees GM approvals, is heavily influenced by the very corporations that produce GMOs.
This revolving door between government and corporate interests creates a conflict of interest, where those seeking approval are also involved in the decision-making process. Argentina’s National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET) has ties with Bioceres as well, with its senior researcher, Raquel Chan, being involved in the development of GM wheat.
The lack of independent oversight is further compounded by the Argentine government’s reliance on confidential studies from these companies, with no independent research conducted to validate their findings. This has raised alarms in over a thousand scientists affiliated with CONICET and public universities, who have denounced the risks associated with GM wheat and its derivatives.
Widespread Opposition and Concerns Over GM Wheat Approval
There is a strong consensus against GM wheat among Argentinian farmers, indigenous groups and socio-environmental organizations.12 The campaign “Con nuestro pan, no!” (which translates to “Not our bread!”) emphasizes that GM wheat is not a solution to hunger but rather a means to enhance the profits of the agro-industrial sector.13
The coalition also points out that Argentina’s experience with GM soy has yielded no tangible benefits for the public, questioning how GM wheat would be any different. Organizations across Latin America, Africa and Asia have also raised alarms about the dangers of GM wheat.14 Sustainable Pulse reported:15
“In a detailed 14-page document, social movements, peasants and indigenous people requested the intervention of United Nations (UN) special rapporteurs because of the risks to food, health and the environment posed by Bioceres’ GMO.
They confirmed that there are no independent studies confirming its harmlessness, denounced the dangerous herbicide glufosinate ammonium and also pointed out that it is less productive than conventional wheat.”
The small international nonprofit organization GRAIN has also voiced its opposition, condemning the irregular approval process for GM wheat in Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay, which, as stated, was based solely on studies provided by the manufacturer and confidential documentation.16
Health and Environmental Impacts of Glufosinate Ammonium
Glufosinate ammonium, the broad-spectrum herbicide used in the cultivation of HB4 wheat, works by inhibiting glutamine synthetase, an enzyme vital to plant growth.17 However, its impact is not limited to plants. The herbicide is classified as a neurotoxin, and long-term exposure has been linked to a variety of health issues in humans, including developmental, neurological and reproductive effects.18
Animal studies have shown that it interferes with the normal functioning of the nervous system19 and, in fetuses and infants exposed prenatally and perinatally, it has been linked to poor gut health,20 behavioral abnormalities and motor function problems.21 This makes pregnant women and children particularly vulnerable to its harmful effects.
Beyond human health, the herbicide also poses significant risks to the environment. It contaminates soil and water sources, affecting non-target species. Aquatic organisms are especially susceptible, as runoff from fields treated with glufosinate pollutes nearby water bodies.22,23 Despite these concerns, glufosinate ammonium continues to be used in the U.S. for controlling weeds.
The situation is further complicated by the increasing weed resistance to herbicides like glufosinate. As resistance grows, higher quantities of the herbicide are required for cultivation, exacerbating its health and environmental risks. This vicious cycle raises important questions about the sustainability of introducing yet another herbicide-reliant crop into U.S. agriculture.
Steer Clear of GMOs to Protect Your Health
Given these concerns, many health-conscious consumers are seeking ways to minimize exposure to GMOs and associated herbicides. The most effective approach is to make strategic changes to your diet. By prioritizing non-GMO, free-range and organic foods, you will significantly reduce your exposure to these harmful chemicals.
It’s important to be aware of common GMOs lurking in many processed foods without your knowledge. These include corn (often found in processed foods such as cornmeal, corn syrup, corn starch, corn flour, etc.), soy (which is sometimes listed as lecithin or starch, among others), canola and potato. By avoiding processed foods, you also reduce your intake of some of the most common inflammatory ingredients, including gluten, processed sugar and linoleic acid.
Additionally, it’s important to keep in mind that GMOs and pesticides also enter your diet through animal products. Many animals in concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) are fed herbicide-resistant GE grains like corn and soy. This is one of several good reasons for making sure your meats come from organically raised, grass fed animals.
A Guide to Choosing Organic Food
For a product to be labeled as organic, it must be free from genetic engineering and grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers.24 Not all organic labels are the same, though. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) outlines four key classifications for consumers to be aware of:25
• 100% organic — Products that have this label must be made with 100% certified organic ingredients. These items can display the USDA organic seal and make the “100% organic” claim.
• Organic — For a product to simply be labeled “organic,” at least 95% of its ingredients must be certified organic, with up to 5% nonorganic ingredients allowed, as long as they are listed on the National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances.
• “Made with” organic ingredients — These items must contain at least 70% certified organic ingredients but cannot display the USDA organic seal or represent the entire product as organic.
• Specific organic ingredients — Products with less than 70% organic content cannot carry the organic seal or use the word “organic” on the packaging. However, certified organic ingredients can still be listed on the product’s ingredient panel.
Knowing these labels is just the first step. As the demand for organic products increases, some companies have tried to mislead consumers by falsely labeling conventionally grown products as “organic.” From 2020 to 2023, several farmers faced legal consequences for selling nonorganic produce as organic, with one case involving a staggering $71 million in fraud.26
To protect yourself, it’s essential to be a vigilant consumer. Look beyond the label and research the sources of your organic products. The best way to find organic, chemical-free produce is to visit the farmers themselves. Shopping at farmers markets and talking directly to vendors provide valuable insights into their farming practices. Many of these small-scale operations prioritize sustainable methods and try their best to limit chemical use.

A disturbing new study has revealed that people who have been “fully vaccinated” with Covid mRNA injections can expect to lose a staggering 25 years from their life expectancy.
Researchers analyzed data from the CDC, Cleveland Clinic Data, and insurance company risk assessment data and uncovered a disturbing trend of plummeting life expediencies among those who had multiple doses of mRNA.
Unfortunately for the vaxxed, the news gets even worse. The chronic damage to health caused by each dose of mRNA does not lessen over time, as previously believed.
In reality, the negative health effects appear to continue indefinitely.
According to the researchers, CDC All-Cause Mortality data reveals that each jab increased mortality by 7% in the year 2022 compared to the mortality in 2021.
This means that people who have had 5 doses – that’s two doses and three boosters – were 35% more likely to die in 2022 than they were in 2021.
Correlating with the German information, the study also confirmed that people who are not vaccinated were no more likely to die in 2022 than in 2021.
These numbers are damning. But anybody paying attention can see that something is very wrong with the vaccinated. They are dropping like flies with heart problems and turbo cancer all over the world.

It’s not just professional athletes dropping like flies. People from all walks of life, including popular social media influencers, are being struck down with heart conditions and rare forms of cancer at unprecedented rates.
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., has based his presidential campaign on honestly facing the fact that gigantic global corporations have taken over and rule the U.S. today. He is, of course, right.
I would also like to point out that the largest, most aggressive, and least conscionable of these corporations are the financial ones: the banks, like J.P. Morgan Chase, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo; the investment companies, like Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Berkshire Hathaway; and the holding companies and hedge funds like BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard. The military-industrial complex is also in their grip. For instance, the latter three are majority owners of Lockheed Martin, the largest U.S. defense firm.
These companies have one goal: making money, no matter what—legally or illegally, no matter the cost to public health, well-being, or even survival. In fact, the most favorable scenario to them is wartime, as shown by the soaring profits coming from U.S. expenditures on weapons provided to the Kiev regime during the conflict in Ukraine.
These are the institutional forces Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is bravely facing down. President John F. Kennedy launched a similar campaign when he sought to restore New Deal principles for a strong national economy, including low interest rates and national investments for improving productivity.
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., has an able backer in former Congressman Dennis Kucinich, his campaign manager. Kucinich won a rare victory against big finance when he rescued Cleveland’s municipal electric utility from their grip while mayor decades ago. He wrote of this real-life drama in his recent book, Division of Light and Power.
While in Congress, Kucinich authored the most important monetary reform legislation of the last century in his NEED Act, proposed in 2011 before he was gerrymandered out of office. This legislation, which I’ll explain shortly, stands ready to become part of Kennedy’s platform when the time comes.
Let me offer some personal information. After 32 years of federal government service as an analyst for several civilian agencies, including the Carter White House, NASA, and the U.S. Treasury Department, I retired and began to publish books and articles on public policy issues.
One of my books was We Hold These Truths: The Hope of Monetary Reform. Based on a deep study of our monetary system going back to colonial days, I documented how the authority reserved to Congress by our Constitution to create and control money had been usurped by the private bankers. This unconstitutional usurpation of power culminated in the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.
The banks from the beginning of our republic operated as a force outside control of the government. They had usurped the power to create money “out of thin air” by the practice of “fractional reserve banking.” This meant lending far in excess of value held in reserve as cash or precious metals. The banks then lent its printed paper at usurious rates of interest to anyone they thought could repay at a profit to them. Much of this power of lending went into land, stock market, and currency speculation that crashed markets and led to periodic “panics” that continue today. These took place when the banks’ depositors tried to withdraw their money from the banks’ empty vaults. Waves of individual and business bankruptcies and foreclosures were the result.
The biggest “panic” was the Great Depression—at least until the Great Recession of 2008-2009. Today, with a public debt of $33.1 trillion, all derived from government borrowing through the banking system, we again face a national disaster. The disaster will be even worse than 2008-2009, as the government’s ability to extract purchase of Treasury bonds from foreigners, who must use the dollar as a reserve currency, declines in the face of de-dollarization due to BRICS.
So what is the solution?
Let me take you back to when I first began to study monetary reform when I worked in the Carter White House under Esther Peterson, whom some of you senior citizens might remember as Carter’s renowned special assistant for consumer affairs.
Back then, as Democrats, we all still worked under the diminishing influence of Keynesian economics. We were feeling the pressure of what became “supply-side economics,” which was essentially to privatize all public functions, including utilities, and leave it to the private sector to sort out issues of economic equity, which we knew would never happen.
I then discovered that back in the 1920s and 1930s there was a notable alternative to the theories propounded by Keynes. This was the National Dividend proposals put forth by British engineer C.H. Douglas. While in 1936, Keynes published his famous The General Theory of Employment, Interest, and Money, Douglas had published the first edition of his book Economic Democracy in 1920.
The banks were enamored of Keynes, because the massive government bond issues he favored would always result in bank profits. And the government bond issues could be used to augment the reserve base for bank lending. To the bankers, it’s always the more debt the better, regardless of the source.

At one time, the world’s reserve currency was the British pound. After World War II it was the U.S. dollar, an outcome brought about at Bretton Woods in 1944 that later manifested as the “petrodollar” after the international gold standard was dropped in 1971.
Then, if other means failed, a nation would attempt to enforce its requirement for a net inflow of cash, or purchasing power, by means of coercion, possibly leading to war. From this point of view, Douglas had explained the inevitable financial imperative of the British, and later, the American Empire. He had in fact explained the driving force for World Wars I and II, where Great Britain had fought to the death against Germany for commercial motives.
Finally, still facing an insufficiency of purchasing power, a nation would attempt to fill the gap by bank lending, using the fractional reserve system to create the purchasing power through book entries subject to future liquidation upon repayment. Of course, the banking system would skim a large proportion of lending off the top by means of usury; i.e., compound interest. The banking system therefore works to make a bad situation much worse and eventually empties a nation of its purchasing power. This is where the U.S. finds itself today. Increasingly, individuals and families can only pay their bills by running up ever-increasing credit card debt.
It is obvious from this description why the modern economic system, overseen in particular first by Britain, and then the U.S., was doomed to crash periodically. Such events, disastrous to society at large, were accompanied by a constant state of warfare among nations and individuals through Thomas Hobbes “war of each against all.”
Why had no one seen and understood any of this? The answer is that many people have. But today’s failed economic system works to the advantage of so many powerful people, starting with the financiers, but also including the military-industrial complex, the political class who get rich from war, and organized crime. Thus systemic change has proven impossible to bring about.
But how should the gap between production and income be filled, if not through ruinous international competition, warfare, and lending? Douglas pointed out that viewed positively, the gap can be seen as a celebration of society’s prowess in creating useful things for all people. But people have to be issued the money to fill the gap, either as what Douglas called a “National Dividend,” or by price subsidies, what he called a “Compensated Price,” both provided by the central government.
A complementary approach would be for the government to cease borrowing to meet its obligations by what today is called “direct payment.” Thus money would be issued by the government and distributed exactly as the U.S. printed and issued Greenbacks during and after the American Civil War.
The money would be spent into existence against a dividend account created neither by taxes nor government borrowing. The money would be a true, legitimate fiat currency backed by the productive capacity of the nation’s physical plant. Every nation could do the same. International trade would take place not as a predatory act, but among equal trading partners.
The most effective means of direct payment would be to build infrastructure, where the federal government would take charge of creating the physical underpinnings of the economy by direct funding of roads, bridges, the electrical grid, clean air and water, internet services, and the working system of public transportation that we lack today. The work, of course, would be done by the private sector with employees receiving a respectable living wage.
Back now to my personal story…After President Carter succumbed to the “Reagan Revolution” in the 1980 election and after Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker devastated the U.S. producing economy with 20 percent interest rates in the 1979-1982 recession, I gradually learned of the long history of the takeover of the U.S. financial system by the banks. I developed and taught courses on this history to my colleagues. Along the way, I came to know Stephen Zarlenga (1941-2017), the most important monetary reformer in modern history.
Zarlenga had concluded that our financial system based on private control of banking and the creation of credit through fractional reserve lending showed a total misunderstanding of the nature of money and that the real beneficiaries of this misunderstanding are the financiers. In 1996, Zarlenga founded the American Monetary Institute as a vehicle for his research. In 2002 he published his magnum opus: The Lost Science of Money: The Mythology of Money, The Story of Power, a 756-page masterpiece.

In 2005, Zarlenga and I began to work with Congressman Kucinich. We had just finished writing a draft of the American Monetary Act to embody the principles of monetary reform.
Congressman Kucinich then decided to turn our draft into congressional legislation, to be titled the National Emergency Employment Defense—NEED—Act, filed with Congress in 2011. It was and remains the most important piece of monetary legislation since the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 and the most comprehensive piece of monetary reform legislation in US history. It was later adopted as part of the platform of the Green Party. While space prevents reprinting here, it can easily be read in one sitting.
More than any other reform, the NEED Act would return the US to its founding principles. It would create a sustainable financial system whereby the US would no longer have to ransack other nations and our own population to keep its privately-owned financial system afloat. When reviewing the NEED Act, we should bear in mind the following:
The NEED Act would abolish the Federal Reserve System and replace it with a Monetary Authority within the U.S. Department of Treasury. The Monetary Authority would serve as a depository for federal funds and a point of origin for direct issuance of US currency.
The NEED Act would restore to constitutional government the sovereign power to create money. The private banking system could only lend money beyond its deposit base by borrowing it first from the Monetary Authority according to established guidelines. Bank issuances would also be in US currency.

DARPA Neurologist and Chief of the Neuroethics Studies Program at Georgetown University, Washington DC, Dr. James Giordano, who is also a weapons expert, started his presentation at West Point NY Military Academy by saying, “The brain is and will be the 21st Century battlefield. End of story.”
Dr. Giordano talks about how Directed Energy can be and is being weaponized. Individuals’ brains can be targeted by microwaves, the type of 5G and soon to come 6G, of which you see antennas growing like mushrooms all over the word.
They tell you, it is to make your internet, and ever more sophisticated computers and smart phones faster, with more outreach capacity – and to help advance digitization.
This may all be true to some extent, but the real reason behind these microwave towers is to target YOU, the individual.
Why? From other sources we know that the Fourth Industrial Revolution is in full implementation.
Klaus Schwab, eternal CEO of the World Economic Forum (WEF), published his book, “Shaping the Fourth Industrial Revolution”, already in 2018.
In it he writes about such significant topics as Embedding Values in Technologies; The Internet of Things; Data Ethics; Artificial Intelligence and Robotics; and a special chapter on “Altering the Human Being”.
In this chapter, Schwab addresses biotechnologies, and neurotechnologies, transhumanism – precisely the science that Dr. Giordano was talking about in 2018 at the West Point Military Academy, and which is in full implementation.
If we connect the dots, we realize that the “Brain as the Battlefield of the Future” is NOW and that we were warned way ahead. According to Dr. Giordano, the science of neurotechnologies has started some 40 years ago and he, Giordano, has been part of it for at least 35 years. Therefore, warnings have been all over the place, at the latest by Klaus Schwab’s “Fourth Industrial Revolution” (available from Amazon).
The Death Cult has again given people warnings, according to its “rules” – way ahead of time, so, They may be successful.
Why is it, that we never take note of such warnings?
Because we do not believe in so much built-in evil in humanity? Or, because we do not want to leave our “comfort zone”, our dystopian view of a “safe world”? They know it. And we MUST break that boundary between comfort and reality. If not, we are doomed.
“If you are targeted there is virtually nothing you can do,” says William Binney, ex-NSA Technical Director and whistleblower. The NSA is the US National Security Agency, one of 15 US Intelligence Agencies.
If you want a lead-demonstrator to stop demonstrating, you target his brain with ultra-shortwaves.
We by now know them as 5G. You make them depressed, so they do not want to demonstrate anymore; you make them suicidal and the problem is resolved. You do this as many times as you want and create an ambiance of depression. These are paraphrased words of Barry Trower, ex-MI5 Microwave scientist and whistleblower.
Mr. Trower adds, that low-level micro-waves can cause all sorts of cancers and leukemias and further elaborates that for the past 40 years or so the UK Government, plus basically all the Anglosaxon governments, have been lying to their people, to protect not only the high-flying profits of these “industries of death”, but perhaps more importantly for not divulging the evil objective of total surveillance and enslavement that they have planned.
Today, we gradually see what this “plan” entails.
Through “Electronic Telepathy”, Trower adds, we are able to monitor the brain. If at one point, technology foresaw that tiny, hardly visible chip-implants were necessary in the brain to be able to electronically access individuals’ thinking – hence the highly magnetic graphene oxide in many of the covid vaxx-injections – this may no longer be necessary.
In other words, we are all vulnerable – vaxxed or unvaxxed – to mind interference through the worldwide coverage of 5G shortwaves. And the worst is, we may not even notice when it “hits” us.
Mind manipulations may take many forms. One of them is that people physically hear voices – it is not that people are imagining voices, but they can physically hear voices… it can be anything, anything you want to hear, or you are scared to hear, angelic voices or diabolical voices; to repeat the words of neuroscientists.
This technology may have been applied to the US Embassy personnel in Havana, first reported by US and Canadian Embassy staff in Havana, Cuba. The so-called Havana Syndrome, of 2016. This may be a cluster of idiopathic symptoms experienced mostly abroad by U.S. government officials and military personnel. The symptoms range in severity from pain and ringing in the ears to cognitive dysfunction.
The Havana Syndrome has apparently now also been reported by US Embassy staff in China.
DARPA let a couple of contracts in 2011 / 2012 with the University of California for what is called “electronic telepathy”, to be able to monitor the brains of people at distance and to determine what they are thinking.
Under a separate contract the university was to investigate sending in signals to the brain of a person, literally sending them messages saying what they must think – and do. This is where the technology is today.
This could be used in your private life, as well as your professional life. It means, already today, they could make you do and behave as whatever they would like. They could make you a murderer, a cheater or just simply obedient to orders that may follow.
To repeat: “What you must know is that the brain is and will be the 21st Century’s battlefield”, says Dr. James Giordano, DARPA neurologist, during his talk at the Modern War Institute at West Point NY.
It is important to remember, especially since we should pay more attention to our surroundings, to people’s behavior, than what we are used to. We may deduct many lessons. So, that we may continue and expanding the field of connecting the dots.

The technology could be used to prompt you to commit mass murder. Are some of the “sudden and unexpected” school and shopping mall mass shootings are triggered by such mechanisms?
This is a distinct possibility, because in most cases the shooter is not apprehended and brought to justice, but immediately killed on the scene by the police, lest he might recall what happened to him and divulge the secret in court, the NSID use of the brain as a battlefield. In most cases the police simply say the “culprit” was know to the police, and / or had already a police record. This is to disguise you from thinking further.
Why are they doing it? They, being the “monsters”, which cannot easily be called humans.
To create terror, constant fear, to keep you on your toes. To get you used to terror and violence, as worse, much worse is to come, if they have their way. And we just comply, become depressed and passive, instead of rebelling in unison and Peace, but strongly rejecting the dominion of a few over us, the many.
Curiously, the Fourth Industrial Revolution does not give one single valid reason why all digitization, transhumanism, total control of humanity is good for humanity and for Mother Earth; nor does the Great Reset, nor does UN Agenda 2030.
We must stop this abuse of humanity, the human enslavement for the benefit of a few. For example, we can do so, among other actions, by collectively and in solidarity disabling the 5G / 6G antennas; by staying away as much as possible from vaxxes, from medication altering your brain activities, like causing depression, and extreme cheerfulness. Stay away from mainstream medication and especially from short-wave antennas.
Remember, scared people are easier manipulated. And that is one of the end goals, to manipulate you according to their will.
The DARPA expert, Giordano, who is also a prominent scientist in the US Health and Human Service Department – that speaks for itself – also talks about non-invasive technologies, such as the so-called “N3 Program”, the neurosurgical, neuromodulation and narcotics program.
“The idea is to put minimal size electrodes in your brain, for only minimal intervention to be able to read and write into the brain function. In real time. Remotely….. influencing in ways that are kinetic and non-kinetic the attitudes, believes, thoughts, emotions, activities; look at the power and tools that brain sciences afford.”
This was the level of science in 2018, when Dr. Giordano gave his infamous speech at West Point. In the meantime, neuroscience has leaped forward, so that implants are no longer necessary.
Ex-MI5 Microwave scientist, Barry Tower, explains how they destroy a targeted individual. He says,
“If you want to cause a specific psychiatric illness, you would have the microwave beam always target a specific gland, or a specific part of the brain, or an eye, or a heart…” And there is nothing you can do. “If that doesn’t work, they can always send the FBI, take a photo, and then take you out in other ways.”
Intelligence communities, even those within governments, with the help of their algorithm-assisted surveillance tools, become so powerful that they escape the boundaries of the state for which they are working, become independent, and control the state that should control them.
We are moving in warp speed towards a Nazi-Stasi State which we see coming, but are incapable of doing anything against it, because we are not connected with each other, we are kept apart as individuals, with our little individual advantages and special treats – keeping us on individual leashes, purposefully away from uniting with others.
“Stasi” – for those, too young to remember, is a colloquial term to describe the East-German Ministry of State Security.
This affects not only the United States, but countries all around the world, especially the western world, which is still intent to remain THE Empire, emerging into a One World Order (OWO).
This can happen only with (i) a massively reduced population, to reduce resistance; (ii) with a scared-to-death population; and eventually, (iii) with the survivors transformed into easily manipulable transhumans.

On Saturday evening, Donald Trump gave a strong signal of what his second term would be like, writing on Truth Social: “I will not be inviting former Ambassador Nikki Haley, or former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, to join the Trump Administration, which is currently in formation. I very much enjoyed and appreciated working with them previously, and would like to thank them for their service to our Country. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” This was an unusual move that many ascribed to Trump’s personal pique against both, but there was more to it than that.
The New York Post reported Saturday that “since winning Tuesday’s election in a landslide victory against Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris, Trump and his team have been working behind closed doors at Mar-a-Lago to staff the 47th president’s administration, with loyalty the primary job requirement.” Neither Haley nor Pompeo has been even close to loyal to Trump, and so that may be all there is to the kiss-off they got from the once and future president on Saturday, but the gulf between the incoming commander-in-chief and these two establishment Republicans is wider than a matter of personal loyalty.
As recently as Oct. 29, Haley, despite professing her support for Trump, criticized his campaign for being “overly masculine.” According to the Daily Beast, “Haley not only said that the bashing of Puerto Rico that occurred at Trump’s rally over the weekend was problematic, but that the campaign also ‘needs to look at how they are talking about women.’”
The “bashing of Puerto Rico” was a major Harris campaign talking point in the waning days of the campaign, as leftists once again proved that they were humorless prigs who couldn’t take even the mildest jest. Why was Haley repeating, endorsing, and amplifying a claim that the Harris campaign was using as a weapon against the candidate she supposedly supported?
Haley added: “This bromance and this masculinity stuff—it borders on edgy to the point that it’s going to make women uncomfortable. You’ve got affiliated PACs that are doing commercials about calling Kamala [Harris] the c-word, or you had speakers at Madison Square Garden referring to her and her ‘pimps.’ That is not the way to win women. That is not the way to win people who are concerned about Trump’s style.” What? Where were commercials running calling Harris “the c-word”? If such a thing existed, what network would even have run it? In any case, Trump has made clear his rejection of trans madness and the left’s related insanities. Why should he bring on board someone who shares the left’s hatred of masculinity?
That wasn’t the first time that Haley had repeated Democrat talking points. Politico reported in Aug. 2020 that Haley had claimed in her memoir to have been “deeply disturbed” when Trump said that there were “very fine people” on both sides of the Charlottesville protest, and still stood by her statements. Old Joe Biden, of course, made the lie that Trump had called National Socialists “fine people” a cornerstone of his 2020 campaign, and repeated this frequently throughout his presidency. Yet Trump in the same remarks in which he said that there had been “fine people” at the Charlottesville rally, also said: “I’ve condemned neo-Nazis. I’ve condemned many different groups. But not all of those people were neo-Nazis, believe me. Not all of those people were white supremacists by any stretch.”
Thus the claim that he called Nazis “fine people” was always false, and Haley should have known that. Her tendency to endorse leftist claims without hesitation or due consideration places her in precisely the group Trump is signaling he wants to avoid this time around: Republicans who allow Democrats to set the agenda and even dictate the rules of the game, and simply raise minor objections here and there if they aren’t just rubber-stamping the whole leftist program.
