Sputniknes.com reports:

The city of Aleppo is “dying” according to United Nations officials after a fierce wave of bombing last night by the Syrian Army in an attempt to break the stalemate in what once was the economic capital of the country but is now left to rubble after years of combat between the Assad government and rebels.

The putrid fruit of capitalism/democracy! How much longer is the world going to contend with this disease? If they had any sense, they’d nuke us out of existence this very minute!

    • Capitalism is on it’s deathbed, sojourner, if for no other reason than the world is running out of cheap energy. If it weren’t for cheap fossil fuels, this extreme level of global brutality and and exploitation would never have been possible. And cheap fossil fuels are steadily running out.

  2. The UN. may as well close up shop because all that entity does is contend that the U.S. is guilty, time after time of human rights violations and then….nothing. The UN made the same statement when it found that the U.S. was violating the human right to water by virtue of mass water shut-offs in Detroit, MI, and what came of that? Again…nothing! The UN also condemned this shithole for the plight of the Indians and what did that accomplish for the Indians? Nothing! If nations refuse to do anything beyond noting human rights violations or abuses perpetrated by the shithole called ‘AmeriKKKa’, then what’s the point of the UN? There is none!

  3. Excellent points, Shelby. From everything I’ve seen the sole purpose of the UN has been to facilitate the expansion of US corporate hegemony over the third world.
