Death of 12-Year-Old Boy in France Following HPV Vaccination Triggers Probe Into Gardasil Safety and School Vaccine Campaigns

By  Michael Nevradakis, Ph.D.

French prosecutors have launched an investigation into the death of a 12-year-old boy who collapsed minutes after receiving Gardasil’s human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine in a school setting and subsequently died of head trauma, according to French media.

The boy, referred to in news reports as Elouan, studied at Saint-Dominique College, a private school in Saint-Herblain, near Nantes. According to Agence France-Presse (AFP), he felt “malaise” 15 minutes after vaccination and sustained a “heavy fall.”

French newspaper Le Monde reported that the vaccination occurred on Oct. 19 as part of a nationwide campaign prompting HPV vaccines in French schools for students 11-14 years old.

Following his injury, Elouan was taken to Nantes University Hospital, but his condition deteriorated and he died on Oct. 27.

Le Monde, quoting the Regional Health Authority of Pays de la Loire (ARS), reported that Elouan “fell heavily to the floor,” with the back of his head striking the “hard surface” in the room where the vaccination took place.

In an Oct. 30 press release cited by Ouest France, ARS said, “Despite the intervention” of the nurses present, Elouan’s “condition deteriorated in the following days in relation to the severity of his head trauma.”

The Nantes public prosecutor’s office opened a preliminary investigation for involuntary manslaughter in Elouan’s death. According to Le Monde, prosecutor Renaud Gaudeul seeks to “determine whether the medical treatment of this minor — before, during and after the injection — was carried out according to the rules of the art.”

Gaudeul told Ouest France, “We want to understand how a young boy could have died in these circumstances.” No complaint has yet been filed by the victim’s parents, Ouest France reported.

In its press release, ARS ruled out any connection between the HPV vaccine and Elouan’s collapse, claiming instead, “This type of malaise can occur due to stress caused by vaccination but is unrelated to the vaccine product or to a quality defect in the vaccine.”

Nevertheless, the agency ordered an administrative investigation “to establish the conditions for carrying out vaccination and its medical supervision … as well as the conditions for medical care of the child.”

French Minister of Health Aurélien Rousseau also addressed the incident, telling the French National Assembly the “malaise” Elouan suffered was “the main adverse effect of any form of vaccination” and had “no link with the injected product.”

“Everything will obviously be examined and made public,” Rousseau said. “As I speak to you, approximately 20,000 doses have been injected. This is the only serious, tragic adverse event that we have had to experience.”

Jean-Jacques Bourguignon’s 15-year-old daughter, Marie-Océane, was injured after receiving Gardasil in 2010. He told The Defender that, contrary to Rousseau’s claims, the French government has ignored reports of adverse events. Having “written several times to our presidents and ministers of health,” he said, “nothing happens.”

French science journalist and writer Xavier Bazin, author of “Big Pharma démasqué!” and “Antivax toi-même!” wrote on his website that French health authorities were repeating “a fable” by the World Health Organization (WHO) that post-vaccination syncope is “psychological.”

Autopsy attributes Elouan’s death to fall, not vaccination

According to AFP, the vaccination program was suspended in Loire-Atlantique on Oct. 20 but was slated to resume Nov. 6.

[…]

On vaccination days, she said, mobile teams visit the school in question. A doctor’s presence is recommended, but not mandatory, she said.

Both parents must give their consent prior to the vaccination and other vaccines, such as measles, mumps and rubella, or MMR, are also offered to students who are not “up to date” with their vaccination schedule, Elin said.

AFP reported that the vaccination campaign launched at the beginning of October “could suffer” in the face of widespread opposition.

For instance, in an Oct. 26 press release shared with The Defender, Philippe Delorme, general secretary of the Organization of Catholic Education, recommended pausing the HPV vaccination campaign in French Catholic schools.

Speaking to Le Monde, Delorme said Elouan’s death is “a terrible tragedy, an absolute tragedy,” adding that he is “in shock … like the entire educational community.”

Yet, according to Didier Lambert, president of the Mutual Aid Association for Macrophage Myofascitis Sufferers (E3M), “The vaccination campaign has not been suspended. Delorme has advised this suspension, but each school does as it wishes.”

In an interview with Nexus, Lambert said E3M “filed a request to investigate the presence of aluminum and/or HPV DNA in [Elouan’s] brain,” and that E3M had been asking “for a moratorium on HPV vaccination in middle schools for several months.”

Lambert told The Defender his organization also “sent an email to the public prosecutor, requesting that the autopsy include a search for the aluminic adjuvant and HPV DNA fragments,” but has not received a response.

[…]

She said to her knowledge, Elouan had no known prior medical history that would indicate risk, a point that has “not been brought up in the media either.”

Syncope a known side effect of Gardasil

Experts who spoke with The Defender highlighted the risks of the HPV vaccine.

Kim Mack Rosenberg, acting general counsel for Children’s Health Defense and co-author of “The HPV Vaccine On Trial: Seeking Justice For A Generation Betrayed,” told The Defender that “Gardasil is one of the most, if not the most reported vaccines to the U.S. Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).”

Michael L. Baum, an attorney with California law firm Wisner Baum, told The Defender the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) “has paid more than $70 million in damages and awards to children injured by Gardasil.” Baum cited “a growing body of research outlining the risks” associated with the Gardasil HPV vaccine.

According to Rosenberg, the Gardasil vaccine is associated with “autoimmune diseases and disorders, dysautonomia, neurological disorders, reproductive disorders and more.”

Other risks associated with the vaccine include chronic fatigue and chronic pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, Guillain-Barré syndrome, immune thrombocytopenia, lupus, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, small fiber neuropathy and death.

Syncope is another possible adverse event. “It is clear to me that this boy suffered syncope-type symptoms,” said Baum, who cited a 2017 study published in Drug Safety.

Syncope is one of the few “‘table’ injuries — which are presumed caused by a vaccine,” and recognized by the VICP “if it occurs within an hour of receiving a Gardasil vaccine,” Rosenberg said. She said the descriptions in the French press suggest Elouan experienced syncope.

The Postlicensure Safety Surveillance report authored in 2009 by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and published in JAMA, said there were 3 times more adverse events reported for Gardasil than all other vaccines combined, including “disproportional reporting of syncope and venous thromboembolic events.”

Rosenberg also pointed out that no study has yet proven that HPV vaccines prevent cervical cancer. Moreover, the vaccine’s clinical trials were not designed to determine this, and the post-marketing studies “do not support that claim either.”

Emily Tarsell, whose 21-year-old daughter, Christina, died in 2008, 18 days after receiving her third dose of the Gardasil vaccine, told The Defender, “The CDC and FDA never investigated why, according to even their own data, there is disproportional reporting of syncope and thromboembolic events.”

Bazin said that French parents were not informed, in documents provided to them accompanying their children’s vaccination, that syncope was a common adverse event.

[…]

On his website, Bazin also noted that “death is one of the recognized side effects listed on the U.S. package insert for the Gardasil vaccine.”

Official account of Elouan’s death ‘a story, highly dubious in some respects’

French authorities’ claims that Elouan died because of vaccination-related stress or due to a fear of needles were also dismissed by experts who spoke with The Defender.

“We are not convinced by this argument of syncope of psychosomatic origin, nor by the fact that death is necessarily attributable to head trauma,” Lambert told Nexus.

Tarsell said, “It’s not credible or science-based to say that fear of needles causes death in a healthy child.”

Bazin called the authorities’ official account “a ‘story,’ highly dubious in some respects,” adding that “even if true, it shows how inadequate the vaccination setup is in schools.”

[…]

“In the event of fainting, it’s vital to distinguish between vagal malaise and anaphylactic shock — bearing in mind that anaphylactic shock can also occur within 15 minutes of the injection, in the event of allergy to one of the vaccine’s components,” Bazin wrote.

“These precautions tend to fall by the wayside when it’s decided to ‘make the numbers’ by massively vaccinating in schools,” he said, likening the situation to an “assembly line.”

“The fact that they didn’t lie the boy down when he said he didn’t feel well after vaccination is a great mistake,” Bazin told The Defender. “That alone shows, in my opinion, that you should not vaccinate in schools.”

On Nov. 14, France’s National Medicines Agency issued new recommendations regarding school vaccinations, requiring students who have just been vaccinated to “remain lying down (on floor mats or blankets) or sitting on the ground, with their backs against a wall, in a clear space.”

According to French newspaper La Depeche, the new recommendations are a direct response to Elouan’s death, and aim “to prevent such a tragedy from happening again.”

For the Union for the Prevention and Management of Health Crises (UPGCS) though, this is not enough. In a Nov. 20 press release, UPGCS said the new recommendations “sound like an admission: the campaign that was organized in secondary schools seems to be lacking the most elementary safety measures.”

UPGCS called for the immediate suspension of the HPV school vaccination campaign, “for the safety and physical integrity of all children in France,” in a “référé liberté” (akin to a request for an emergency injunction) filed with the Nantes Administrative Court by the organization and three parents.

Experts question push to vaccinate teenage boys for HPV

Some experts also questioned the necessity of giving the HPV vaccine to teenage boys.

“The chances of a teenage boy contracting any of the cancers, including head and neck, anal and penile, associated with HPV is exceedingly rare,” Rosenberg said. “These are cancers generally diagnosed in people over the age of 60.”

“To give it to teenage boys to protect their current or future female partners from cervical or other cancers doesn’t hold water,” she added, noting that “the median age for cervical cancer diagnosis in the U.S. is 50 years old.”

According to Baum, it can take decades for a persistent HPV infection to proceed to the development of cervical or anal cancer.

“The median age of death from cervical cancer is 58, and death from anal cancer is 66,” Baum said. “Teenagers essentially have zero risk of dying from cervical or anal cancer.”

[…]

France resumes school HPV vaccination program ‘as if nothing happened’

Despite a campaign by French parents and activists in September which, according to Elin, resulted in at least four Catholic schools withdrawing from the HPV school vaccination campaign, the program has resumed nationwide “as if nothing happened,” Bazin said, characterizing this as “infuriating.”

40% of IVF Treatments Are Unnecessary

ivf treatment

Dr Mercola

Story at-a-glance

  • One scientist believes up to 40% of in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures may be unnecessary if a woman’s low progesterone levels are treated. In response to her own struggle with miscarriages, Amy Galliher-Beckley, Ph.D., designed a urine test for progesterone metabolites she believes will help women avoid IVF
  • Progesterone and estrogen are two important hormones that affect a woman’s ability to get pregnant and support a pregnancy. Beckley found she could conduct a simple urine test to evaluate the presence of progesterone metabolites, necessary to develop a healthy uterine lining
  • When there isn’t enough progesterone produced and secreted the condition is called Luteal Phase Defect, which affects the menstrual cycle after ovulation and until pregnancy or menstruation. Progesterone may be affected by anorexia, obesity, polycystic ovary syndrome and high levels of exercise
  • Factors over which a woman has control include smoking, eating well and avoiding excessive alcohol. One factor affecting fertility over which a woman does not have control is sperm count, which has declined by up to 60% in North America since 1973

Your entire body takes direction from your hormones. Hormones are secreted by your endocrine system and are responsible for telling your organs what to do and when to do it.1 They are essentially chemical messengers that travel throughout your bloodstream, working slowly over time to affect processes like growth and development, metabolism and reproduction.

Sometimes, these chemical messengers may get out of balance, and this leads to chronic disorders such as Type 2 diabetes, weak bones and infertility.2 Hormones may be secreted by your adrenal glands, endocrine-related organs, hypothalamus, sex glands and other organs.3

Progesterone is important to fertility and supporting a pregnancy. It’s a steroid hormone secreted by the corpus luteum and then by the placenta if you become pregnant.4 In some cases, when couples suffer from infertility, they choose in vitro fertilization (IVF).

This is a complex series of procedures in which eggs are retrieved from the ovaries, fertilized by sperm in a lab and then transferred into the uterus.5 One full cycle can take up to three weeks6 and cost $12,000.7 In response to her struggles with infertility, Amy Galliher-Beckley, Ph.D.,8 co-founded MFB Fertility and the progesterone test Proov.9

The Estrogen and Progesterone Relationship

Each of your bodily systems maintains a balance to help you maintain optimal health. Your reproductive system is no different. For a woman, there are several hormones affecting a complex system to mature an egg follicle and release an egg where it travels to the uterus. If fertilized, the egg must implant into the uterus, called the endometrium, where it begins to develop into a baby.

These events are controlled by hormones secreted from several sources in the body. The ovaries produce the eggs and are the main source of estrogen. The adrenal glands sit on top of each kidney and also make a small amount. Estrogen plays a role in physical changes during puberty; it also controls the menstrual cycle, protects bone health and affects your mood.10

The second hormone essential to fertility is progesterone, a steroid hormone that is first secreted by the corpus luteum. After the egg is released, the corpus luteum is left attached to the ovary, which functions as a temporary gland.11 These two hormones are controlled by the release of other hormones.

During the menstrual cycle gonadotropin-releasing hormone is secreted from the hypothalamus, triggering the secretion of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) from the pituitary gland.12 This begins follicle development and triggers a rise in estrogen.

Luteinizing hormone (LH), also secreted by the pituitary gland, supports the maturation of the follicle and a trigger to cause the egg to be released. When estrogen levels get sufficiently high it signals a sudden release of LH, around mid-cycle, which triggers a set of events that ultimately release the mature egg from the follicle.13

Once released, the empty follicle becomes the corpus luteum, which produces progesterone. The release of progesterone triggers the uterus to develop a highly vascularized bed suitable for implantation of a fertilized egg.

Without fertilization, the corpus luteum begins to degenerate, the secretion of progesterone drops off and menstruation occurs. If pregnancy occurs then the corpus luteum produces progesterone for the first 10 weeks until production is taken over by the placenta.14,15

Not About Getting Pregnant, but Staying Pregnant

As Beckley explains in her interview with Forbes magazine,16 her test is not about getting pregnant, but rather staying pregnant. Progesterone not only prepares the uterus for the egg to implant; it also protects the endometrium from degeneration and menstruation. While the body is producing high levels of progesterone during a pregnancy, a second egg will not mature.17

In order to maintain a pregnancy, the corpus luteum must continue to secrete progesterone. This maintains the blood vessels in the endometrium to feed the growing baby. It is in these early weeks that women with low levels of progesterone may have difficulty, both conceiving and developing the right environment for a fertilized egg to grow.

Some women who do get pregnant are at a high risk for miscarriage.18 The test Beckley developed comes with sticks used in much the same way ovulation and pregnancy tests are used. These sticks measure the amount of progesterone metabolites excreted in the urine. To date, this is the first at-home, over-the-counter test used to evaluate a woman’s ability to produce progesterone.19 Beckley explains:20

“Low progesterone is the number one cause of unexplained infertility. Women who go through IVF protocols all are offered progesterone. If you are not going through IVF, most doctors don’t talk about progesterone, they don’t offer progesterone, they don’t test for progesterone. When your progesterone crashes too quickly, it is called a luteal phase defect.”

Luteal Phase Defect Increases Chances of Miscarriage

The luteal phase in a woman’s cycle begins after ovulation and represents the second half of the menstrual cycle. The luteal phase is named after the corpus luteum. Luteal Phase Defect (LPD) results in an abnormal endometrial growth that may not support a pregnancy.21,22

While researchers struggle to identify the underlying dysfunction and efficacy of LPD in supporting fertility, experts report women undergoing IVF always have LPD present.23 LPD is marked with a luteal phase less than 11 days. However, not all physicians believe the condition exists; reliable tests are lacking.24

Beckley developed the Proov urine test to help women identify a reduction in progesterone during their cycle. According to Beckley,25 her test gives women more knowledge about how their body works and provides a foundation for asking their infertility doctors better questions.

The test measures the presence of metabolites in the urine that should increase and remain elevated after ovulation. It may be used to confirm ovulation and confirm levels of progesterone afterward. A single negative test before ovulation followed by a single positive test will confirm ovulation for women trying to get pregnant.26

For women trying to conceive, the test is recommended four days after peak fertility and then for continued testing 10 days past ovulation.27 When questions arise about levels of progesterone to maintain a pregnancy, they recommend testing six days after peak fertility and as needed during the pregnancy since the test should remain positive.

Other Functions of Progesterone

Although LPD has a significant impact on a woman’s ability to carry a pregnancy, it is the subject of debate.28 In some cases, the ovaries release enough progesterone but the uterine lining does not respond.29 LPD has been linked to other health conditions, including:30

Anorexia Endometriosis
High levels of exercise Obesity
Thyroid disorders Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
High levels of prolactinemia (the hormone responsible for breast milk)

In some circumstances, when these conditions are treated, the LPD resolves.31 Later in life, if levels of progesterone decline, a woman’s period may become irregular, heavier and longer,32 increasing her chance of experiencing anemia, depending on the amount and length of her period.33

Variations in hormone levels after menopause may also influence cognition and mood.34 In a study of 643 healthy postmenopausal women, researchers found that while estrogen had little effect on tests of executive function or global cognition, progesterone concentrations were associated with verbal memory. The researchers suggest this positive association merits additional study.

Bioidentical progesterone, also known as micronized progesterone in the oral form, has been successful in helping relieve hot flashes and night sweats during menopause. Dr. Jerilynn Prior from the University of British Columbia Vancouver presented her study at an endocrine society meeting during which she compared the use of progesterone to placebo.35

The study assigned 114 postmenopausal women into one of two groups, a placebo group and another who took 300 mg of micronized oral progesterone daily. To be eligible for the study, the women had to be off hormone therapy for at least six months.36

At the end of the 12-week study, researchers found that the group taking micronized progesterone demonstrated a 56% decrease in a score reflecting the number and intensity of symptoms, while the women taking the placebo reported a 28% decrease.37

Facing Difficulties, Israel Incurs Losses on Land and Sea

By Lucas Leiroz | November 20, 2023

It seems increasingly clear that the conflict in Palestine is not an easy task for Israel. In addition to the difficulties of advancing on the battlefield and the heavy losses that the IDF has suffered during clashes with Palestinian troops, defeats at sea are beginning to occur. Yemeni forces, who previously declared full support for Palestine, captured an important Israeli merchant ship, taking new hostages and improving the Palestinians’ bargaining power in the prisoner exchange negotiation process.

Undoubtedly, Israel is stronger than its adversaries in the current Palestinian war. Tel Aviv is a state with a complex and organized structure, having a regular national army and sufficient strength to defeat armed militias such as Hamas and many other Palestinian armed groups. The problem is that the fighting is not happening symmetrically, and, despite territorial advances, Israel is clearly suffering significant damages, which could generate great difficulties in the near future.

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, frequently announce the neutralization of Israeli soldiers and tanks. Several videos have been published on social media showing Hamas fighters using rockets and grenades against Israeli tanks and instantly disabling them. Confirming what had been predicted by analysts, Israel is having difficulty using its combat vehicles in an urban area full of debris. IDF’s bombings destroyed civilian buildings, making the ground in Gaza difficult terrain for tanks, which end up becoming an easy target for Hamas.

In the same sense, it is important to remember that Israel has not yet managed to enter the Hamas’ tunnels. The IDF claimed that the Palestinian Resistance was using Al Shifa Hospital and other civilian facilities as a human shield. With these excuses, several bombings were carried out against hospitals, but no bunkers were found. In practice, the IDF is unable to find the correct way to reach the enemy’s underground system. So, the bombings against civilians have really no strategic value.

However, the situation is complicated not only on the land battlefield. At sea, things are getting worse for the Zionist state, which is starting to suffer not only military but also commercial losses. On November 19, Yemen’s Houthi armed forces captured a major Israeli merchant ship in the Red Sea. The ship belongs to an Israeli businessman and was being operated by employees of German and Japanese companies on a voyage from Turkey to India.

Commenting on the topic on social media, Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree said that the seizure was a response to the “heinous acts against our Palestinian brothers in Gaza and the West Bank”, adding that “if the international community is concerned about regional security and stability, rather than expanding the conflict, it should put an end to Israel’s aggression against Gaza”.

A number of 25 people were reported taken prisoner by the Houthis. None of the crew are believed to be Israeli citizens, which makes the case even more complicated. By capturing an Israeli vessel with foreign crew, the Houthis create a situation of diplomatic instability for Tel Aviv. Countries whose citizens have been captured will demand a quick and safe rescue operation, but this is almost impossible to be achieved by military means. Therefore, the bargaining power of the Palestinians is increased. To avoid a diplomatic crisis with the possible death of foreigners in a naval operation, Israel will have to agree to release Palestinian prisoners, withdraw militarily or meet any other request from the Yemenis.

All these factors lead Israel to diplomatically and militarily difficult circumstances. The IDF has to face long military attrition, heavy losses and, in parallel, Tel Aviv has great diplomatic and political instability. The Netanyahu government is the most harmed by this crisis as any of its actions turn against it. If Netanyahu increases attacks, he is criticized for human rights violations and fomenting war. If he reduces the intensity of the fighting, opponents call him a weak leader and incapable of achieving Israel’s objectives.

In parallel to all this, the chances of the conflict reaching an international level raise day by day. Recently, Hezbollah published a video on its social media with the message “We are coming”. This has generated expectations that the Lebanese militia’s troops will begin a full-scale attack soon. The group has been a de facto participant in the conflict since the beginning, using artillery and drones to destroy Israeli military and intelligence infrastructure on the border with Lebanon. Considering the massive military power of Hezbollah – apparently the largest non-state armed group in the world – the beginning of a land incursion would greatly harm Israeli plans.

Is Kiev Regime’s Military Falling Apart?

Drago Bosnic

Anyone following the conflict in Ukraine knows that the Kiev regime has been going through an unraveling of sorts since the very beginning of the special military operation (SMO). This is particularly true for its military which has been sending hundreds of thousands of forcibly conscripted Ukrainians to certain death (or life-altering injuries). The result has been that many soldiers simply lost any feeling of belonging to the state, with some even joining the Russian military to fight the Neo-Nazi junta. However, in recent weeks, the unraveling of the Kiev regime forces has accelerated exponentially, particularly as the United States, their main backer, is shifting its attention to the Middle East. Finally realizing it can’t defeat Moscow, Washington DC is looking for “more manageable” enemies elsewhere.

Many in Ukraine realize that they will soon be left to fend for themselves and are looking for ways to survive the best they can. This includes an ever-increasing number of high-ranking officers who are now being shunned by the Neo-Nazi junta as its frontman Volodymyr Zelensky is escalating his conflict with General Valery Zaluzhny. Their long-standing spat worsened after Zaluzhny’s aide was killed on November 6. A week later, local media reported that Zelensky pushed it further after his Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced that he’s preparing requests to dismiss Medical Forces commander Tetiana Ostashchenko, commander of southern Tavria Group Oleksandr Tarnavskyi and Joint Forces commander Serhii Naiev. Additional details for their possible dismissal are yet to be announced by the Defense Ministry.

Zelensky’s attempts to hold his grip on power aren’t only limited to the military, but extend to all aspects of the Kiev regime.

On November 17, he fired Oleksandr Tarasovsky, the deputy head of Foreign Intelligence Service (SZRU), after the latter complained about being spied on by his colleagues. All this is contributing to the general atmosphere of distrust and escalating factionalism. In turn, this is affecting cohesion elsewhere, particularly in the military, whose high-ranking officers are increasingly alienated by Zelensky and his entourage. On the night of November 18, this even resulted in one high-ranking pilot defecting to Russia. According to various military sources, the defection was organized by Russian intelligence services. More details are yet to be revealed, but it seems that the Ukrainian pilot is a senior officer.

Local sources are even claiming that he’s a wing commander who remained loyal to the Russian side since the very beginning of the SMO and even kept providing vital information to Moscow. The intelligence operation was revealed by Kirill Fedorov, a prominent Russian military blogger, and a Ka-52 “Alligator” pilot known only by his call sign “Voevoda”. Apparently, “Voevoda” actively took part in organizing the defection. Although the information is yet to be publicly released, the Ukrainian pilot reportedly flew to Russia in his Soviet-era Su-27 fighter jet. Moscow’s intelligence services are working with the pilot and reports indicate that he might disclose information about the location of several key airfields currently used by the Neo-Nazi junta forces, as well as their capacities and facilities, logistics, protective and other equipment, etc.

The acquired intelligence will help the Russian military to better understand the command structure of various branches within the Kiev regime forces, including the equipment they use, but perhaps most importantly, who exactly is giving the orders.

The development comes amid the disastrous end of the much-touted counteroffensive against the Russian military. Expectedly, the operation was a debacle and has resulted in tens of thousands of KIA/WIA/MIA (killed/wounded/missing in action), as well as mass surrender on several occasions. As previously mentioned, a significant number of Ukrainian POWs (prisoners of war) even joined the Russian military in order to get rid of NATO puppets in Kiev, despite having the much easier (and also far safer) option of officially remaining POWs for the remainder of the SMO.

At the same time, the political West keeps diverting its attention and resources to the Middle East. This includes the sending of mercenaries fighting for the Neo-Nazi junta to other hotspots. Combat aviation is particularly affected, as it’s rapidly losing pilots and aircraft, both of which are not only increasingly scarce, but also effectively impossible to replace.

In the meantime, the Kiev regime continues to use forcibly conscripted Ukrainians as cannon fodder, giving them little more than combat drugs to numb their senses. Almost nobody in Ukraine is spared from this genocidal treatment, including people with severe physical and mental disabilities. Astonishingly, not even pregnant women are given a waiver. Coupled with the escalating child trafficking, these actions are only contributing to Ukraine’s unrelenting demographic collapse.

As many Ukrainian soldiers are increasingly aware that the Neo-Nazi junta is their true enemy, their morale and willingness to fight are plummeting, further exacerbating the Kiev regime’s already precarious situation on the battlefield. The number of loyalist troops is decreasing rapidly due to attrition warfare that is simply impossible to win against the Russian military that dominates in nearly all key aspects, be it artillery, long-range strike capabilities, airpower, drones, electronic warfare, etc.

It’s extremely unlikely that the Neo-Nazi junta will be able to sustain its operational capabilities in such a situation, while its ability to negotiate was lost the moment it torpedoed the already signed peace deal back in March last year. For its part, Moscow can easily continue the SMO and even comfortably increase pressure on several fronts at once.

For perhaps the first time in our modern history, non-Western countries now have an alternative to the United Nations when seeking relief from military actions and non-stop bombings from the United States and countries enriched by them with weapons of mass destruction purchased on the black market from the Pentagon’s unfathomable $6 TRILLION black hole budget of which there is no accounting.

This alternative to the mainly Western-funded United Nations is BRICS. BRICS currently comprises Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, but the group will be joined in January by Argentina, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

A new report just published by Bloomberg states that BRICS is already larger than the G7 countries consisting of the US, Canada, the UK, France, Italy, Germany, and Japan.

BRICS overtaking G7 in economic might – Bloomberg

The group’s share of global GDP in PPP terms is set to more than double that of the G7 by 2040, according to a report.

The rapid rise of the BRICS is transforming the global economy, with the group’s share of world GDP in terms of purchasing power parity (PPP) set to rise well beyond of that of the Group of Seven (G7) major advanced economies, Bloomberg reported this week.

BRICS currently comprises Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, but the group will be joined in January by Argentina, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

The G7 club of industrialized and developed countries consists of the US, Canada, the UK, France, Italy, Germany, and Japan.

The report indicated that the expanded BRICS are already larger than the G7. In 2022 the bloc accounted for 36% of the global economy, versus 30% for the advanced economy group. (Full article.)

Iran, perhaps becoming disillusioned from alleged promises from the United States to release $billions of funding to prevent them from escalating the war in Gaza, has just called for an emergency virtual summit with the BRICS nations over the Gaza situation to be held tomorrow, Tuesday November 21st, with reports that both Russian President Putin and Chinese President Xi will attend.

South Africa to host BRICS virtual meeting on Gaza as proposed by Iran’s president

Upon a proposal by Iran’s President Ebrahim Raeisi, the leaders of the BRICS group of emerging economies will hold an emergency virtual meeting to discuss Israel’s ongoing onslaught against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

“Leaders of the BRICS countries – Brazil, Russia, India and China – will gather [under the South African presidency] for an emergency virtual meeting, inviting the leaders of the [new] BRICS countries – Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran and the United Arab Emirates,” the South African president’s office said in a statement on Monday.

It added that South African President Cyril Ramaphosa is scheduled to deliver the opening remarks at the BRICS extraordinary meeting on Tuesday.

It noted that the six member and invited states will deliver separate statements on the current humanitarian crisis in Gaza as the Israeli regime continues its relentless attacks on the besieged Strip.

UN Secretary General Antуnio Guterres will attend the meeting and the participants are expected to issue a joint statement. (Source.)

Russian President Vladimir Putin will reportedly attend and take part in the meeting.

Putin to take part in emergency BRICS summit – Kremlin

The meeting will be dedicated to the ongoing escalation of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Moscow has said.

Russia’s president, Vladimir Putin, will join an emergency video conference with other BRICS leaders on Tuesday to discuss the ongoing escalation between Israel and the Palestinian Hamas militant group, the Kremlin said in a statement on Monday. The presidential administration provided no further details about the upcoming event. (Source.)

Meanwhile, top diplomats of five Arab countries just arrived in Beijing today to discuss the Gaza situation, and Chinese President Xi is expected to attend tomorrow’s emergency BRICS meeting as well.

Gaza And BRICS: Arab Leaders’ Visit To China Is Only The Beginning

Frustrated by the United States’ unwavering support for Israel’s war on Gaza, Arab governments have looked at other options to help establish a ceasefire before it becomes too late. First stop: Beijing. Moscow’s role may be more obscure, but no less essential, in building a global coalition that counters the West’s stance.

Choosing Beijing as the first stop of a tour to the five permanent members of the United Nations’ Security Council shows China’s growing role in the Middle East amid global power competition. It also shows regional frustration from the West’s justification of Israel’s attacks on the Palestinians as “a self-defense,” according to Asharq, a United Arab Emirates-based news outlet.

The delegation included foreign ministers of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Indonesia, the Palestinian Authority, and the chairman of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.

The meeting was chaired by Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, who called for an immediate ceasefire and the entry of humanitarian and relief aid to Gaza, according to the Saudi foreign ministry.

Rather than more futile talks with Israel and the U.S. about the war, the Arab delegation is focusing its efforts now on other sources of geopolitical power. Indeed, on Tuesday, Chinese President Xi Jinping is expected to attend the BRICS extraordinary virtual summit on the Palestinian-Israeli issue and deliver public remarks in Beijing, according to Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying.

Sources also say the Arab foreign ministers may head next to Moscow to continue the efforts to leave the West risking further isolation on its approach to the Middle East. (Full article.)

In Rare Show of Force, Senators Enlist U.S. Marshals to Subpoena Tech CEOs

Washington Post

A Senate panel announced Monday it subpoenaed the CEOs of Elon Musk’s X, Discord and Snap to testify at a hearing on children’s online safety next month after “repeated refusals” by the tech companies to cooperate with its investigation into the matter.

In a rare show of force, the leaders of the Senate Judiciary Committee are seeking to force X’s Linda Yaccarino, Discord’s Jason Citron and Snap’s Evan Spiegel to appear at the Dec. 6 session, which the panel said in a press release would “allow Committee members to press CEOs from some of the world’s largest social media companies on their failures to protect children online.”

The committee announced that it also expects Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew to appear voluntarily. Spokespeople for Snap, Discord and TikTok did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Meta declined to comment.

The rare move marks a major escalation by lawmakers probing how social media platforms may harm children’s mental health, an area of broad bipartisan interest on Capitol Hill.

UN, WHO plotting total ENSLAVEMENT of humanity with all-powerful “global health dictatorship”

UN, WHO plotting total ENSLAVEMENT of humanity with all-powerful “global health dictatorship”

Dr Eddy Betterman

In order to prevent a repeat of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) – or so they claim – the power brokers at the United Nations (UN) and the World Health Organization (WHO) are busy scheming up a final solution for humanity, complete with a long-envisioned “global health dictatorship” that is now within the realm of possibility as a direct result of the scamdemic.

Now that the world has been fully primed for all-encompassing health fascism, the UN and the WHO are putting the final touch on the globalists’ long-awaited endgame for the planet, which puts them in charge of everything, and us either in slavery or the incinerators.

At a recent UN-WHO gathering, called “Creating and maintaining political momentum and solidary for Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response,” a milestone was achieved in that the world’s globalist overlords are all in agreement that there is an “urgent drive to make all people of the world safer and better protected from the devastating impacts of pandemics,” to quote WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.

“I welcome this commitment by world leaders to provide the political support and direction needed so that WHO, governments and all involved can protect people’s health and take concrete steps towards investing in local capacities, ensuring equity and supporting the global emergency health architecture that the world needs.”

When UN, WHO make the IHR effective next May without a vote, its provisions will immediately become effective for all member nations

It is unknown at the current time how many world leaders and heads of state are fully on board with newly approved WHO documents, including the majorly revised International Health Regulations (IHR), which also includes the so-called Pandemic Treaty.

We are told that there have been 90 points of revision in the IHR thus far. Once complete, the blueprint for global enslavement will be rammed through the next World Health Assembly (WHA) gathering, scheduled for May 2024.

Once this occurs, the IHR will become effective and binding for all UN members without a vote.

In case you missed it, the Health Ranger recently interviewed Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger about all this, Stuckelberger being an expert in such things because of her lengthy career working in Geneva, Switzerland, also known as ground zero for the globalist health establishment – watch the interview below:

Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger lays out the horrifying SECRET AGENDA of the UN and WHO

Since all of these meetings are taking place behind closed doors, we are only getting bits and pieces of the full agenda. Much of what is being reported about the IHR and the Pandemic Treaty seems to be coming from patchwork analyses that center around the revelations contained in the documents in questions, as well as in their revisions.

Everything going on in secret right now will eventually dovetail with the UN’s Agenda 2030 – and, as the Bible reveals, everything going on in secret will eventually be made manifest for the world to see, damning those involved in scheming it all in darkness.

If all goes as planned and a black swan event does not occur before then, the IHR will be implemented next spring and the more than 190 national governments that have been co-opted by the globalists will be forced to comply, or else.

Governments that refuse to go along with the plan will be punished, likely with blackmail because the globalists in charge behind the curtain – this is also commonly called the deep state – have dirt on all their puppets, which they use to keep their marionettes aligned with the globalists’ dark agenda.

Connecticut City Rejects 5G Citing Evidence of Health Risks

By  Suzanne Burdick, Ph.D.

After being presented with evidence of wireless radiation’s negative health impacts, the Board of Representatives in Stamford, Connecticut, voted to reject an agreement that would have allowed telecommunications carriers to install 5G equipment on city-owned utility poles.

In a bid to get 5G swiftly installed in his state, Gov. Ned Lamont’s office created a template contract between the nation’s top two telecommunication carriers and the state’s five major cities.

Stamford, the state’s second-largest city, is the only city so far to have voted against using the contract. Twenty-one representatives voted against the pact. Five were in favor and eight abstained.

Commenting on the city’s decision, W. Scott McCollough, chief litigator for Children Health Defense’s (CHD) electromagnetic radiation (EMR) cases, told The Defender, “I applaud Stamford’s principled stand.”

[…]

The 21 representatives were largely persuaded by presentations by six independent experts on the scientific evidence of harm from radiofrequency (RF) radiation, including 5G, according to a local media report.

The experts, including toxicologist and epidemiologist Devra Davis, Ph.D., MPH, said there were many documented health and environmental impacts of wireless radiation, including brain damage, memory loss, decline in reproductive function, DNA damage and harm to insects.

The board’s land use committee voted to recommend rejecting the pact after hearing from the experts.

[…]

‘The city has an obligation to protect citizens’

[…]

A 2018 ruling by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) blocks states and municipalities from taking actions that would impede or delay the rollout of 5G technology.

Mays added, “If cities try to go against the FCC rules, the carriers will sue the cities … And I don’t think we want to subject this city to that.”

However, City Rep. James Grunberger disagreed, saying, “I don’t think we should back away from this because of the threat of a lawsuit … If we have to be a test case on this, we should be a test case.”

[…]

Neil Sherman, a Stamford resident, said the contract would allow 5G equipment to go up “close to homes and schools without limitation to the number of antennas. They operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.”

“The city has an obligation to protect citizens from potentially dangerous modalities,” Sherman said.

Do cities and states have to accept the 5G rollout?

McCollough said challenges to the 2018 FCC ruling are still being worked out in the court system.

“Sometimes you have to stand your ground and here’s hoping Stamford does that. They do have some arguments and those need to be raised and evaluated by a court in Connecticut.”

McCollough pointed out that Stamford didn’t issue an “ordinance” or “even a regulation” that blocks telecom providers, so the telecom providers “would be fools to sue now claiming an effective prohibition.” He said:

“The board’s decision was simply to reject a model contract — or right-of-way agreement — that spelled out the terms of access that telecom companies could use for putting their 5G equipment on city infrastructure.

“All that it means is the city will now proceed to negotiate the terms and conditions for access, rather than using this model contract that the Governor’s office suggested cities use.

“The telecoms don’t have a cause of action until those negotiations break down or they submit a permit application that involves a site in right-of-way and it is denied.”

Four takeaways from experts’ presentation on wireless radiation risks

In addition to Davis, the experts who presented to the board’s land use committee included Dr. Rob Brown, an orthopedic radiology specialist, B. Blake Levitt, a science journalist, Theodora Scarato, EHT’s executive director, Kent Chamberlin, Ph.D., past chair and professor emeritus in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of New Hampshire, and Joseph Sandri, a telecom regulatory attorney and CEO of the tech lab Thought Delivery Systems Inc.

Here are four key points they made to Stamford’s city representatives:

1. Wireless radiation can cause cellular stress and DNA damage leading to disease.

Scientific studies have repeatedly shown that exposure to RF radiation can cause individual cells in the body to become stressed, leading to DNA damage and disease, according to Brown.

“The longer a cell is stressed,” he said, “the greater the likelihood it may malfunction.”

Brown said:

“You might think that the term stress implies a manageable state and that it’s not a big deal, but let me clarify. Stress weakens the body’s tissues just as stress can cause a bridge to collapse, stress can cause a bone to fracture and also to develop or an organ system to fail.

“When cells undergo stress, unfortunate things can happen. Membranes — which protect the cell and control the cell’s internal environment — can become damaged, causing the cell to lose its ability to function and put[ting] the cell’s life at risk.”

Proteins in the stressed cell can become damaged, he said, adding that Alzheimer’s disease, Lewy body dementia and amyloidosis are all associated with protein denaturation.

“And importantly,” he said, “when the cell is stressed, its DNA can become damaged, which can lead to mutations and possibly cancer.”

Chamberlin, who served on a year-long Land-Use Commission tasked by the state of New Hampshire to investigate the health risks of wireless radiation, pointed this out as well.

Chamberlin said that prior to joining the commission he, a wireless engineer, did not believe that low-level radiation was particularly harmful. “That was the conventional — and is the conventional — wisdom for people working in my field. And it’s a viewpoint that’s routinely reinforced by [the telecom] industry.”

“However,” Chamberlin said, “my beliefs about the safety of wireless radiation soon changed” as the commission identified “hundreds of top-tier publications that showed harm from low-level wireless radiation exposure.”

He said:

“The primary mechanism by which exposure causes harm are oxidative changes, which can lead to an increase in free radicals. Those free radicals can lead to chronic inflammation and a host of adverse outcomes including:

Brown also said that some have claimed 5G won’t have negative health impacts because it only penetrates a few millimeters into the skin — but “radiation doesn’t need to go deep to cause damage,” he said, adding:

“The thyroid gland is often only a few millimeters deep to the skin surface and so are the testicles. Interfering with the function of these glands can cause systemic endocrine dysfunction.

“In addition, many important cells including red blood cells and immune cells are just below the skin surface.”

2. FCC guidelines are a ‘complete failure’ for protecting kids.

Davis pointed out research showing children are especially vulnerable to RF radiation.

Children’s unique physiology, including smaller heads and more fluid in their brains, results in proportionately greater absorption of RF radiation than adults.

Research shows children can absorb up to 30 times more the amount of RF radiation in their hippocampus and 10 times more in the bone marrow of their skull.

The FCC has refused to take this research into consideration when setting its wireless radiation exposure guidelines, she said.

EHT and other organizations, including CHD, successfully sued the FCC by arguing that the agency’s guidelines — which have not been updated since 1996 — were inadequate to protect human health and did not take recent science into account. Davis said:

“The U.S. Court of Appeals, the District of Columbia, determined that we were correct and ruled that the FCC’s policies on standards for testing phones and other devices were arbitrary and capricious and that the testing procedures, particularly as they relate to children and long-term exposures, were a complete failure.

“The court found the FCC had failed to provide evidence of properly examining long-term exposure, children’s vulnerability, the testimony of people injured by radiation sickness and impacts to the developing brain and reproductive system.”

The FCC still has not complied with the court’s mandate to review recent science and give a better explanation for how its current standards are adequate for protecting health.

3. Other countries have more stringent wireless radiation standards.

Scarato said that while the FCC’s standards have yet to reflect current science, other countries have taken action to set lower wireless exposure limits.

India, China, Russia, Italy and Switzerland all have limits that are a mere fraction of the FCC’s exposure limit, she said.

“And in some of those countries, there are scientists that are studying this issue ongoing,” she said. “However, in the United States, we don’t have that.”

No U.S. regulatory agency with health expertise has reviewed the scientific evidence of biological effects from RF radiation, she said.

“Not the EPA [U.S. Environmental Protection Agency], not the CDC [Centers for Disease Control and Prevention], not the National Cancer Institute, the FDA [U.S. Food and Drug Administration or] the Department of Labor,” she added.

4. Pollinators may be impacted by 5G.

Levitt, who has researched the biological effects of RF radiation since the late 1970s, shared research on RF radiation’s negative impact on the environment and non-human species.

She said neither the FCC nor the state of Connecticut had ever conducted a NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) review for 5G.

Under NEPA law, federal agencies must assess whether projects they have authorized will cause harm.

Meanwhile, research indicates that rolling out 5G may especially hurt insects as they are “very inefficient thermo regulators” and “particularly vulnerable to temperature changes,” Levitt said, adding that “What impacts insects impacts us all.”

Many frequencies of wireless radiation, including the ranges used by 5G, cause an organism’s tissues to heat up which, in turn, can impact the organism’s functioning.

Research shows that 5G may be lethal to honeybees, she said.

Levitt pointed out that this would impact the human food supply. She warned, “We are flirting with catastrophic impacts from insect deaths alone, capable of punching holes in the entire food web. [The] Human food supply is endangered.”

Cheney, Kinzinger, And “Sham” J6 Committee Under Fire After Friday Footage Dump; GOP Senator Calls For Investigation

Zero Hedge

Ever since Friday’s release of more than 40,000 hours of Jan. 6 Capitol Police security video, dozens of clips debunking the Jan. 6 committee’s ‘violent insurrection’ narrative have been floating around X.

Mike Lee raises questions

In response to the exculpatory footage that the Jan. 6 committee never showed the American public, Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) has raised significant questions about the handling of security footage.

Lee’s statements directly challenge the integrity of the now-disbanded committee, particularly addressing the roles of its former Republican members, Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger. He also accuses the committee – particularly those two, of selectively sharing information.

After Cheney attempted to hit back with her ‘best hits’ Jan. 6 footage, Lee replied: “Liz, we’ve seen footage like that a million times. You made sure we saw that—and nothing else.”

Lee also called for an investigation into the committee itself, labeling it a “sham” and questioning the use of taxpayer dollars in its operations. He insinuates that crucial information about the committee’s work could have been “deliberately lost or destroyed,” casting doubts on the committee’s transparency and objectivity.

The argument continued throughout the day, with Lee linking to a NY Post article with the headline “FBI lost count of how many paid informants were at Capitol on Jan. 6, and later performed audit to figure out exact number.”

To Save Gaza, Invoke the Genocide Convention

The ICC is a “puppet institution”. What’s needed is a country to invoke the Genocide Convention at the International Court of Justice. Here’s how, with argument, phone numbers, addresses and emails.

Sam Husseini

Internationalist 360°

Some of the greatest successes in recent human history have combined protest movements with strong diplomatic moves.

In February 1998, the Clinton administration seemed poised to inflict a massive attack on Iraq, but vocal opposition from the US public, especially at a CNN town hall meeting in Ohio, combined by UN Secretary General Kofi Annan going to Iraq, repelled the US government attack.

The following year, in the Battle of Seattle, combined protests in the streets and delegations from the global south finding their backbone resulted in the World Trade Organization’s plans collapsing. This was a major setback for global corporate interests.

There is now effectively a global movement, largely based around mass protests, to stop Israel’s genocide of Palestinians in Gaza.

Several countries, including South Africa, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Comoros, Djibouti as well as Colombia and Algeria and Turkey have moved for the International Criminal Court to prosecute Israeli officials.

The problem is that ICC has been dragging its heels for years on prosecuting Israelis. It has been called a “white man’s court” after only going after Africans, and, after letting Israel off the hook during an earlier assault on Gaza, “a hoax”. Some of these nations have called Israel’s war crimes “genocide”. They should act on their words and invoke the relevant treaty. Other nations that have been especially critical of Israel are PakistanBrazil, Chile, Belize, Jordan, Chad, Honduras, Bahrain, Venezuela, Iran, and Cuba.

The International Court of Justice, also called the World Court, in contrast has ruled against Israel. But so far these rulings have been advisory opinions. It ruled against Israel in a case regarding its wall in 2004. In another case before it, is expected to rule against Israel’s long term policies.

But what can be done now, Prof. Francis Boyle, who successfully represented the Bosnians before the World Court, argues is to use emergency processes to give more teeth to the World Court. This can be done by invoking the Genocide Convention. This is outlined by Boyle, noted by UN whistleblower Craig Mokhiber, backed by Nobel Peace Prize winner Mairead Maguire, and written about by myself. And most recently by Craig Murray, now a human rights activist who was the British ambassador to Uzbekistan and Rector of the University of Dundee.

Murray just wrote the piece “Activating the Genocide Convention” which states:

“There are 149 states party to the Genocide Convention. Every one of them has the right to call out the genocide in progress in Gaza and report it to the United Nations. In the event that another state party disputes the claim of genocide — and Israel, the United States and the United Kingdom are all states party — then the International Court of Justice [also called the World Court] is required to adjudicate on ‘the responsibility of a State for genocide.’”

Murray quotes from the Genocide Convention and cites evidence that Israel is conducting genocide and that the US and British governments are at minimum complicit in that. He then states:

“The International Court of Justice is the most respected of international institutions; while the United States has repudiated its compulsory jurisdiction, the United Kingdom has not and the EU positively accepts it.

“If the International Court of Justice makes a determination of genocide, then the International Criminal Court does not have to determine that genocide has happened. This is important because unlike the august and independent ICJ, the ICC is very much a western government puppet institution which will wiggle out of action if it can. But a determination of the ICJ of genocide and of complicity in genocide would reduce the ICC’s task to determining which individuals bear the responsibility. That is a prospect which can indeed alter the calculations of politicians.

“It is also the fact that a reference for genocide would force the western media to address the issue and use the term, rather than just pump out propaganda about Hamas fighting bases in hospitals. …

“I am afraid the question of why Palestine has not invoked the Genocide Convention takes us somewhere very dark. … It is Fatah who occupy the Palestinian seat at the United Nations, and the decision for Palestine to call into play the Genocide Convention lies with Mahmoud Abbas. It is more and more difficult daily to support Abbas. He seems extraordinarily passive, and the suspicion that he is more concerned with refighting the Palestinian civil war than with resisting the genocide is impossible to shake. By invoking the Genocide Convention he could put himself and Fatah back at the centre of the narrative. But he does nothing. I do not want to believe that corruption and a Blinken promise of inheriting Gaza are Mahmoud’s motivators. But at the moment, I cannot grab on to any other explanation to believe in.”

Thus speeches from Abbas and allied Palestinians figures should be viewed extremely skeptically. It is also very odd, to say the very least, that Francesca Albanese, Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian Territory occupied since 1967, and other officials put out a statement “Gaza: UN experts call on international community to prevent genocide against the Palestinian people” — but make no mention whatever of the Genocide Convention.

As Murray writes: “Any one of the 139 states party could invoke the Genocide Convention against Israel and its co-conspirators. Those states include Iran, Russia, Libya, Malaysia, Bolivia, Venezuela, Brazil, Afghanistan, Cuba, Ireland, Iceland, Jordan, South Africa, Turkey and Qatar. But not one of these states has called out the genocide [by invoking the Convention]. Why?

“It is not because the Genocide Convention is a dead letter. It is not. It was invoked against Serbia by Bosnia and Herzegovina and the ICJ ruled against Serbia with regard to the massacre at Srebrenica.” Murray notes that this helped lead to prosecutions.

“Some states may simply not have thought of it. For Arab states in particular, the fact that Palestine itself has not invoked the Genocide Convention may provide an excuse. EU states can hide behind bloc unanimity.

“But I am afraid that the truth is that no state cares sufficiently about the thousands of Palestinian children already killed and thousands more who will shortly be killed, to introduce another factor of hostility in their relationship with the United States. Just as at [the recent] summit in Saudi Arabia, where Islamic countries could not agree [on] an oil and gas boycott of Israel, the truth is that those in power really do not care about a genocide in Gaza. They care about their own interests.

“It just needs one state to invoke the Genocide Convention and change the narrative and the international dynamic. That will only happen through the power of the people in pressing the idea on their governments. This is where everybody can do a little something to add to the pressure. Please do what you can.”

What can you do? Urge countries which have been critical of Israel to invoke the Genocide Convention at the International Court of Justice. Get groups and influential people to make this a primary ask.

Protests in NYC should include visits and vigils to the missions of those countries. Activists who have been arrested for protesting against Israel’s slaughter can ask UN officials from countries critical of Israel to invoke the Genocide Convention.

Palestinians in Ramallah may be able to directly contact the representatives of various countries to Palestine.

This can be done anywhere. Protests in London can respectfully appeal to the embassies of various countries critical of Israel.

We need to keep pressing directly against the US and Israeli governments, but their hearts are like stone. If we reach other states to invoke the Genocide Convention, it may be a key stop in curtailing the slaughter.

Moreover, it could be a turning point in global relations. Should a positive emergency ruling by the International Court of Justice be forthcoming, it would dramatically isolate the US and Israel at the UN. The US would of course try to block anything at the UN Security Council. But with a World Court ruling, Boyle argues, the stage would be set for the General Assembly to assert itself using the Uniting for Peace procedure. Combined with sustained protests, like the WTO and other critical confrontations, the costs of continuing the slaughter could become unsustainable. Moreover, a World Court ruling could facilitate other legal efforts, like universal jurisdiction.

For all that to happen, a country needs to step forward and invoke the Genocide Convention.

Make no mistake; any nation that does this may well be targeted in insidious ways by the US and by Israel. Any such nation should be afforded every bit of support people of goodwill can muster.

Here’s a website that seems to list all the embassies and other diplomatic missions around the world. People from anywhere can be emailing, calling and going to these embassies and missions, urging these countries to use every legal mechanism to pressure Israel to stop, including invoking the Genocide Convention: embassy-worldwide.com.
