The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday unanimously restored Donald Trump to 2024 presidential primary ballots, rejecting state attempts to hold the Republican former president accountable for the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
The justices ruled a day before the Super Tuesday primaries that states, without action from Congress first, cannot invoke a post-Civil War constitutional provision to keep presidential candidates from appearing on ballots.
Trump responded to the news quickly, posting just four words to his Truth Social account: “BIG WIN FOR AMERICA!!!”

The Most Revolutionary Act 
Trump and the US Supreme Court are right, according to me, a lone voice without prestige or power. The United States are not united except by law and the highways. The laws say we have certain freedoms, among which is the opportunity to choose who makes important decisions that affect us all. I mention highways because they do link all the states except Hawaii, even if if we need amicable relations with Canada to drive to Alaska. We need to learn to get along with our neighbors, even Colorado, in order to achieve the goal of unity.
