New Hampshire has become the second U.S. state to potentially outlaw the spraying of aerosolized particulate matter into the skies – a phenomenon commonly referred to as “chemtrails.”
Texas made history last year when state representatives looked into changing the law to ban dangerous atmospheric aerosol spraying without prior approval and testing of the chemicals being sprayed.
According to New Hampwhire House Bill 1700 (HB1700)
[E]stablishes a regulatory process to prevent the intentional release of polluting emissions, in New Hampshire’s atmosphere and at ground level and provides penalties for violations. This bill requires reports of such violations to be made by state officials and members of the public to the department of environmental services air resources division of compliance and requires New Hampshire county sheriffs carry to enforce the provisions.
Granitegrok.com reports: What emissions? The intentional release of polluting emissions, including cloud seeding, weather modification, excessive electromagnetic radio frequency, and microwave radiation.
The general court finds that many atmospheric activities such as weather modification, stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI), solar radiation modification (SRM), and other forms of geoengineering, involving the intentional release of polluting emissions, harm human health and safety, the environment, agriculture, wildlife, aviation, state security, and the economy of the state of New Hampshire.
Without using the word chem-trails, which can trigger people, the bill does address a genuine set of circumstances. From public figures to leading universities, there is chatter about aerosolizing the atmosphere with material to block the sun. We have less information about what that means than we did about the COVID vaccines, and we can assume it is neither safe nor effective.
Absent the knowledge or understanding, knowing that the agents or agencies likely to suggest or attempt such a thing will lie about it. That our elites have, at best, a declining opinion of human life and, at worst, a commitment to end it in their depopulation quest, this is not a ridiculous piece of legislation.
One of the sponsors is a friend, so I’d expect them to offer some follow-up, but if I’m honest, I don’t know how far this bill will likely go. I hope we get some vigorous debate in the comments, but the current makeup of the State House and Senate do not suggest to me success with the understanding that you are guaranteed to miss 100% of the shots you never take.
There are factions who mean to spread things in the air above us. They are not shy about it, and if we lack any sense of transparency, limits, or regulation, we might find ourselves subject to man-caused atmospheric effects without knowledge of recourse.

Well, “they” are killing themselves along with us since “they” have to breathe too. I do realize that we are speaking of demented lunatics, but “they” better understand that even if they don’t care about themselves or their offspring, “they’d” better care about the fact that they won’t get to enjoy very much longer making people suffer since what do they intend to do for entertainment when we are ALL dead?

thats the quandary isnt it. how can they use geoengineering to destroy us without destroying themselves? makes me think that something nonhuman is at the very top of this program. making the world safe for aliens.

Does anyone even know or admit to leaving these trails from airplanes and/or jets? Presumably human beings are piloting these machines, and there are others, on the ground, to direct their flights. The support staff must know something, but is anyone talking?
The New Hampshire government knows or suspects something, but the public (me) is given no indication that anyone is actively involved in these exercises, so suspicion flourishes.

well yeah, people know. somewhere on my blog i have the testimony of a chemtrail pilot and a doctor who treated chemtrail pilots. whistle blowers. ill try to locate those articles. the highest ranking whistle blower ive come across is a former fbi chief ive mentioned before on bramhalls blog. ted gunderson. look him up. he significantly called this secret program ‘death dumps’. interestingly enough he was killed (mysteriously poisone) in the same city that martin luther king was assassinated. memphis. i wonder if that was just a coincidence.

Were you ever able to access my WordPress site? WordPress is also making changes, so I don’t know what is still available, such as photos I posted when I still had a film, then digital, cameras and stored on the WordPress media library.

nomad, I’ve been looking at your site and find it exhaustively interesting but too full of information for me to absorb and process quickly. I did figure out that aislec means “Aisle C”, which is easier to remember, so I’ll be able to find it again.
You are among my online sources for information about the outside world, but I have to juggle this with many time-consuming and practical considerations at ground level, including technology that constantly requires upgrading and re-learning in new formats. The cell phone I’m using now is the latest gadget that is too slippery to hold, use, or carry around easily, especially in situations such as rain, wind, cluttered indoor surfaces, or pants pockets with holes in them. Wet hands or busy hands too full compound the problems.
I have noticed chem trails outside on some clear days but have also noted strange, unexplained sky phenomena, such as nighttime flashes of light coming from clouds, especially one night when the power had gone out. I wondered at the time if it was part of weather modification practices. I’ve also glimpsed what appeared to be orbiting satellites of some sort, over the years. I guess there’s lots of junk flying around up there, but I’ve found little consistent reporting about what it all is or why it’s there.
At this point I have more questions than answers, and chem trails fall into that category. I appreciate your willingness to research it and update those of us on the ground as to their purpose and effects.

I’ve tried that, too (after making sure of the definition), but I am too active, bending over, crawling on my knees, into crawl spaces, through mud and dirt, to keep any portable electronic gadget safe. The phone has to stay safe through sudden thundershowers, dripping trees, and Tweety snatching anything that attracts my attention in her presence.
