A lot of cops are ambivalent to enforcing these diktats. And there is confusion and double and triple standards between cops on the beat and the higher ups. Live streamers of Ottawa are giving people great snapshots of the facts on the ground: Viva Frei, Ottawalks, Machines Everywhere, Tireroasters, Mak Jon and Rebel News to name a few.
