I live in England and have deferred the opportunity of taking the experimental and often lethal vaccines in favour of taking my chances(which are no worse)with the disease. What truly angers me is that I will have no protection without putting myself in danger simply because those with power have denied me access to Ivermectin, Interferon, Hydroxychloroquine. They are just not available to me. That is an infringement of my basic right to life and my Human Rights and yet those same people with that power babble on about “Human Rights” without actually understanding what the term means. It is hypocrisy and double standards stretched beyond any limits of belief.

Fortunately, mohandeer, there are several “natural” treatments that have also shown benefit in peer-reviewed research. The best prophylaxis against COVID (and most viral illnesses) is to go to your doctor and have your vitamin D level checked. In the high latitudes, most people require supplementation during the winter. If you use sun screen you may need it during summer. See https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22461123/
If you don’t already take them, you should take magnesium and zinc supplements, as vitamin D doesn’t work properly without them.
If you develop any cold or flu symptoms, sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) is probably the most effective for resolving the symptoms – 6 doses of 1/2 tsp on day 1, 4 doses on day 2, 2 doses on day 3, and 1 dose till symptoms gone. Viruses don’t survive in an alkaline environment.
All this fear mongering by the world powers is totally unnecessary. It’s all part of the psyops.
I think I may have had COVID in Feb 2020 – some U of Auckland epidemiologists believe it was likely circulating here. The symptoms resolved in 1 1/2. According to everything I’ve read, it will also work for Ebola.
