One does not have to be an anti-vaxxer to see and understand that COVID vaccines are not needed. They are not required legally or for any medical or public health reason to treat or prevent COVID-19. There is a broad range of both natural and pharmaceutical treatments widely available, many already proven to be very useful.

Deb, I think I may have had Covid in Feb 2020 – one of the epidemiologists in Auckland believes it may have been circulating in New Zealand since late 2019. Dr Eddy Betterman was recommending oral sodium bicarbonate on his blog so I tried it. My symptoms were gone within a day and a half. First time ever I cleared a serious respiratory infection in less than 6 weeks.
The directions I followed, Lynn, are 1/2 tsp dissolved in water 6 doses (every 2 hours) the first day, 4 doses the 2nd day, 2 doses the 3rd day and then one dose daily until the symptoms resolve. It must be taken on an empty stomach (at least 1/2 hour before meals and at least 2 hours after meals).
