Finding ones way through the ‘Money jungle’, is never an easy task… But this article was a good start!.. I’m sorry to see that ‘you, the messenger’ was attacked for ‘giving us readers something to think about’… Honestly, I have NEVER noticed that you spoke in favor of any particular politician.. Maybe JFK a time or two but you also presented his weakness’ while doing so… I for one appreciate your posts even when I don’t totally agree sometimes.. You are doing a fine job!

Thanks for your extremely kind comment, Deb. I can’t recall being a big JFK fan, at any point. In my view he was a total cold war imperialist. I have had a strong interest in the JFK assassination, however, ever since I had an assassination witness as a patient in the early 80s. At the time he was killed, I was a Goldwater Republican and was really active in Goldwater’s 1964 campaign.

I suppose I will at some point, Deb. I was only 16 at the time and really upset by the malicious attack ads launched by the LBJ campaign. It left me totally disillusioned with electoral politics.
