Philadelphia, PA – Housing advocates have revealed that they’ve facilitated moving previously-unhoused city residents into “vacant, viable” homes in North Philly owned by the Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA). According to those who are helping families move in, a large number of usable residences are being intentionally left vacant by the PHA so that they can be sold to developers.

Tubularsock does hope that they set some standards for this activity.
Maybe ONLY wealthy homeless people would get to move into the empty buildings.
We need to protect property values you know. It’s the American way!

Tubularsock’s solution to THAT problem is to place mannequins in the windows to give the impression of active commerce. An old Capitalist slight of hand.
