  1. I agree, Bone Fish. We currently have a ward system in electing the New Plymouth District Council, in which the rural ward is guaranteed their own seat representing their interests. In my view, big cities are unsustainable in the long run. If we don’t start looking after rural interests, we will continue to have more and more people moving to the city.
