Huawei smartphones are quite popular here in New Zealand.
In August, the company unveiled its very own operating system HongmengOS, or in English HarmonyOS, claiming it is “completely different from Android and iOS”, and that it would be launched later this year on Huawei smart screen products.
The Most Revolutionary Act 
Anything to thumb my nose at Google – I’ll be looking for the Huawei phone here in Canada. I do hope it comes with its own internet search engine.

I share your sentiments, Sha’Tara. I and some of my friends have used the Duck, Duck Go search engine for several years now. They don’t track you.

I’ve used DuckDuckGo search for years also and cleared my Internet home page to a blank page. It’s impossible to know much about the shenanigans that constitute “the Web” but as with politics we do what we can anyway.
