Interesting development, Dr. Bramhall. Could we be witnessing the first moves of a USA-Brazil vs Russia-China standoff on South American soil?

Rosaliene, I heard a very interesting interview by William Engdahl last night maintaining the attempted US coup against Venezuela is really about China – not oil. Apparently China is heavily invested in Venezuela. He also talked about an offshore oil field that Venezuela and Guyana are disputing the territorial rights to. It’s important because most Venezuelan oil is “heavy oil” (like tar sands), which is very expensive to process. The disputed oil is the good stuff.
