  1. It is probably helpful in some ways, but would you want surgeons, pilots, taxi drivers, etc., under its influence or the influence of marijuana? Is recent use of those products easily recognized?

  2. Yes, people can be trained to recognize drug intoxication just as they can alcohol intoxication – in addition to being measured in the blood. And there are already laws on the book banning driving and similar activities under the influence of drugs.

  3. I suspect it will happen on a state by state basis, ligayagardener, like cannabis legalization. At the moment there are no really good treatments for depression. Existing antidepressants only have a 50-50 chance of working.
