In my mind, Shelby, the only solution in Syria (or any proxy war) is political – a negotiated settlement that prevents further military intervention by external players.
It’s my impression that it’s pretty difficult to learn the “real story” of what’s happening in a war torn region such as Syria, Lowell. Where do you suggest we look?
Let us hope that peace can be maintained in Syria and that U.S. meddling is, if not over, at least, kept to a minimum. The Syrian people need a break!

Thatâs out and out propaganda, Stuart.
Anyone given a break will return to ânormalâ if they can.
A factory, a bridge crawling with security and a shot of an old market donât begin to tell the real story.
