Under federal law, presidential documents become the property of the US taxpayer.

There is an interesting new story about a bizarre practice by President Donald Trump who reportedly rips up material given to him despite the duty to preserve the documents under the Presidential Records Act. Two staffers have recounted how they were required to spend considerable time taping the documents back together to stay in compliance with the PRA. They reportedly complained about the duty for people making $60,000 a year. They were suddenly fired. This Humpy Dumpty duty raises some serious questions of federal violations.

When I read about this earlier today, I found this behavior difficult to fathom. Destruction of evidence or total lack of concern for government protocol?

What mystifies me more, Rosaliene, is that the powers that be tolerate his repeated repetition of clearly impeachable offenses – more so his use of the presidential office to promote his business empire.

No one cares what Trump does. That is quite obvious. The man could walk down a street and shoot everyone moving and head on back inside the Oval Office and there’d be excuses made for his behavior and it would be a case of “Move it along! Nothing to see here, folks!”
The man has tried every way possible to get the book thrown at him and all anybody ever does is say what a horrible, horrible president Trump is and he keeps right on doing whatever the hell he wants to do and there are never any consequences for him. Apparently, that is not going to change because who in hell wants Pence?

I have a confession to make, Shelby, but I am sometimes spellbound by his extremely primitive childlike behavior. For example his press conference after the Korean summit. Clearly he’s being held up and manipulated by the real power brokers. Can you imagine someone like this walking into a bank and trying to borrow money for his business empire?

Hell no! But if he did, it would be a case of “How much do you want?” Although, all Trump would have to do is tweet to a bank how much money he wanted and into his account, it would go. I just have to shake my head, over and over again! Nothing makes any sense anymore.

A handful of people have now brutally taken over. We should have NEVER ALLOWED IT. By doing so, they took our power. By doing nothing, we gave it away. We’ve seen where their way leads, through camps and wars, towards the slaughterhouse. The real horrors will begin soon
