Isn’t this illegal? I know doctors can’t receive ‘incentives’ from drug companies to prescribe their drugs. The feds just arrested 5 physicians from getting kickbacks for prescribing opiods (it happened in New York). Surely this can’t be any different!

Unfortunately it’s not illegal, leavingchemo – because there’s no direct link (that anyone has uncovered yet) between drug companies and insurance companies. Though I’m sure many of them have interlocking boards (they have the same directors sitting on their boards). Insurance companies claim they have the right to reward doctors for vaccinating patients – based on the notion vaccines improve patients’ health.
