Libyan peace activists sues NATO in European Court of Appeal after NATO air strike killed his entire family.

A Libyan humanitarian peace activist will take his case to the European Court of Appeal on Thursday.
Khaled El-Hamedi is seeking justice after his entire family was killed in a NATO air strike. The alliance claims the strike was conducted on a regime command center. His lawyer claims there are contradictions in NATO’s explanation of the strike.

  1. All of Libya should be seeking justice! Not that it’ll do any good. What was done to Libya was just wrong on so many levels, it just makes no sense and you never hear one word on Libya in the news as though everything is just great when we all know it’s not. Sigh!!! For the love of !!!!

  2. I agree, Shelby. Obama needs to be taken to the International Criminal Court over the war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Libya. Given the US’s declining power globally, I suspect it won’t be long before American officials are held to account in this way.
