  1. It appears we have been living in a police state for at least a decade … we peons don’t have a chance! The Institute for Justice is right — civil forfeiture must be GUILLOTINED! 🙂

      • How can we not come to the conclusion that you so eloquently state … ” it’s a police state run by criminal gangs …”? We are within ‘shooting distance’ of having our house paid off, and i worry constantly that the cops are going to show up and steal all of it! *I used to console myself by saying the fuzz couldn’t arrest anyone who hadn’t broken the law, but the cops aren’t anywhere near that respectful!
