This morning at 7:30AM Pacific time, five activists successfully shut down 5 pipelines across the United States delivering tar sands oil from Alberta, Canada in support of the call for International Days of Prayer and Action for Standing Rock. Activists employed manual safety valves, calling on President Obama to use emergency powers to keep the pipelines closed and mobilize for the extraordinary shift away from fossil fuels now required to avert catastrophe.

  1. I’ve read the temperature is changing so fast, my garden is moving 65 ft to the south each day. I have to believe the comment. What used to grow and produce without a problem now withers on the vine. Sunflowers will bloom one day and be dead the next. I’ve completely redesigned my garden for next year.
