I disagree LHO was sent to Russia by Col Boris T Pash, General Ralph Osborne and Science and Technology head of Dept of Defense. Prof of this can be found in Papers of Professor H P Robertson at CALIFORNIA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY. Oswald was a artichoke guinea pig, Gen Osborne was commander of US forces in Berlin at time and when LHO moved back to Fort Worth, Osborne moved to Fort Sam Huston. Pash was Armies chief of counterintelligence for Soviet Union for last 5 years of Oswald life..All three men from WW2 where driving forces in development of ICBM and surveillance science.

I’m not clear where the disagreement lies. Are you saying that neither Pash and Osborne had any links with the CIA?

My main disagreement is the film got facts wrong like Roger Craig as Dallas Police and CIA teaching Green Beret how to shoot if anything GB Col Jesse Johnson and Col. Shelly trained CIA to shoot. Its interesting that Osborne was US commander in Berlin when Bill Harvey built his tunnel into E Berlin.

Thinking About Osborne being a Mechanical Engineer most likely the tunnel was built by Army and run by Army Signal Corp with data shared with former FBI/CIA Bill Harvey. Dennis Ofstein LHO Russian speaking friend at Jaggers-Chiles-Stovall was high NCofficer in Signal cor in Germany Interesting he is now a 75yo Dr. in Indianapolis and JFK researchers could not care less about him
