The Most Revolutionary Act 
For the last month i’v been researching Canada’s roll in Nuclear expansion. One thing i learned was Canada’s use of natural Uranium in Heavy Water Reactor produced plutonium 3 times quicker then enriched Uranium in Graphite Reactor. The reason for this was the more common U338 was turned into new element Plutonium. No wonder the new nuclear Powers like India,Pakistan and Israel used Heavy Water reactors designed in Canada.

For some reason, Canada always seems to do what their US masters tell them. I’m not sure how the US is able to exert this pressure. We feel the same pressure here in New Zealand and again I’m not sure why. It’s never made much sense to me as China is our major trading partner.
