Bill Clinton’s little cocaine racket in Arkansas. During his 1992 presidential campaign, Ross Perot talked about the IRS contacting him begging him to intervene with Governor Clinton to allow the federal investigation to proceed. He flew to Little Rock to meet with Clinton – to no avail.
