The “the non-glyphosate tainted food” ship has sailed. There are many sites that have compiled lists of the foods that contain even a minuscule amount of the toxin, glyphosate and so, there is just no getting around consuming that toxin. It has been used for too many years, everywhere and it is literally, everywhere. And of course the U.S. government is going to lessen the headache for a corporation by increasing the acceptable levels of a toxin produced by a corporation so that that will limit that company’s liability because even though a jury awarded Dewayne Johnson, $289 million stating that glyphosate caused his non-Hodgkin lymphoma, a judge whittled that down to $78.5 million and the lawyers will get the bulk of that and poor dying Mr. Johnson can never enjoy even a penny of that money, sick as he is. In the end, corporations still win and we lose…our lives!

Shelby, I think people need to keep fighting this issue until Roundup is banned and Bayer/Monsanto bankrupted. There also needs to be research into treatment for Roundup exposure – which Bayer/Monsanto must be forced to pay for.

Horrible is putting it lightly, Terrorist acts using chemical weapons is terrifying. There is no feeling like it. Being blind only added to the panic. I was sure he was going to burn my house down with me in it. Had I not made the decision to flee, I would be dead, if not by the chemicals it most likely would have been from a violent intentional act committed by this neighbor. It has cause me serious lifelong health issues, ptsd is real for me. I am not the same person and I never will be. Anytime the government has been involved in my life, things always turn out a little bit different for me than any other citizen. Why? I have no idea. It is really important. I can find no other case similar to this. The reason is because it is against the law. It is against any sense of moral turpitude. And to get these ruthless criminal off the street or to the point they can never hold a government office again. Looking for media to publish my story. Also I had to wait nine months for the EPA got the lab results back. The city would not tell me what it was that they had sprayed. So I had to suffered terribly everyday for nine months. When it got back 9 months later I advised a local Dermatologist, (not a good one) and he advised me that there are no tests for roundup. Because people don’t go around applying it to other people’s property. All but this neighbor use it correctly on their own property. I didn’t even know it had been sprayed for several days after I was out in it, until the grass was dead on my side. He was on the council when I went to ask what it was. I was burnt up, it was easy to detect with the naked eye, not one of the members said a word or even offered to find out what it was. That’s some heartless human beings. The Street dept director got the warning letter from the EPA. He advised me that no council member could tell me what it was because nobody was aware this one neighbor/council member had applied it. I know of 4 of them that have committed war crimes against me, chemical weapons used to cause harm are war crimes. This war went on for over 5 years without a day of not being exposed. They all knew it, they as officials are just as guilty as their buddy who was putting it on my property.
