By 1981, after multiple vaccines became obligatory for school attendance in all 50 states, the number of vaccine injuries began increasing. Then in 1986, recognizing that vaccination would cause permanent injury and/or death in some children, Congress ended patients’ right to sue vaccine manufacturers for adverse side effects. An ugly history, most Americans are totally unaware of.

Good project, Lara/Trace. It sounds to me like the major component of Big Pharma’s marketing strategy was to get Congress to exempt them from all liability from vaccine injury – by shifting the liability to taxpayers via the Vaccine Court.
