I don’t see this as bad news; bad news for whom? Russia should turn the screws and make America squirm especially since America has surrounded Russia with military bases. Why would a country that is supposed to be at odds with another one, allow electricity to continue to flow to military bases that are there for the express purpose of fucking up Russia. Maybe, I am missing something here, but if I was the leader of Russia, those American bases would be in the dark.
