People aren’t very bright. If I already know that I am going to be replaced by a robot in a few years, the last thing I would be doing about it is just ‘booing’ Jeff Bezos. I would have put down whatever I was doing and walked out. All workers need to walk out and let Jeff Bezos introduce his new robot workers now, not when he deems it ready, but right NOW! Because if those robots were ready NOW, they’d already be out on the warehouse floor getting it done. But because people are too stupid for words, the world over, they will never get a clue and beat this asshole to the punch.
And another thing people need to do is “Stop buying from Amazon!” Again, stupid people cannot see the forest for the trees. They refuse to see what is coming down the pike, staring them right in the face until it is too damn late! SIGH! I just get so tired of wondering how billions of people can remain this clueless in this day and age of information right at their fingertips!

Your own comment proves my point. You even say, “they’ve been slowly corralled..” Animals are ‘corralled’, humans are supposedly above animals in that they have intelligence enough not to be prodded about like ‘dumb animals’. So, that is most definitely not saying much for the ‘human’ species if they can be corralled just as easily as the lower form ‘animals’ are.
You cannot have it both ways. Either people are smart enough to realize that they are being ‘herded’ in a certain direction and they refuse to go or they are just ‘dumb animals’ easily led around since they just don’t have the intellect to know any better.
Furthermore, I am neither an ass or an asshole because those people don’t need to be victims, they would prefer to just accept, in your words, being ‘corralled’ over using their brain to refuse to allow themselves to be used and play the fool. Why would smart people continue to put up with pissing in bottles while working at Amazon because that is what they are doing? Why would smart people just accept low wages that qualify them for food stamps all the while knowing that robots are coming for those piddling jobs in the not too distant future? I do realize that now these stupid people are desperate to the point where they continue to allow themselves to be played knowing that they are going to end up homeless sooner or later and will continue to dance the dance and simply boo the person(Jeff Bezos) who is subjecting them to these working conditions until he has no further use for them. But it need not have come to this if people weren’t so ridiculously naive as to believe that corporations would ever give a damn about them.
And calling me names won’t stop what is happening to these ‘corralled’ people.

Each ought to be able to go through past posts of yours here and know that it is not the fault of the people, they have been lied to and corralled.
