According to recent report from RT
The substance used on Sergei Skripal was an agent called BZ, according to Swiss state Spiez lab, the Russian foreign minister said. The toxin was never produced in Russia, but was in service in the US, UK, and other NATO states
Sergei Skripal, a former Russian double agent, and his daughter Yulia were poisoned with an incapacitating toxin known as 3-Quinuclidinyl benzilate or BZ, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said, citing the results of the examination conducted by a Swiss chemical lab that worked with the samples that London handed over to the Organisation for the Prohibition of the Chemical Weapons (OPCW).

The Swiss center sent the results to the OPCW. However, the UN chemical watchdog limited itself only to confirming the formula of the substance used to poison the Skripals in its final report without mentioning anything about the other facts presented in the Swiss document, the Russian foreign minister added. He went on to say that Moscow would ask the OPCW about its decision to not include any other information provided by the Swiss in its report.

Could not be bz toxin. Bz toxin is not fatal. Bz was developed, like lsd as a strong delirient/incapacitating for warfare.
3-Quinuclidinyl benzilate (QNB) — IUPAC name 1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]octan-3-yl hydroxy(diphenyl)acetate; US Army code EA-2277; NATO code BZ; Soviet code Substance 78[1] — is an odorless military incapacitating agent.[2]

I think that may be the point of the article, Ken – this is why the Skripals didn’t die – the agent they were poisoned with was incapacitating but not fatal.

And did the skripals die ? NO , if they were poisoned with Novichok . not only would the skripals be dead in minutes but all emergency services who came to their aid and anybody those emergency services came in contact with afterward would also be dead, the whole damn town would be dead, lets not forget that porton down was only a short distance away from where the skripals lived , and as a former double agent sergei skripal would be under protective surveilance 24 hrs a day.

Exactly, John. The battle between Russia and the US isn’t really a military or even a political one – but a battle to get accurate information into the public arena. The days are long gone since the US had a total monopoly on public information. Their leaders seem to be really slow in recognizing that.

Since Yulia has survived because epinefrine was available to her and her father – and he still lives, the liklihood of this ever being a Russian attempt at murder or to stop Yulia getting on that plane to Russia, was always a far stretched Jackanory.
So who is “evil” if the OPCW is withholding findings of a corrupt UK regime who likely had the most reason to stop Yulia from returning home by delaying her?
Yulia Skripal must be scared silly knowing that the country that now holds her captive and has had weeks to intimidate her, is the likely culprit for all that she has and still endures.

I totally agree with your analysis, Mohandeer. I would sure hate to be in Yulia’s shoes. Thanks for reblogging.
