The U.S. army recently contracted CACI for “intelligence analysis services” in Syria. The Syrian government has not invited or otherwise allowed U.S. military or its contractors to enter the country. Any such activities infringe on Syria’s sovereignty and are thereby in violation of international law.
The re-engagement of such a controversial company for services in the area boosts the recruitment appeal of the Islamic State.

Ironic you should mention this. Learning about the torture occurring at Guantanamo was one of the prime reasons I emigrated to New Zealand. We don’t believe in torture here.

They are but they also lack the resources to extend their will to the margins of the empire – the US has rapidly lost influence in NZ as China has become our major trading partner.

In a Narcoterrorism contract you can bid low and pick up the real profit in drug sales.

Excellent point, Tube. However it can real difficult deciding between narcotics, arms trafficking, people smuggling and child prostitution without a good tax attorney.
