The LAPD, like almost every other gestapo in Merica, is made up of former military personnel. So yes, the LAPD could, most likely, take on ISIS. But, if used for this purpose, the LAPD storm-troopers should start fighting ISIS in Virginia, where the CIA is headquartered! LikeLike Reply ↓
