Sadly this isn’t satire. McDonald’s profits are declining so they’re expanding their range of services.
You Couldn’t Make This Shit Up

The only way to make a processed, chemical-laden Happy Meal even happier, it seems, is to accompany it with an injection of aluminum into the bodies of young children.
A McDonald’s restaurant in San Antonio, Texas, has announced it is offering free vaccine shots to children who swing by the restaurant.
Nothing surprises when it comes to the Big Mac. Soon, they will have ambulances on standby in case people suffer a heart attack or simply pass away while regurgerating chewing on their last cud.

The good new is that millennials are increasingly rejecting McDonalds frankenfoods, as shown by their 30% drop in profits in 2014. They’re also rejecting much of the standard public health policies baby boomers have fallen for hook line and sinker (ie water fluoridation and the absent evidence base for the safety and efficacy of vaccines). I’m not sure who they’re expecting to appeal to by offering free vaccines. Surely not the under 40 crowd.

It seems their target customers are children. What next?

Legally no one can give minor children injections or other medical treatment without parental consent, so clearly their parents would have to bring them.

I guess it doesn’t have to be frightening unless people take McDonald’s up on their offer.

Trust me, it’s not just Texas. El Paso, for example is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world, almost 75 percent Latino and completely interwoven into the social, economic, and political fabric of hugeJuarez – as it has been for many centuries.

Glad to hear it. I would hate to think Texas was wholly narrow minded fascist profiteers.
