Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed that the future of Syria and its president lies in the hands of the Syrian people, not the US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.
“The US Secretary of State is not a citizen of Syria and has no right to talk about its future and the fate of its president. This shall only be decided by the Syrian people”, Putin was heard saying during a press conference of the G20 summit in Hamburg.

Isn’t it sad that what Putin is saying today about Syria was being said as early as 2013, likely earlier, and that so many innocent people – in the millions, a staggering level – have suffered grievous, criminal harm. When will humanity fully understand that wars of aggression are truly, as stated at Nuremberg, the supreme crime in this world – and that until those war criminals face punishment wars of aggression will persist?   2. Thanks for commenting, Jerry. From my perspective, the psychopathic banking and oil elite responsible for these wars of empire can’t be reasoned with. They have to be incapacitated either economically or by force.
