There are over 400 species of bacteria in your belly right now that can be the key to health or disease.

Broken down, the word probiotic means “for life” or “promoting life.” While it sounds good, you still may wonder: are probiotics just another gimmick, or is there some science behind mental health benefits?

    • We have a woman in New Plymouth who can get VitB17 for cancer patients. It’s not illegal to use it in New Zealand – you just can’t get it through the national health service.

The path of happiness passes through the intestines. 🙂 Joking aside Dr. Bramhall, there is another dairy product, its name is kepfir, it is very similar with yogurt; already it is one level upgrade of yogurt product. Its origin from Caucasia and Central Asia. In Russia and in Turkey so many researces have been made for kephir, and according to them the kephir is more useful for human health. It’s taste is not good at first, it is like soured yogurt, but in a time I guess people get used to it, and many people in Russia and Turkey make the kephir in their homes.

One of the TV networks here did an investigation and the main ingredients are sugar and gelatin. If it were true yogurt, it would contain enough bacterial cultures that a few tablespoons added to milk would multiply and produce new yogurt. I don’t know if you’ve ever tried it with some of the common brands but it’s virtually impossible to grow new yogurt from in.
