First Brexit, Now Trump … What’s Next?

I think Michael Moore described it best – the Trump victory as the ultimate “fuck you” vote. I myself look forward to TPP being overturned and an end to sabre rattling against Russia and “US interference in other peoples’ wars.” I guess we’ll see how far the corporate oligarchy and Washington bureaucracy let him go.

CNN?s (“Clinton News Network”) Jake Tapper hit the nail on the head last night, as he was speaking about why people voted for Trump.

Tapper said that most Americans are sick of the income inequality, globalization, and politics-as-usual that the status quo have given us.

He even pointed out that only a handful of people have gotten rich off of globalization, and a lot of people have been left behind.

  1. I also think it was a ‘fuck you’ to the Establishment. And I think this is just the beginning.

  2. I think it’s also a big “fuck you” to the CIA, who was backing Hillary to the hilt. The CIA and State Department drive US policy in the Middle East, and apparently there are numerous generals in the Pentagon who backed Trump because they don’t want a nuclear war with Russia and they don’t want to bomb Syria to smithereens.

It was sure a big relief to the anti-TPP movement in New Zealand. Our parliament was supposed to ratify TPP last night and now I don’t think it’s going to happen. It was only 8:50 pm here in New Zealand when Clinton conceded so we all knew before we went to bed. New Zealand has been a US lap dog for too long and hopefully Trump will give us some slack.

  5. migarium says:

Yes, it is. I don’t know anything about vampires. But when it comes to zombies (I know some things:)), maybe Dr. Bramhall, many young people see the reality on the zombies; this world with this shape is not too much different from a world which is caught by zombies.
